And honestly, even I'm surprised at how fast he progressed through his pathway.
What do I mean? Simple, Shou Tucker is already Sequence 3.

How is that possible? Well… remember what I said before?
You can only advance freely if your pathway adjacent it's in the same secuence, otherwise you have to wait until everyone else reaches the same level.
So yes, characters like Shou Tucker, Mariko, Dio Brando, Hades, Eva, Charlotte Linlin, etc…
They technically had a free growth route
Or well, they did… until the protagonist realized that if he let them grow unchecked… they'd destroy the universe long before his plan could be completed.
So, with no other choice, he made a few "small adjustments" to their growth method long before he even summoned them.
Because yes, this modification happened right after the protagonist finally understood how his power actually works (Translator: bruh, this dude's insane with his paranoid 😬)
The modification was simple, they are all restricted to at most one Sequence above whoever has the highest Sequence among the others.
What do I mean? Simple, If everyone in the "God Almighty" pathway is at Sequence 7, and that's the most advanced pathway…
Then the "High-Dimensional Overseer" pathway is capped at Sequence 6, and so are the others.
Meaning they depend heavily on teamwork and simultaneous growth.
Oh, by the way, at this point, all avatars already know about the existence of the others.
They also know all advancement rules, thanks to the protagonist.
This caused something… interesting among the avatars.
Specifically.... Daisy and Frank were forced to interfere in Twilight's world because he was slowing everyone down WAY too much.
And not only that, Yuno herself contacted all avatars and placed curses on their bodies, so if they don't train…

But Star being the reason the two haven't progressed? That seems odd.

And if you read Chapter 0, you'd know the worst kind of avatar is the High-Dimensional Overseer.
