"We're finally back!" Ino and her group arrived at the village gates, not expecting to feel so happy to see the village again.
The times they spent camping outside and sleeping in shifts tired all of them out, but as much as they hated it, they did not complain during the trip.
"You all can go back first, I'll go report the mission" Asuma said
"Thanks a bunch sensei" Ino said as she ran off
"I'm going to buy some more snacks, Shikamaru, you wanna come?" Choji asked
"Sure" Shikamaru smiled
The two then headed for the shopping district. As for Ino, she went back to the flower shop to inform her parents of her return.
"Aw, come give daddy a hug, your first big mission, you did amazing" Inoichi grinned from ear to ear as he opened his arms up
"Hehe, thanks dad" Ino ran up and hugged Inoichi
Kiku chuckled
"If I knew you were coming back today, I'd have prepared your favourites, but this is fine, what do you want for dinner? I'll go make a trip to the shops" She said as she rubbed Ino's head
"Anything mum makes is great" Ino grinned
"Pfft, when did you learn to butter up to me like that?" Kiku giggled
Ino stuck her tongue out playfully in response
"Can't I complement my own mum?" She said coquettishly
Kiku laughed
"Well, your complements are working" She said with a gentle smile
Inoichi leaned over at that moment
"Ino, what about daddy?" He pointed at himself and asked
When he said that, Ino smiled at him
"Come on dad, you know I love you too" Ino grinned
"Love you too darling" Inoichi laughed as he lifted Ino up and spun her around
The family of three laughed, celebrating Ino's first success on an extended mission. Not long after, Kiku left to buy groceries, leaving Ino with Inoichi.
Ino began telling Inoichi about the mission, how it was actually a trap set by the eldest son, and upon hearing all that, Inoichi clenched his fists.
"Ino...you were almost badly hurt?" He said with a worried expression
His question was abrupt, and cut her off short
"Uh, I mean, Na-kun saved me, and he also gave me an earful" She tucked her lips and said, unable to meet Inoichi's gaze.
Inoichi frowned
"What did Naruto say?" He asked
"Well, he scolded me for letting my guard down and stuff" She replied
Hearing this, Inoichi fell silent
"I see...he's not wrong, don't let your guard down in any battles, especially against enemy shinobis" He said calmly as he rubbed her hair
"Rest up, I know you must be tired after just returning, I need to manage some things" Inoichi said as he stood up
Ino nodded, she wanted to go visit Naruto, but after returning and meeting her family, she felt a wave of fatigue wash over her.
Inoichi took Ino to her room, and only after she fell asleep did he leave. Though, instead of heading to his work place, or the Hokage's office, he headed for the living district.

He knocked on the door before him, and was greeted by a man with piercing eyes that made one wary, yet...for some reason, this man also gave him a sense of kinship.
He had bandages over his mouth, and a massive sword on his back that reached down to his legs. Clearly, Zabuza gave off a ferocious and dangerous aura, yet that feeling of kinship with this man made all that feel negligible. Just what is this feeling?
"You are?" Inoichi didn't expect to see Zabuza at the front door
'I could have sworn that this is Naruto's house'
"Sensei, do we have guests?" Naruto's head poked out from behind Zabuza
'Sensei? We had a Jonin like him in the village? On that note, he looks familiar...'
"Ah, Inoichi-san, come in" Naruto said hurriedly when he saw who it was, and made way for Inoichi to enter.
Zabuza stepped aside as well and went back inside to prepare lunch, but as he left, he glanced at Inoichi, and much like Inoichi, he too, felt that sense of kinship that he couldn't shake off, could they be brothers or something?
"What brings you here? If this is about Ino, don't worry, I will not do anything to make her sad, even if it kills me" Naruto said as he led Inoichi inside.
Inoichi was silent, he followed Naruto inside and the two sat down in the lounge room, face to face with one another.
"I heard you saved Ino during her mission" He said
"Hm, that, yeah, I did, but if she had half her guard up, she wouldn't have been in that situation in the first place" Naruto gnashed his teeth as his gaze became a little restless.
Inoichi felt his shift in emotions, and his hands tightened
"Naruto...I want to first thank you for saving my daughter, and also helping her grow"
Naruto wasn't expecting all this when he saw Inoichi at his door, but it made him remember, he is a father after all. He cares for his daughter more than anyone else would. His interactions with Inoichi has never been that great, so he knew this was a massive step up from before.
"Aw shucks, you're making me blush" Naruto scratched the back of his head and smiled
[Would you look at that, your father-in-law is finally having a normal conversation with you]
'Kurama, can you not right now? I'm enjoying my peaceful talk with him'
[Fufufu, peaceful talk? Knowing you, this will result in a complete mess]
'How can you have so little trust in me?' Naruto grumbled

