"Aefia! Concentrate!" Ms. Avry shouted. She pinned down both of her hands as the nurse lady removed the cloth from her eye. It was hurting insanely.
Aefia resisted multiple attempts to get unconscious since she feared entering any dimension right that moment. Blood fell from the plastic bed cover onto the floor, drowning almost half the room in it.
"I am sensing some very intensely concentrated power, which is leading to her overbleed." The nurse lady told Ms. Avry.
"What type of power?" Ms. Avry asked.
"Phase three beast."
"How did she grow in power that fast? Could it be that due to her power that she has cultivated the magic to interact with other dimensions?" Ms. Avry thought. "We are not sure, but if she really is a Phase three right now, she is currently a seer then."
Each Phase as a name given to it for each element. For Aefia, her Phase three's name was also Beast. Due to which, Aefia managed to get away without anyone noticing she had been in that dimension with her physical form.
Her current Phase, which is Phase one, was named Hunter. During her Hunter Phase, her skills would allow her to kill small numbers with most of her skills used to protect herself and the others.
Her sixth Phase is called Mafia. During this Phase, her skills will open up more of the killer instincts and she would be able to take down majority of her enemies in one night.
Her third Phase is Beast, which would potentially make her one of the most powerful mages. While all the other skills in the middle have different types of skills that it has to offer, her last Phase is rather different.
The Wolf element's Phase seven is called the Blood Ruler. At this stage, she will be known as the mass murder ruler and equivalent to the title of King of Tyrants. This can be explained through her elemental magic's uncovered history. Although important information like some of her Phase titles were missing.
Although it is a small percentage over the huge amount still unknown, it is said that the Wolf element was initially considered a type of Ritualistic magic. The knife symbol is used to indicate that the future of this element may be the rise of a new potential murderers' group like the Torture Cell.
Since she already knew this information, Aefia was currently trying to think of the paths that were laid out for her. She had two paths she could choose to start walking on.
The first one was the path that leads her to the Throne of the Demon King. By walking in that path, she would form an alliance with a possibly dangerous group that can lead to her death as the demon Marty had said.
The second one was the completion of all her phases. That way, she becomes the Evil Guardian and is part of the Torture Cell, which is also considered an alliance with a dangerous group.
Her third and last option was to carve out her own way to live in this dimension and complete her missions, which seemed to Aefia, was helping her find a way to defeat the Torture Cell.
Although she felt like it was too early for her to take on such things, she couldn't disregard the fact that she was also the one who wanted to start her main goal of finding out why the planets need to be destroyed.
As far as she had considered, defeating a big group full of powerful people would be tough for her since she is just a teenager with elemental magic that helps her survive and fight in battles. Even that power wasn't enough to return to this dimension without injuries.
She will eventually need to pursue any of the one paths to grow in power. The path she was currently opting for, was the path that leads her to be as powerful as a Guardian. In other words, completion of Phases.
She will have to do some difficult alterations to the path before she starts to walk to make sure she is only Evil to the actual evils and not to innocent peoples, unlike the Torture Cell. She had to be a possible rival to the Torture Cell, not a friend. That was her strategy.
To successfully complete her Phases, she would need the help of the mentors. Which was why she didn't hide the rest of the evidence of her shifting between dimensions.
If her mentors are cooperative enough, they will acknowledge the fact that she truly was growing to be a seer. And her accelerated growth in power would allow her to investigate more cases that would be assigned by the competition members.
During her researches in the future, she will easily be able to learn about the revealations, the Torture Cell and other Kings and Queens. That way, she can accumulate the needed information on the Torture Cell.

"Her eyes are in bad condition, it is impossible to operate it unless it heals up for a bit. It may take months, but since she is from Earth, in another planet and her body is frozen in time, it may take a few years to even partially recover." The nurse lady explained.
That demon! I will kill every single one of them! I will track down that Guardian who sent me there!
Aefia cried at the words. She has successfully lost an eye due to being unwillingly transported to another dimension and facing a beast who was no match for her power. She hated herself for being the fool who was blinded by her rage.
Thinking about that fight earlier made her even more mad. She hated her instincts for being dumb and not using her skills when she needed to. I was never meant to come to this world! I chose it and now this is my fate! To suffer and die!
"It's just an eye, it may hurt a lot but a lot of people don't even have both eyes." Ms. Avry comforted her.
"I don't care! It's better to be blind than suffer through this trauma!" Aefia cried even more. Blood continuously fell on the floor from her left eye.
"I completely understand, she is fifteen afterall." The nurse lady replied. "It will be very hard for her to live with only an eye."
"If only the cape can stop the bleeding, then we should probably use that to wrap up her eye since nothing can be done." Ms. Avry signed. She was about to pick up the cape again when the nurse lady stopped her.
"Don't use that cape, I can turn any fabric into one that stops the bleeding." Helio spoke. "I can turn a bandage into one that will slowly heal the wound. Though the wound is still a type. I can't guarantee it will fully heal it."
"Alright, let's use the bandage you want to turn into whatever you said you can do. But can't we use an eye patch?" Ms. Avry asked.
