I shifted, facing her. But she turned her face away as if my gaze was suffocating her.
"Is this… about what happened in high school? In the radio broadcasting room?" I guessed.
That must be it.
I was always teasing her, but that incident in the radio room was the most logical reason why she was this defensive toward me.
She smirked bitterly. "So your genius brain is working normally. You still remember."
"What about that? Didn't we resolve that matter already?" I arched an eyebrow.
She turned and glared at me as if my words were carrying sin.
"Resolve? How did we resolve that?" Her voice shook. "Ah, was there anything to resolve about that incident, though?
I lived a hell life for the rest of my high school years, and you just disappeared without a word, leaving the country.
After you came back, entering medical college the same time as Roman, you kept mocking me again and acting like that problem never existed.