As he conversed with Kurama, a figure emerged behind him as a hand pressed down on his head.
"Naruto, did you eat the pudding I was saving?" Haku was there, grabbing him by his head as he wore a dark smile on his face.
Naruto was stunned
"Hah!? Why would I eat it? Your dad probably ate it" Naruto snapped back
"Father doesn't have a sweet tooth for these things, why would he eat it?" Haku responded coldly
*Achoo*
Zabuza suddenly sneezed in the kitchen, he rubbed his nose
"Who's talking about me?" He muttered
"Hm, right, I should probably go buy Haku some pudding, I ate his yesterday to see how it tastes" He muttered
-Back in the lounge-
"Who knows, maybe he ate it to see what you like" Naruto replied
Haku ruffled his hair
"Fine, I'll go ask him about it"
Just as he was about to leave, the two of them felt a powerful and oppressive aura start rising...specifically, it was from Inoichi who has been quiet for a while now...
Inexplicably, sweat began running down their faces, what happened, why is he suddenly furious!? Weren't they talking just fine a second ago?
Naruto and Haku shuddered as Inoichi began to release dreadful black coloured chakra that slowly covered his body.

Haku pulled Naruto towards himself, and...used him as a shield!
"Oi! Don't go using me like a meat shield!" Naruto exclaimed
Haku shuddered
"Well, what else am I supposed to do!?" Haku exclaimed
But they didn't argue for long, as the moment Inoichi took a single step forward, the two immediately grabbed one another tightly as they hugged each other.
"Inoichi-san, what is wrong! Weren't we fine just a minute ago!?" Naruto shouted
[Fufufu, you're quite dense] Kurama chuckled
'Seriously, what did I miss!' Kurama definitely knew something, but what is it!?
Inoichi gnashed his teeth
"Naruto...YOU DARE TWO TIME MY DAUGHTER!!!" He roared

Haku and Naruto were stunned
"Misunderstanding, this is a misunderstanding!"
"Misunderstanding? Damned brat, you are dead today!" Inoichi roared furiously
Naruto and Haku held one another tightly, shaking uncontrollably

"Ah, dammit, I said it was a misunderstanding!" Inoichi slammed his fist down, but Naruto raised his hand and blocked the strike.
His arm shook from the impact, and he felt his body tremble. Just how strong did Inoichi get!? Is this even fair!?
Inoichi's eyes were red as he raised his arms up again, about to slam Naruto down.

Something whistled through the air, the executioner's blade. Holding the blade's hilt as he blocked the strike with one hand, Zabuza stared at Inoichi with a calm expression.
"Let's talk things out before things get out of hand" Zabuza said
'Sensei, this is Inoichi we're talking about, he doesn't listen to reasoning when he's angry, only his wife and daughter can stop hi-'
"....hm, sure" Inoichi nodded

