Inside the prison, Tony Stark visited Ivan Vanko.
Tony looked at Ivan and said, "The device you made is good, but the rotation speed could be faster, although it doesn't make much difference."
Tony had checked Ivan's identity information and discovered that he was once his father's partner but was later expelled from Stark Industries for some reason.
This meeting was destined not to be pleasant; Ivan simply didn't want to bother with Tony.
