BWDC:SDDK Chapter 1: Riddler, Get Out of Gotham!
On April 19th, the Suzuki Financial Group is set to host its 60th-anniversary shipboard party aboard the Queen Selizabeth. According to the riddle provided, the Riddler is expected to descend from the sky and steal a precious gemstone.
Fortunately, the Riddler's nemesis, Batman, will also be attending the banquet today—
"I'm sorry, sir, but Mrs. Suzuki has stipulated that all attendees for this banquet must wear formal attire..."
Oh, it seems the great Batman has encountered a slight problem.

The waiter muttered under his breath.
But his attention was immediately diverted by the arrival of the famous detective, Kogoro Mouri, along with his beloved daughter, Ran Mouri, and the rest of their party.
The waiter hurried forward to greet them, unaware that the "odd fellow" who had entered earlier was currently standing at the edge of the deck, observing the situation.
"Kaito Kid will first enter the Queen Selizabeth disguised as Shiro Suzuki, then use Ran Mouri's identity to get close to Tomoko Suzuki and steal the Black Star..."
"To complete the mission and get the reward, the best way is to have a chat with Kaito Kid after he replaces Ran Mouri."
Ren Ichimonji glanced around. Seeing that no one was approaching, he took a sip of his coffee.
Immediately, a warm current flowed through his body, making his spirit feel more invigorated—this was the final item from his Newbie Gift Pack trio.
A supernatural item.
Drinking the coffee from this cup restores physical and mental stamina once per day. When downed in one gulp, it grants one minute of Batman's combat and cognitive abilities. Any coffee consumed from the cup will automatically refill to the brim after one minute.

When he first saw the name "Riddler," Ren Ichimonji thought he had been sent to some bizarre Dark Multiverse.
After being on high alert for half a day, he suddenly realized the mission trigger seemed to be a newspaper headline. He took a look at the content.
Wow, a heist notice from Kaito Kid!
So the "Riddler" in the mission referred to "Kaito Kid"! This city full of Japanese was indeed Beika City, not Gotham City!
While Ren Ichimonji felt that calling Kaito Kid a "Riddler" wasn't quite right, the more he thought about it, the more it made sense... After all, Kaito Kid really does speak in riddles every day. It was a well-deserved nickname.

At that moment, Kaito Kid—who had already disguised himself as Shiro Suzuki and was on his way to the Queen Selizabeth—felt a sudden chill. His sixth sense told him something was not quite right.

Akako's prophecies were usually far-fetched, but now she was bringing up Batman. It felt like she had run out of ideas and was just making things up.
Batman? Is Batman going to jump out of a comic book and punch me?
"It was one thing when she talked about the 'Magician of Light' last time, but now it's Batman? Has her imagination regressed so much she has to use existing fictional characters? What era is she living in, saying such nonsense..."
Kuroba Kaito kept his eyes on the road ahead.
He was one of the world's top magicians. He had seen too many things claimed to be "magic" that were actually just tricks disguised by stagecraft and psychological techniques. Therefore, he had zero faith in these magical prophecies!
"If there really is a Batman, then let him jump out of the comics and give me a punch."