Even Kurama and Haku were stupefied by his sudden acceptance. He actually agreed to talking things out? The same Inoichi who would even fight other jonins because of his stubbornness? The man who chased Naruto across the whole village for making Ino blush?
"Th-This...don't tell me..." Naruto had a ridiculous idea
[What is it brat, spit it out] Kurama was curious about what Naruto would say in this situation
Naruto's expression was serious
'If I'm correct...their somehow relate with one another as an obsessive father, and bonded the moment they met'
[This....] If Naruto said this to anyone else, they may have just laughed at him, however, Kurama was more than knowledgeable about the insanity that is the two fathers...
As absurd as it sounds, this may very well be the most sound argument.
At this moment, the dangerous aura around Inoichi has faded, and he was seated, face to face with Zabuza.
"So...you said this was a misunderstanding? Explain" Inoichi said in a low voice
Naruto and Haku both heaved a sigh of relief when they saw Inoichi calm down and was willing to talk it out. They cast Zabuza a grateful expression before turning back to Inoichi.
"The thing is, I think you misunderstood my relationship with Haku" Naruto said calmly
Inoichi sucked in a cold breath
"So...living with another girl who is willing to embrace you is a misunderstood relationship?" He asked, his expression was incredibly dark.
"Two things, Haku isn't a girl, he's a guy" Naruto said calmly
Inoichi froze upon hearing this, a-a guy? He felt his brain blank out at that very moment, and just stared at Haku with a stunned expression.
"A...guy?"
"Yeah, he's sensei's son, and my nii-san" Naruto said
"Y-Your what?" Inoichi's lips twitched uncontrollably, what is up with this massive information intake?
Haku returned to his usual smile as he nodded
"Indeed, our relationship is that of brothers" He said
Inoichi pinched between his brows as he took this moment to think things through. After a short while of thinking, he opened his mouth.
"But you're an only child, no? And if he is this man's son, then are you going to say you're his son as well?"
Naruto shook his head
"Our relationship is complicated, Zabuza is my sensei, and Haku is his son, a teacher is no different to a father, and so I treat sensei's son as my own brother" Naruto said
"This makes no sense" Inoichi said
"Of course not! By right, I should be the big brother, no? I am clearly stronger" Naruto stood up and exclaimed
"Aw, is Naruto sad?" Haku chuckled
"Grr" Naruto was frustrated, but sat down with a sigh
"Point is, I don't see Haku-nii in the way to think I do" He said calmly
Inoichi was left speechless, and his gaze shifted towards Zabuza, who gave him a faint nod. For some reason, it felt as if he was affirmed in a way, so the confusion in his heart slowly cleared.
"I see, so it was all on my part" He sighed and turned to Naruto
"It seems I jumped the gun" He said calmly
Naruto smiled
"I'll never betray Ino" He said with a genuine smile
"Of course not, if you did, I'd plant you six feet under" Inoichi sneered
"So you're accepting me?" Naruto's eyes lit up
Inoichi tapped his crossed arms
"You better watch yourself, if you ever make her cry, I will chase you till the end of the earth" He growled, but he didn't deny what Naruto had said
Naruto's face immediately brightened up
"Then can I-"
"I won't allow you to call me father" He Inoichi spoke before he even finished
"I-I wasn't going to say that..." Naruto fiddled with his fingers, looking rather guilty at the moment
Inoichi snorted as he crossed his arms
"Just so you know, you only have the bare minimum acknowledgement from me, don't ever go against the trust I've put in you" He said in a low voice
Naruto gave him a salute and grinned
"Of course"
Inoichi sighed, he then shifted his gaze to Zabuza who was seated by the side with his arms crossed.
"Have we met before? From the moment we met at the door, it felt as if we've known each other for years" Inoichi asked as he rubbed his chin.
Zabuza, who has been quiet the whole time slowly nodded
"Indeed, so it was not just me" He gazed at Inoichi, and the two stared at one another in silence
'I f**king knew it, their dad energy are resonating with one another, now they're bonding'
[...] Kurama was left speechless, who would have thought that being a dad can give so many benefits.
They get stronger at a ridiculous rate, and now, they apparently become familiar with stranger who shares the same obsession they have over their kids...
"He's your son, huh?" Inoichi glanced at Haku and asked
"Indeed, is he not the best?" Zabuza replied
"A charming child, just like my Ino" Inoichi nodded
"Oh? Please elaborate" Zabuza revealed an interested gaze as he asked
Haku frowned at this moment as he tugged Naruto's sleeve
"I have a bad feeling about this, my guts are telling me I should pull you outside" He said to Naruto
"Interesting gut feeling, now I'm way too curious, so I'll stay" Naruto chuckled
Haku's worries were not for naught, as the moment Inoichi and Zabuza began speaking, they would only speak of their child.
"When Ino was five, she..."
"Oh, hahaha, what a lively child, even now, Haku has quite the sweet tooth, when he was young, he used part of our earnings to secretly buy pudding" Zabuza chuckled
"Really now? Hahaha, that is precious" Inoichi laughed
"..." Haku was covering his face, Zabuza is actually speaking of these things so openly!
"Hahaha, nii-san, so you were like that when you were young" Naruto laughed

He suddenly felt a sharp gaze land on him. When he turned his head, he noticed Haku's fierce eyes that seems to pierce through him...
"...hey, wanna go for a walk?" Naruto asked Haku as sweat rolled down his face
"I'd love to" Haku's ferocity faded instantly, replaced with a warm smile

