Mr. N ran through the walls so quickly Killer Karmel Kan couldn't even see him.
Kan closed his eyes, exhaled.
"This is going to be hard. That Clash with Yara hurt. BAD"
Back in the kitchen, Yara's Bible scoffed.
"Let's hope whoever faces him has the strength to take him out."
A wounded man on the floor coughed out a laugh.
"Impossible. You're all dead already. Kan is a monst—"
He never finished. Yara's Bible slipped a marble between the man's teeth. A snap of fingers. The marble swelled, and triple'd in size^4 rupturing him from the inside in a red burst.
Yara didn't flinch.
"Can't be a coincidence this happens right after we receive the human weapon… Liam."
Karmel Kan dashed, something felt off however, he kept moving quickly looking at different doors 'He met Rocks in a Kitchen and now he just had a full scale battle in a kitchen? That's so odd?'
The Image of a spinning wheel appears in the back of his mind but Kan quickly ignores it.
Mr. N closed his eyes to focus his hearing on the unnatural sound flowing through his brain; he analysed hundreds of possible scenarios and outcomes.
Weight, height, muscle tone, bone density, weapons, and armor.
Just by hearing their bodies move, Mr. N could decipher what was happening.
In the dark Mr. N removed his gloves, patiently waiting.
The door breaks open. The lights go off.
Killer Karmel Kan was known for his assassination skills. The ability to blend in and dissect his opponents in a timely manner.
However Mr. N wouldn't make it so easy for him.
He was prepared for this and like a magician the man vanished.
Kan had one hand by his side. Always hovering over his rusty knife.
He looked all around the area but he saw nobody, just the same old bed sheets and underwear left out.
Wait what? This is the exact same description of Mr. N's room that was given to him in the picture taken 3 months ago.
Why is it one for one however?
That doesn't make any sense?
As Kan's senses are overwhelmed he stops thinking for 5 seconds as he freezes.
"Wait? What am I talking about?
I'm in the dark.
I shouldn't be able to see anything?"
HUH?
The madness already takes hold of him.
Flustered, Kan paced back and forth, looking left to right and even above him.
Nothing.
Just the cool winter breeze and fog entering the room from Mr. N's open window.
Goosebumps appear over the man's body.
Wait that window? Its pumping gas?
Before he can comprehend what happened, his eardrums just start to bleed rapidly, the sound was so deafening he didn't even have time to process it.
The plan before the fight,
Lay traps beneath the light.
Gas in the air,
a hum in the skin,
He steps through the hell, I built within,
Mr. N smiles.
Ken's voice cracks as he tries to speak.
"What—"
Cough* Cough* Cough*
"What the fuck?"
As Ken struggled to breathe, his gasps resembled the wheezing of an asthmatic.
With every attempt to exhale, his lungs emitted strained and raspy sounds, intensifying the severity of his coughs.
And with every attempt to inhale, its as if he could not obtain any air.
His airways constricted, creating a sound of disturbing wheezing that echoed through the dark room.
Each cough hurt like a thousand needles pinching his lungs.
Darkness filled the air.
In a panic Kan fell onto his backside before swiftly getting back up. However Kan quickly realized he was officially blind.
In a hurried scramble, he accidentally dropped his knife. Agitated, he reached for his face, unconsciously touching his wide-open eyeballs, causing a sudden exclamation of pain.
"Aahh!" Ken inadvertently bumped his head against the wall.
The darkness only got stronger; it was so dominant it drowned him.
It began to choke the oxygen from the man's lungs. Previously he was struggling to breathe now he cannot.
Every single nerve cell in his brain screamed vigorously at him. "RUN!" The surrounding darkness became inconsequential as every place on earth seemed better and safer than his current location.
"Fall" Mr. N mumbled.
Ken's bones became biscuits.
Literally.
His legs gave out, his bones shattering under the weight of his body.
The man became crippled.
But something hooked him by the spine.
Keeping him up.
He was hooked up like an animal on a meat hook.
This was it, it was to end here
But
"The Hero Arrives"
The modulator caused Liam's voice to echo.
A light flashes before Kan's eyes. Unable to react, his mouth is seized by an inhumane, coarse, jittery hand.
Scared for his life, he is rag-dolled and slammed into the wall. In agony, he tries to let out a petrifying scream, his voice cracks, but nothing is heard.
Liam grips the man's face with enough force to crush steel.
He was hit by the most atrocious, mind-altering pain he has ever felt.
Like the rough tongue of an animal eating your skin and slowly piercing and itching into his flesh, the vibrating hand pressed upon his face.
Mentally he wept.
Tears flooded his eyes.
Not realizing that his jaw and skull had been decimated, uncontrollable urine and snot begin to excrete from his body.
Liam's reverberating dark voice rattled the man to his bones. These words he would never forget, as they were his last.
"This man.
Is no soldier."
Liam's gut punches him with such force that his hand enters his abdomen, piercing and rupturing his stomach.
Destroying his spinal cord, Liam opens his hand mid-way to ensure he does not pull the man's intestines out of his body. Quickly removing his hand.
Siegfried yawns as a giant owl shows itself on his shoulder, its beak riddled with blood and human bits. At the door she switches on the lights simply asking Mr. N "Is that the last one?"
Mr. N's face twisted with disgust, ignoring Siegfreed stared at the corpse of Karmel Kan.
"I had it under control. The Vantablack… the Scopolamine, DMT, Carbon Monoxide, and low-range infrasound frequencies — 17 to 19 hertz to disorient him, 7 hertz to confuse his senses — everything."
Siegfreed fell to the ground at the the door coughing. "What the fuck?"
Mr. N waves his hand at the sensor, clearing the room of the remaining gas.
Liam removed his mask, his voice falling back to a whisper.
"I know. But we cleared our room and the perimeter—so we came to check on you. Isn't that my job?"
Mr. N let out a sharp exhale, halfway between irritation and relief.
"Yeah… I guess. I appreciate it."
Liam smiled "I appreciate the mask btw. I can extend my voice and actually speak with it."
Mr. N "Yeah no problem king"
Mr. N walked over to the coughing and dying Siegfreed as he splashed him with some weird liquid his symptoms immediately disappear.
"Be careful next time when you chose to help me, I fight with a lot of chemicals and drugs."
Mr. N sighed, His eyes drifted to Karmel Kan's broken form, and a thought pressed into his mind.
Liam's raw strength rivals even my Rank One Elite Guard. I wanted Kan alive—paralyzed for questioning—but that's not possible anymore. He's a donut now…
