A few days later,
after a lot of planning, Draco still had his sleepless nights, really dark circles were living below his eye

Zenyatta has been avoiding Xena for quite a while now since she spoke the truth, Xena was frustrated about it and she couldn't even tell Sadie because Sadie refused to leave the hospital.
Xena was walking down the stairs when Zenyatta was walking up the stairs and immediately she saw her, Zenyatta turned to leave but Xena ran after her, she pinned her to the wall beside the stairs
"What's wrong with you!" Zenyatta yelled pissed
"What's wrong with me?? You wanna know what's wrong with me?, you avoiding me is the totally wrong nyatts why"
Zenyatta teared up "I....I don't deserve you Xena"
Xena scoffed "because of your Past? I don't care about any of those things nyatts I just want you"
Nyatta sniffed "are you serious?" And Xena nodded "now stop being a baby, our roles are totally reversed right now little tiger"
Zenyatta laughed heartily and Xena couldn't help but join

Sadie fed Matteo with smiles on her face, Matteo who had a bandage around his torso to his waist just stared at her as he ate.
"How many people know I'm awake?" Matteo asked and Sadie sighed "I haven't told anyone yet, just like Anika I suspects someone might be after you"

"Why are you staring at me" she asked as she dropped the empty food bowl on the tray
Matteo stretched and brushed her hair behind her ear "I want to savor your look, you look more like Anika than the sparkly Sadie and know and also Cruz I have a feeling I might not get to see this year's Christmas"
Sadie punched his arm in tears ",don't say stuffs like that Matteo"
Matteo hugged her "I'm sorry I'm just worried, I had a terrible feeling when I opened my eyes.....where's Anika"
Sadie then parted from the hug "that's it ...Anika!! I haven't seen her for months now, Bruce is also missing, Xena is anxious, Draco rarely sleeps now I've put two and two together I think....Anika is.... missing"
Matteo closed his eyes and opened it again, he got down from the bed and Sadie held him "Matteo what are you doing, you just woke up"
Matteo turned to her and held her face "this concerns Anika and I can't stay still, I have to find her"
Matteo leaned in and kissed her, Sadie gasped into the kiss "mat...t...eo"
Matteo sighed "this might be the last time we meet Sadie but I promise to come back to you"
Before Sadie could reply he kissed her again and she gasped
"Matteo...what have...you done"
"I'm sorry...but I have to" he had injected a sleeping pill, one of Anika's drugs into her syastem
Sadie's eyes closed and she fell forward, Matteo caught her and laid her on the bed, he kissed her for the last time before jumping out the window

Draco was out in the empty park, a cigarette in his hands, he's not using it, he just lit it and watched it burn out.
His mind was racing with so many thoughts
He's a snap away from going to the hideout and getting her out of there but they had to wait for Bruce's signal before they could arrive

"Sneaking up on people is rude"
Matteo let out a chuckle and went beside him "I see you're already aware that I'm awake?"
Draco smirked "I would know what goes on under my nose"
Matteo stretched "I see you have a plan"
Draco nodded and looked away, a few seconds in the silence Matteo sneezed and a drop of blood fell from his nose.
He frowned and wiped it off "that's strange"
Draco glanced at him and furrowed his brows "you shouldn't have come here, you should be resting"
"I feel totally fine, it's maybe cuz of stress"
Soon feets ran into the empty park "boss we've received the signal"
Draco smirked and walked to his car "it's time to hit the road, Matteo stay here and don't come you need to rest"
Draco zoomed off and Matteo smirked "not on my watch" but he stole someone's motorcycle and drove after the car
Draco saw him from the side mirror and scoffed "stubborn goat"

Anika has lost all hopes of escaping this hell like place, every day she had new scars added to her old ones.
Jason was focused on scaring her soul. Bruce would watch with that heartless grin on his face which always cut through her soul

Shock flashed through Bruce's face and he glared at her, she stuck out her tongue and Jason infuriating lashed her and she let out a cry.
Jason didn't stop for a heartbeat, he kept hitting her repeatedly all over her body with the belt and then there was a click of a gun's trigger
"I've had enough of your nonsense, touch her and I'll blow your brains out...."
Jason froze where he was and Anika smirked painfully, bleeding from everywhere
"I finally got you Bruce...."