'Don't tell me Haku also awakened some weird energy like Inoichi and Zabuza? What is it this time? The bro-mode?' Naruto thought to himself, as Haku's improvements were rather drastic.
It's only been a few days, and his chakra control is already on par with Ino's, who has been training for a few months now.
Naruto and Haku left Inoichi and Zabuza in the house before leaving to go for a walk.
"Anything you want? I can buy it for you" Naruto said
"Not really...maybe some pudding and other sweets" Haku said
"Sounds good" Naruto grinned
The two of them went to the shopping district, and before entering, Naruto suddenly transformed so his hair became black and his whiskers were gone.
"Why did you transform?" Haku asked
Naruto rubbed his chin
"I'm famous around these parts, it'll be annoying if people recognise me" He replied with a laugh
"Oh? Are you popular here? I guess you are very strong, so it makes sense" Haku said
"Something like that" Naruto responded
He didn't want Haku to know that most the villagers still hate him, because despite how calm Haku seems, he is willing to take some extreme actions at times. If Haku knew about it, he wouldn't be surprised if some villagers disappeared from the village.
"Let's see, pudding, let's buy six cups, chips, chocolate, ah, can't miss out on the drinks" Naruto and Haku walked around the store and took quite a few items to the counter.
"Anything else, nii-san?" Naruto asked
"This should last me a good while" Haku smiled as he picked up the bag containing all the food
The two exited the store, and Naruto undid his transformation
"We can probably head back now, Zabuza and Inoichi are probably done by now" Naruto said
"I wonder why they get along so well" Haku sighed
"Cause their dad energy closed the distance between them" Naruto replied
"H-Huh?" Haku was taken aback, dad energy? What does that even mean?
Naruto didn't elaborate, and just continued to walk
As they were returning, they bumped into another pair who were shopping for snacks in the shopping district.
"Yo? Shiki, Choji, you're both back? I guess that's why Inoichi-san knew I saved Ino, huh?" Naruto saw Shikamaru and Choji exit a shop nearby and greeted them
The two gave him a nod, but their gaze quickly shifted to Haku, who was standing right next to him.
"Naruto, does Ino know you have another girl?" Choji asked bluntly
"Him? This is my nii-san, Haku-nii" Naruto replied
"...huh?"
"Nii-san? Not Nee-chan?" Shikamaru couldn't help but ask
"Nah, Haku's a dude" Naruto replied
"So you two..."
"We're brothers, not lovers" Naruto said
"Apologies for the misunderstanding" Shikamaru and Choji both apologised to Haku hastily, but then when they thought about it...when did Naruto have a nii-san?
"I thought you were an only child" Shikamaru asked
"Yeah, Haku is my sensei's kid, but we're rather close, so he's basically my nii-san" Naruto replied
"I see..." Choji and Shikamaru stared at Haku for a bit, his delicate features were simply too feminine, it's hard for them to even believe he is a guy.
But as suspicious as they were, they also knew that the chances of Naruto cheating on Ino is near impossible. He may be playful, but he's honest.
"By the way, where's Ino? Did she go home?" Naruto asked
"Yeah, the trip was quite tiring, so I think she went to rest as soon as she got back" Choji nodded
"Alright, I'll visit her tomorrow then" Naruto said
After they parted ways, Haku gave Naruto a playful gaze as he smiled
"You've gotten quite used to calling me nii-san now, eh?" He nudged Naruto and said
Naruto placed his hands behind his head as he grinned back at Haku
"Well, I guess I'm just good at adapting" Naruto chuckled
"Fufufu, then when will you call me Haku onii-san?" He asked
"When you can win against me in a fight" Naruto replied
"I guess that makes sense" Haku nodded
When the two returned to the house, Zabuza and Inoichi were still laughing as they exchanged different key memories of their kids with one another...
"Yo Haku-nii, wanna go to the training ground?" Naruto asked
"Yeah...yeah..." Haku placed the shopping in the kitchen before leaving with Naruto, even he didn't know he had that many moments for Zabuza to talk about, yet here they are, talking for over an hour, yet there is still more to talk about?
Thankfully, Naruto is considerate enough to not stick around to listen about his past, otherwise, how is he supposed to live it down with Naruto knowing about his embarrasing past!

