The next day arrived pretty quickly, but if I was being honest, it was one of the best nights I'd ever had.
I swept my legs off the bed and headed for the bathroom. After freshening up, I switched into new clothes before making my way downstairs.
Today was the last day of the convergence, the day when the champion would finally be chosen. I had no doubt I would be the champion of course, that goes without saying.
I became quite the center of attention partly because I was one of the finalists, and partly because I had managed to pull one over everyone's eyes throughout the entire convergence.
Soon, I sighted my friends and didn't waste time walking over.
"Morning, bro." Dion yawned. He looked like he hadn't catch a wink of sleep in days.
