Juan moved quickly, holding the bucket in place.
All Jay could do was clutch the ground, furious and miserable, wondering why his usually indestructible body felt like it was betraying him.
The doctor arrived and began examining Jay. Everyone outside the tent waited anxiously for his verdict, one wrong word, and the doctor's life might very well end there.
"There's nothing wrong," the doctor finally said.
Jay snapped, "I'm like this and you're telling me nothing is wrong?"
"Th-that is the result of my examination, Your Grace," the doctor stuttered, trembling.
"It seems this doctor is tired of living," Jay growled.
"M-my apologies, Your Grace, but… has anything unusual happened recently?" the doctor asked carefully.
"Other than my wife being pregnant, nothing," Jay answered. Liv's pregnancy was already widely known, so nothing about it was surprising anymore.
"Then you may be experiencing sympathetic pregnancy," the doctor explained.
