Kito and Reggie sat together on the training grounds, Reggie explained to his student "Look, Kito. No doubt about it, you're impressive, but there is something I need you to understand.". Kito blinked and asked "Something you want me to understand? What is it?", Reggie explained "You're not proficient enough with your abilities.". Kito was a bit taken back by this, his brows slightly widened "What do you mean I'm not proficient enough with them?", Reggie took his time to explain "Look, kid. You have the ability to use elements of nature. Not just that, but the natural ability your body has is the ability to build up momentum for speed and crushing force. Sure, you practice with those skills of yours, but you aren't using them well enough.". Kito wasn't too sure on how to feel at the moment "I don't get it? Are you saying I'm using my abilities the wrong way?", he asked, Reggie responded "Yes, you are.". On hearing this, Kito couldn't help but to be shocked "Huh? No way. I've been training and practicing for a long time, all that for me to find out that I'm...", he thought to himself. Reggie snapped Kito out of it "Calm down kid...", he said "You're reading into this too much. I'm not trying to say you're not strong, all I'm saying is that you can be more proficient with what you do.". He looked up in the air "For instance, with your ice manipulation, you could easily make constructs for better movements. Or you could use it to form an armour of ice for better protection and mobility, don't you think that would be cool?", he said to Kito. Kito replied "Yeah, it would. I mean I've never thought about that before.", Reggie just sighed "Look, Kito. I'm not saying you're not good at all, your abilities can be used in diverse ways....", Reggie stood up "Just make sure to be smarter when using them. Okay....?". As Reggie walked off, he waved to Kito and said "Tell Baroka and Rem that I'll be sparring with them tomorrow, okay?", Kito replied "Sure, I will.". His face looked down "Be more proficient with my abilities..... huh.", he muttered to himself and started to walk away. As Kito was walking home, he was thinking to himself "It's been a month since we took part on that mission. Since then, we haven't had any missions. All of us have either been taking rests or just doing nothing in general, or maybe we've been doing something productive without anyone else knowing.". Kito took a sigh "Whatever, all of us are no doubtebly doing okay.", he got to his front door and walked into his house. As soon as he got to his room, he took of his shirt and just took a deep breath in and out. Kito went to the back of his standing mirror and brought out a drawing table, he also opened up a secret wall behind his closet that had all sorts of pistols that were white, yellow and red in colour. He brought out the pistols and some other bigger guns that were the same colour, and started examining it with the help of the drawing table that had all the diagrams on them. Kito thought to himself "For a month now, I've been working on some weapons that I created myself now. Each of them were created for the sole purpose of handling different elements.", Kito opened up one of the white pistols that had a spell card rolled into it "Instead of shooting ice and all my other elemental abilities from by body, I thought it was a good idea to create weapons that could handle them.". He took out the spell card that was rolled in the pistol "This white pistol is meant to shot out ice based attacks, the spell card I rolled into it was so that I could shoot out any kind of ice attacks I want, but there's one major problem.", he dropped the gun "The problem is shooting out the attack needed at the moment.". Kito took a sigh and muttered "Normally when using a spell card, it's either you're just shooting waves of one attack of the element, or you're shooting multiple different attacks. And to shoot multiple of different attacks, you need to either know the incarnations or just call out the name of the attack. But with the spell card kept in the gun, I don't think saying the name of the attack would work, which means I need some kind of censor that would scan the attack I need at the moment.". Kito took a lazy sigh and groan "I'm starting to have an headache just by thinking.", he took another deep breath in and out, but this time, his head was faced down. Kito picked up the ice gun "I need a censor that would scan the next attacks I'm using, either that, or I'll set the gun to manual mode where I just shoot waves of ice, the same thing goes for the other elements.". Kito started to fix up the gun and add a few touches to it "There we go....", he said to himself as he looked at the ice gun "I've set it to manual, all I need to do is to do the same for my other weapons and I'm done. Minus the censors, I think these guns of mine would work out pretty well.". Elsewhere, Regina and Volt were sparring with Ralfold. Volt's arms were covered with lightning shaped like swords as he went blow for blow with Ralfold who was cloacked with destructive energy. Lightning and destructive energy sparked all over the place "Don't relent, Volt. Keep going, use your lightning to keep pushing yourself forward.", Volt growled "I know....", his eyes were concentrated and focused as his lightning grew wilder. Regina swooped in from behind with her katana infused with purple lightning, Ralfold glanced at her and immediately dodged. This caused her and Volt to crash into one another in an explosion of lightning, after the smoke cleared, Regina and Volt were seen standing. Regina scolded as she stood "Volt....! You should have just jumped back to give me some space.", Volt smiled nervously and replied "Yeah, well you shouldn't have charged in like that.", "Whatever.", Regina replied. Ralfold looking at his student scoffed and smirked "Hm, looks like you two are in top shape. Good to see.".