"Phew, not bad, Shikadai, you're becoming more like your old man, that head of yours is seriously something else" Naruto stood in the middle as the genins he was training were all collapsed on the ground once more.
But this time, his clothes were torn, with Chocho holding the fragment in her hands
Shikadai looked up with his weary eyes
'All that complement, yet all we did was take a small piece of his clothes' He couldn't help but feel a sense of disappointment that his plan that he carefully laid out was thwarted so easily by Naruto.
"Alright, since you can touch me while I'm at base, I guess we should move it up a notch" Naruto smiled
"Wh-What?" The kids all stared in horror, step it up a notch? What did that mean???
Boruto's expression suddenly changed as he remembered something
"I remember now...when he fought Sasuke-san, he did that weird transformation where his eyes became like a toad" He said
"What does it do?" Shikadai asked as he furrowed his brows
"...I'm not too sure, but I do know that Sasuke-san was very surprised by it" Boruto replied
His words made the kids feel despair. Mitsuki on the other hand felt that what Boruto said sounded familiar.
"Could it be...sage mode?" He said
"Sage mode? As in the one used by the three sanins?" Sarada gasped
Mitsuki nodded
"From what Boruto described, it sounds like the toad sage mode, it takes time to gather, but it reinforces the chakra and heightens the senses" He said with a grim expression
"So...we're basically never touching him?" Inojin asked
Though he didn't need a response to know the answer, they didn't stand a chance against Naruto if he activated sage mode.
Seeing their expressions, Naruto burst into laughter
"I'm just messing with you, if I used sage mode, you all would be planted underground before you can even execute anything" He laughed
"...why did you scare us like that, jeez!" Boruto huffed
Naruto smiled
"One last joke before I leave, I have to admit, you've all grown on me quite a bit, makes me want to grow up and have kids of my own" He crossed his arms and grinned
"Oi oi oi, don't say that whilst I'm here" Inojin groaned, knowing that the one that Naruto is interested in is his own mother from a different timeline...
Naruto smiled
"I'll miss your little snarks, Inojin" He said
"Shikadai, keep your head up high, your old man will be quite proud of you" Naruto patted Shikadai's shoulder and said
"Mitsuki, tell your old man that I also gave Ino and Hinata a copy of the scrolls containing some scenes involving himself and ropes" Naruto said to Mitsuki
"Chocho, don't be discouraged by your control of your jutsu"
"Boruto, make good use of the jutsus I taught you, especially the one I taught you at my place"
His gaze then fell onto Sarada
"Sarada, I hate your entire bloodline...is what I'd have said when I first arrived here, I'm glad you inhereted Sakura's genetics when it comes to using your head" Naruto said with chuckle
The six genins all fell silent, realising that today would be their final lesson with Naruto. It was odd, although he was always cruel and unforgiving during training, they couldn't help but feel motivated when training with him.
"Will we meet again?" Boruto asked the question they all held in their hearts
"Well, do you want to meet again?" Naruto asked
"As long as you don't use that stupid genderbend jutsu on us, of course" Boruto replied
Naruto laughed
"Well, my chakra pool is pretty much depleted now, so I'll be dispersing today, before then, how about a group photo?" Naruto asked
"Of course!" The six genins all responded
All seven of them gathered together, and Naruto formed a seal that floated up, facing the group
"Give it a big smile and say, ramen" Naruto said
"Ramen"

Suddenly, all six of them puffed into white smoke...
"NARUTO!!!!!!" After the smoke dispersed, they realised that Naruto used the damn genderbend jutsu on them again!
Naruto crackled as he took out two empty scrolls. The seal that was in the air slowly came down and landed on both scrolls, in which he passed to Sarada and Chocho, who were the only ones who had their sanity intact at the moment.
"One is a normal photo, the other is the special one" Naruto winked
"Burn the second one!"
"Destroy that thing!" Boruto and Shikadai were especially against the second scroll, and wanted to snatch it immediately from Chocho.
However, Naruto grinned and snapped his fingers
*Poof*
Ten scrolls dropped to the ground
"Forgot to mention, everyone gets a copy" He said
"..."
"You monster"
"Beast"
"Inhumane son of a b*tch!"

