Scene: Three days later in Jagne City. Precious is in his room, gets ready, and heads out. He walks the streets where many small shops and houses line the roads. There are no big buildings and few carriages — people mostly travel by buggy or on foot.

Scene: In a random alley there's a parked truck. Inside are some girls whose clothes are torn and whose skin bears many cut marks. Around the truck stand about ten people — humans, ogres, and beastmen: 4 ogres, 3 beastmen, 3 humans. One of the humans throws another girl into the truck.
That human: Hey Juba, Boli, and Roko — make sure none of these slaves try to run.Juba: Okay. (ogre)Boli: Don't worry. (female ogre)Roko: I'll pass some time with them. (human)That human: Don't touch the ones who aren't virgins too much — if one gets pregnant, we can't sell her for much.Roko: I know, I know. Kabsa, go do your work.Kabsa: The rest of you come with me — let's check that building once more, see if there are any kids.Others: Yes.
Scene: Roko approaches the slaves and looks them over.Roko: Heh heh — who should I start with? (dark tone)
Scene: Meanwhile Precious walks down a street; other people and buggies pass by. There are houses, hotels, and restaurants; no big buildings. He passes an alley, then turns back and sees a truck parked there with captured girls from different races inside — and a human boy standing nearby.
Precious: What's going on here?Kail: I think they're capturing slaves for slave trading.Precious: Slave trading? What's that?Kail: Huh? (shocked) You don't know about slave trading?Precious: Nope.Kail: Alright, I'll tell you later — for now, save those girls.Precious: Then here I go! (cold and slightly angry tone)
Scene: Precious walks slowly forward and then vanishes. He suddenly appears behind Roko, grabs Roko's shoulder, and throws him to the ground from the truck.
Roko: Agh!!! M… my shoulder!!Precious: What are you doing?! (heavy and sharp tone)Roko: Who are you, kid?! Agh!
Scene: Precious summons a large cloth out of nowhere and throws it over the girls so they can cover themselves.
Precious: I am your end. (cold tone)Roko: Hey! Joba and Boli, help me!
Scene: Joba, who was asleep in the driver's seat, jerks awake and looks toward Roko.
Joba: What's happening?! What is this?! (Roko's shoulder has been injured and is bleeding.)
Scene: Joba and Boli rush to Roko and see Precious.
Boli: Hey kid, what are you doing here?!Precious: Oh nothing special — I just saw someone who needed help, so I'm helping.Boli: Water ball!
Scene: Boli throws a water ball at Precious, but it vanishes mid-air.Boli: ?!Joba: Fire ball!
Scene: The fireball meets the same fate. Then Kabsa and the others arrive.
Kabsa: What's all this noise? What's happening? Roko, what happened?! (Kabsa sees Roko on the ground with his shoulder injured and bleeding.)Roko: Boss! Scene: They all attack — some cast fireballs, some water balls, some summon earth beasts, even a water dragon attack — but all attacks vanish mid-trajectory.

Scene: Precious heals them, gives them clothes and food, and takes them to a temple.
Precious: I'll leave you at the temple. You'll be safe there.Random slave: Thank you — whoever you are, thank you.Slave 2: Now I can go back to my family.Slave 3: Yeah — me too. (small cry)
Scene: Everyone steps out of the truck and Precious drops them at the temple.
Precious: Okay, bye. Take care.Everyone: Thank you again, Precious.Precious: It's okay. It was my duty.
Scene: Precious begins to leave.
Precious: Kail — tell me, what exactly are slaves and slave trading?Kail: Slaves are people captured and kidnapped to be sold — slave traders are those who sell them or buy them.Precious: And what happens to them?Kail: A curse mark is placed on a slave so they must obey every command of their buyer or owner, no matter what it is.Precious: I see.
