During the entire fight with Kaal, Damon was oblivious to how silent most of Nahaar had grown.
Almost everyone had expected a high stakes battle between the finalists, both to be evenly match and only for one to win at the end by the skin of his teeth, that was how a final match was supposed to go.
But what they got to witness was one side effortlessly overpowering the other. It was anticlimactic, and at the same time shocking and entertaining.
"Damon... he really has grown this much stronger huh?" Alistair muttered, his eyes fixed on the ongoing battle.
Elsa who was by his side scooted closer to him. "Don't worry yourself, you have an omega ranked physique, you'll eventually surpass him." She said. "To you, this strength he's showing might as well be a fluke."
"Maybe you're right." Alistair muttered. Elsa was right. For all of the unruly prince's strength now, Alistair would eventually surpass him.