After they finished shouting at him, Naruto's unchanged expression remained as he slowly rubbed his ears. After a bit, the smile dropped as his expression snapped completely, becoming dark and fierce.
"Hah? Shikadai, Boruto, it seems you two need some re-education" Naruto cracked his knuckles as he slowly approached them

Realising the dangers they were in, the two turned around and were prepared to make a run for it. But with their physique, how are they supposed to run away from Naruto? He simply reached out and grabbed their shoulders with ease.
"Hahaha, you two had such a fun time cursing at me, Shikadai, you cerainly inherited a lot from your mother, it was Temari-san, right? She did have that fiery temper" Naruto's gaze was less than friendly despite his laughter
"And as for Boruto...your rashness, I assume it's from Hina-ahem, from my future self, right?" He said
"You were about to say Hinata, weren't you" A voice came from behind him
"Yep, but then I remembered, the Hinata here isn't the same as the one in my timeline" Naruto replied
"Hahaha, I did hear, that she was a fierce fighter, with instincts almost like an animal"
"Yep, yep, incredibly scary, anyway, since you're here, I guess I'll drop the punishment for these two" Naruto released his grip and turned around to greet Naru2, who came to visit.
"Dad"
"Hokage-sama" The genins quickly greeted him
Naru2 laughed and waved his hands
"I've seen the reports, you all have improved drastically, and I can't be happier" He said with a smile
Naruto puffed out his chest
"Naturally, they were trained by me"
Naru2 nodded
"Today is your last day, right?" He asked
Naruto nodded
"Yep, once my chakra reserve runs out, I'll go out with a poof" Naruto replied
Naru2 rubbed his chin
"Well, it was a pleasure to meet you, lead the village in your timeline to prosperity, and protect those you love well" He said with a smile
Naruto reached out one hand in a fist
"Thanks old man" He grinned
"Of course" Naru2 reached out one fist, and lightly bumped into his.
"Take care" Naruto turned to the kids and said
"Take care, sensei" The two teams lined up and said
Naruto smiled
"By the way...I already gave your parents a copy each of the genderbend recordings" Naruto gave them a thumbs up and said
"Wait what"

With that final bomb drop, Naruto's clone dispersed

Naruto who was walking with Haku to the training ground suddenly felt an intense pain invade him as memories surged into his mind.
"Tsss" He held his head as he tried to process all of the thoughts that just bombarded his mind
"Naruto, are you alright?" Haku asked with a perplexed, but worried look
Naruto suddenly winced in pain, but he could understand why.
"I-It's fine, a clone I created a while back finally dispersed, so the memories that was transferred to me was quite hefty" He replied as he rubbed his head
"I see...clones do that?"
"Only the multi shadow clone" He replied
"Oh, are you feeling alright then?"
"Yeah, just a quick rest will do" He said as he sat down on a nearby bench
"Hooh...I see..." Naruto smiled
[Did you find something useful in the other timeline?] Kurama asked
'More than ust useful, I found a way to get back the second half of your chakra that was sealed away in my dad' Naruto replied
[Oh? Oh! OH! Really?]
'Would I lie about this?' Naruto chuckled
[Sorry brat, but you most definitely will lie about this]
'...where's the trust'
[I'll trust you the day you seal that disgusting Hashirama X Madara jutsu away] Kurama sneered

Kurama scoffed and stopped talking
"Is it sorted out?" Haku asked
"Yeah" Naruto smiled, feeling much better now that the memories were finalised.
He couldn't help but chuckle at the thought of the genins he trained.
'No wonder it took so long to return, it was fun, so I guess it's fine'
Though seeing how Naruto's face was still a bit pale, Haku decided against going to the training ground for now, and went back home. Thankfully, Zabuza and Inoichi were finally about done with their conversation.
"I wish I could have met you sooner, Zabuza" Inoichi said as he shook Zabuza's hand
"Hahaha, I could say the same" Zabuza replied with a rather friendly smile, one that Naruto didn't expect him to be capable of.
He has seen this man practice smiling before, and it was less than pleasant.
"You two seem like you had fun" Naruto said
"It was nice to talk about these things with someone" Zabuza chuckled
Naruto smiled
"Well, you can go visit him whenever, you have a proper identity now" Naruto said
Staying inside the house all day wasn't something he wanted Zabuza to do, he had his own life too, so it'll good if he can integrate himself with the village more. Especially now that he has a new buddy to talk to, Naruto was quite relieved.
"Hey kid" Zabuza said
"Yeah?"
"Now that he's gone...we're going back to training" Zabuza unsheathed the executioner blade with a menacing look in his eyes.
"...Inoichi-san, don't leave yet! Stay for a bit longer!" Naruto yelled, but Inoichi was long gone
Zabuza grabbed his shoulders
"No avoiding training" He said in a low voice
*Sniffle*
"Y-Yes sensei" Naruto said weakly as he followed Zabuza to the backyard
