Chapter 24 - OPRK Chapter 24: A Ruthless Justice, A Sea of Lies

With King in charge, no matter how wildly the opposing pirate crew bombarded them, it was useless.

The Blood Blade Pirates quickly realized things were going badly, wanting to turn their ship around and flee, but the "Azure Dragon," though massive, was incredibly fast, its propulsion system personally modified by Queen.

It had to be said, the Beasts' skull flag, not yet famous, was quite deceptive. Otherwise, they would have run away at the first sight of it.

Before long, the Blood Blade Pirates were caught by the "Azure Dragon."

King, wielding his long sword, wings spread, not even bothering to activate the flames on his back, flew to the opposing pirate ship first.

Matty waved the flag in her hand vigorously, giving her brother Englar a "Cheer" buff.

Englar released the helm, instantly transforming into a majestic lion, feeling power surging through him with the encouragement buff.

"Brother, go!"

The lion sprinted towards the opposing pirate crew, his sister Matty's cheering voice coming from behind.

They were all people who licked blood from their blades, naturally refusing to sit still and wait for death.

The Blood Blade Pirates' captain raised his sword, shouting, "Men, kill them! Once we make landfall, I'll take you to the red-light district, all expenses paid!"

"To the death, Captain!"

"Charge!"

...

King, looking at the pirates charging towards him, his eyes widened, Conqueror's Haki erupting, a terrifying aura sweeping out, dark red lightning flashing.

But just as it erupted, the Conqueror's Haki quickly dissipated.

King shook his head slightly, disappointed. He still couldn't master this power.

He'd seen Mr. Kaido and Mr. Noro unleash Conqueror's Haki, domineering and vast, like the awe-inspiring might of the heavens, instantly knocking everyone on the island unconscious.

In the first half of the Grand Line, they couldn't understand what Conqueror's Haki was. The captain, seeing most of his crew knocked unconscious, could only attribute it to some Devil Fruit ability.

But since he was fine, it meant this ability was useless against him, then die!

The captain's lips curved into a cruel smile, charging towards King with his sword.

King raised his long sword, easily blocking the opponent's fierce attack. Englar also charged towards the opposing crew members who hadn't been knocked out.

The battle broke out.

Kaido and Noro lay on the deck chairs, completely unconcerned about the battle, casually commenting.

"King's Conqueror's Haki isn't weak."

Noro nodded in agreement. King's awakening method was the accumulation of eight hundred years of hatred, its strength was naturally high.

Those who hadn't fainted were only unaffected because the eruption time was too short, they hadn't been caught in the blast.

"It's just not skilled yet."

Kaido grinned, "Worororororo, that's what we're here for, he'll get skilled eventually."

Noro smiled, "That's right."

Mainly you, the gold-medal teacher!

The Blood Blade captain was no match for King, someone who couldn't even use Haki, whose defenses couldn't even withstand King's attacks. He was quickly cut down by King's sword.

Englar, although he currently had no combat skills, his massive body, the Zoan Fruit's terrifying physical enhancements, and his sister Matty's Cheer buff, with all these boosts, easily killed all the pirates.

The two returned to the "Azure Dragon," reporting to Kaido and Noro. Kaido smiled, satisfied, "Well done."

Stussy, the treasurer, immediately ran to the opposing pirate ship, looting valuables and putting them in her Door-Door World.

When she returned to the "Azure Dragon," her delicate face showed disgust, "Tch, a poor pirate crew!"

Noro couldn't help but laugh. How much money could a pirate crew in the first half of the Grand Line have? And this woman, after possessing the golden city, had raised her standards.

Englar, following Noro's instructions, steered the "Azure Dragon" to the Red Line.

The Tengu Serpent rode the mist, Flame Clouds dragging the "Azure Dragon" over the Red Line, arriving in the New World.

...

Somewhere in the first half of the Grand Line.

The Celestial Dragon's yacht, steered by slaves, sped across the sea.

Noro hadn't killed those slaves, nor had he helped them.

He'd already saved these slaves, he wasn't some saint, helping people to the end, safely sending all these slaves home.

The slaves had found the keys, unlocked their collars and handcuffs, taking control of the yacht.

Unfortunately, they were caught by Sengoku.

Kong had carefully considered sending Sengoku to handle this matter.

Zephyr was too kind and benevolent, unwilling to kill even pirates, earning him the title of "Non-Killing Admiral."

He couldn't bring himself to handle this.

Garp was similar, he didn't think much of those Celestial Dragons, and Garp wasn't an Admiral after all.

Therefore, he could only send Sengoku.

Sengoku led a Marine warship, intercepting the yacht.

The Celestial Dragon's yacht, though luxurious, didn't have any cannons installed.

As world nobles, Celestial Dragons had warships escorting them for safety, and ordinary people didn't dare attack a Celestial Dragon's yacht.

Therefore, the slaves had no means of resistance, only able to watch helplessly as the Marines boarded the yacht, taking control of them all.

The Marines quickly investigated the situation on the yacht: the Celestial Dragon was dead, the CP agents were dead, and the rest were just pitiful slaves.

Remembering the solemnity of Fleet Admiral Kong's orders, Sengoku painfully closed his eyes.

The pirates had spared these pitiful people, but he, as a Marine of justice, just to prevent the news of a Celestial Dragon's death from spreading, had to kill them all!

What kind of justice was this? What kind of Marines were they? What were the Marines protecting?

Sengoku clenched and unclenched his fists, again and again.

This Marine Admiral, feared by pirates, was not at peace, his heart was stormy.

After agonizing for a long time, the Marine Admiral finally issued the cruel order coldly:

Sink this yacht, along with the news of the Celestial Dragon's death, sink it all into the sea.

The slaves were left on the yacht, the Marines returning to the warship, then, the cannons roared.

Cannonballs streaked across the sky, crashing into the yacht.

Flames soared, cries of despair echoed.

Sengoku closed his eyes, unable to bear it, constantly trying to convince himself: This was for the stability of the world. Death, perhaps, was a release for these slaves.

This ridiculous reason couldn't convince himself.

The yacht slowly sank into the sea, Sengoku turning to walk towards the cabin, the biting sea breeze blowing past, the "Justice" cloak behind him fluttering, as if mocking him.
