"Since we are done here, I believe I should go too," Xuan han said and turned to walk away, but Wei Jin slammed his Fan on the table. "You. Wait," he yelled. "What were you thinking starting a fight like that? You were supposed to act as an omega!"
Xuan han turned around and clenched his fists as he faced Wei Jin. "You expect me to stay still while they bully him?"
"That is…" Wei Jin let out a groan and rubbed his forehead gently. "I am just concerned about Ling Yue and… you," his voice dropped into a low tone. "If words get out, both of you will be in trouble."
Xuan han heaved a deep sigh. Wei Jin was right about everything but still, he couldn't watch Ling Yue being treated as nothing. Maybe it was his Alpha instincts or maybe his own feelings or because he was obligated to protect him, he still couldn't stand still while he was being treated like trash.
"I'll do it again if that's what it takes to protect him."