"No, it is too little fabric to fully cover the wound and stop the bleeding. We plan on using a long bandage that will start from the this side of the head, all the way below her left ear and back." The nurse lady pointed out.
"Alright then, I will leave you to do whatever you want." Ms. Avry said while heading out. Why do you need to head out when you are supposed to calm me down from this trauma now?!
Aefia stayed silent but her eyes were still watery. "Look, I know you are hating all those incidents that caused you to lose an eye, but maybe it's for the good in the future?" The nurse lady spoke.
"I rather die than live a future." Aefia thought about the struggles she was about to face. Taking up missions in another dimension may even mean slowly losing her sanity like she did during the battle with the beast.
"Kids like you always think that, but don't you feel bad for the things that you protect? Once you are dead, those things would want to be dead too. It can be a pet or even your favourite pen. How would you feel when someone close to you dies?" The nurse lady handed a rool of bandage to Helio.
If I die in this dimension, I would safely be able to go back to Earth to protect my brother. But I also fear death.
"And what about the people who are trying to protect you?" The nurse lady asked.
"I don't think anyone cares if I choose to live." Aefia replied while looking down at the pool of blood on the floor.
"That's not true. I am a close friend of Ms.
Avry's and I can tell, she is closer to you than she is to the others. She cares for you more than she would care about her own family members." The nurse lady explained.
"How? I have only met her for a few days." Aefia replied while looking up at the nurse lady.
"Haven't you seen how she noticed your eye was injured? She even got pretty mad at you for not telling her you were injured." The nurse lady took the bandage back from Helio. Because it was part of my plan.
When Aefia didn't reply, the nurse lady added, "You won't notice now but you will in the future."

After leaving the nurse's office with a bandaged eye, Ms. Avry brought Aefia a medical box at the lobby. "Just in case your eye starts bleeding out of the contrary. And don't do reckless things that will cause the eye further damage. You know that it's in the worst condition."
"Alright, thanks. I will take note." Aefia got up with the cape of the cloak hanging on her arm. I will need this box every time I am called on a mission by the unknown creatures.
"And get some rest. If you get another revealation, instantly come to the reception. Tell a servant that you need the assistance of a mentor due to a dream you received." Ms. Avry explained.
"What if the mentor isn't you?" Aefia asked.
"Then just be honest about who you want to meet."
"I will do that." Aefia started to walk to the direction of the hallway.
"Don't you want to meet your teammates?" Ms. Avry asked.
"I will thank Helio if I find him on my way. Other than that, I will meet them tomorrow." Aefia replied with her back to Ms. Avry. "I don't think it's any of their concerns to worry about me and my damaged eye." Aefia walked away.
"You have only lost an eye, and you are depressed about it. I wonder how you will survive the upcoming missions. A few Guardians are after you, Manipulator of Time." Ms. Avry softly spoke to herself.
Did I just hear Ms. Avry mention my title? Aefia was behind a wall, listening to what Ms. Avry had to say. She was taken aback. Is she the one who sent me to that dimension! Or does she have a connection to the Guardians?! But as long as she doesn't say I am the King of Tyrants, I am safe. That doesn't mean I can let my guards down either!
"Why are you still here? You should be back at your room resting by now." Helio asked while exiting the meeting room.
"I have a lot of information that I have discovered. Most recent one is Ms. Avry finding out an important fact about me. I am suspecting that she is has a connection to the mysterious creatures." Aefia explained.
"Wait, does that mean she could be the one who sent you to the other dimension? What other information did you just hear?" Helio asked with a serious expression.
"Remember the time I was in another dimension while you and the nurse lady were stitching the wound on my head? I had come up with a title to change my current one as the King of Tyrants. I put it as Manipulator of Time.. and Ms. Avry just said that while talking to herself about me. She even said a few Guardians are after me."
"That doesn't seem good. Anyway, I wanted to ask earlier, was the revealation you told us about true? That the destruction is nearby?"
"Yes. And I know the exact date and time of it too."
"I see. Well, I will help you investigate the matteras you requested. The teammate's expressions are pretty questionable thanks to your idea earlier. They are wondering why you would be a King already. I told them I have no idea and they are busy discussing the matter between themselves now. I didn't tell them about your elemental absorbtion skill as you asked, but I left the signs."
"Good. If it all works out, then I should be able to be handed the mission of preventing the destruction by the unknown sources. Then, I will be able to execute my first move." Aefia explained.
"You know? Maybe there is another way to proceed with the first step than the way you want to go, not everything is the answer to death."
"I am not going to die, I will be gone to another dimension. The dimension of their residence."
"Alright. If we discuss this matter in front of the meeting room, I will have to explain it to them when I go back in there. Nada is quite the eavesdropper as I have seen."
"I know but I made sure I expressed the words in a way she won't be able to decode it. So when you return, she will be very quite and with no sound."
"Alright then. Make sure to keep that eye from being further damaged. If you do, you might send the metal claw that is holding your eyeball in place, into your brain."
"Sure, I will take note of that." Aefia turned around to head to her room when she remembered. "By the way, how would you like to join me in my future inter-dimensional mission? I will need a healer if I face beasts like Marty."
