Chapter 28 - Master and Prodigy.

The next few weeks settled into a new, strange rhythm. The 'Goddess of the False Dawn' was silent. My [Eternal Dungeon] access was restored, but I didn't dare re-enter. I didn't need to. My objective had changed from "grinding" to "mastery."

My "grounded" status was a joke. I was now Clarisse's most valuable asset. Every morning, I sat with her in the study, my Level 42 mind and `[Absolute Clarity]` trait tearing through the estate's finances.

"Mother, Theodore didn't just 'lose' money at cards," I'd say, pointing to a ledger. "This entry for 'grain supplies' is a payment to a known moneylender in Oakhaven. He's paying gambling debts with our food budget."
