Chapter 76 - End of the fighting

As Saruto was engulfed in his brutal struggle against Hidan, he opened his eyes for a moment amidst the barrage of blows. He stepped back briefly, reaching towards the shadows, and three Shadow Soldiers materialized before him. He needed no words; a single gesture was enough for them to understand his intention. They silently strode towards Kyle, Ryan, and Lucien, who were gasping for breath, and informed them of Saruto's plan. The three exchanged weary but unwavering glances, then nodded in agreement.

In the arena, the clash between Saruto and Hidan was deafening. Every blow between them was agonizing, shaking the ground beneath their feet. Both recoiled backward in an instant. Saruto raised his hands, and his weapon materialized: two swords connected by dark chains, imbued with the power of darkness and enveloped in black aura.

On the other side, Hidan had formed two stars, transforming them into daggers and cloaking them in his own aura. Before the two sides could charge, Kyle and Ryan slowly but resolutely rose to face Kevin. Kevin looked at them with contempt and said coldly, "So… you're still determined to fight?"

They didn't answer. Each summoned their weapon, while Kevin also formed his own, a faint aura rising around them.

Suddenly… Kyle, exhausted, moved swiftly and raised his hand to the sky. A massive tornado descended, swirling around Kevin and trapping him in a violent vortex. Ryan didn't miss the opportunity. He opened his mouth and forced dragon fire into the tornado, transforming it into a fiery whirlpool that engulfed Kevin and squeezed him from all sides.

At the same moment, Lucien, his strength regaining some semblance of balance, rose. He raised his icy spear, and with a single throw, it tore through the air and pierced the tornado, severing Kevin's arm and freezing part of his body. Kaven's scream filled the arena, echoing between the walls as he stumbled backward, clutching his frozen arm.

On the other side, the fight between Saruto and Hidan was no less fierce. The two traded blows, a barrage of strikes almost invisible to the naked eye. Then Saruto spotted a gap in Hidan's defense and pounced without hesitation. Everyone heard Hidan scream as he stumbled backward, blood streaming from his eye and stomach. He then moved to Kaven's side, both of them panting, their wounds covering them.

At that moment, Saruto appeared alongside his companions. Exhaustion was evident on him, as it was on all of them.

Kaven was trying to free his arm from the ice, firing a barrage of shots at the frozen spot until his arm broke free, but the pain was clear in his eyes. "Playtime is over, kids," he said in a deep, angry voice.

His gaze shifted to Hidan. Hidan nodded, and the two of them began to unleash their last remaining strength.

On the opposite side… Saruto raised his eyes to his companions and said in a tired but steady voice, "The plan worked… Now, everyone, use your final attack."

Each of them began to gather the last vestiges of their strength. The air in the arena grew heavier, the ground began to crack beneath their feet, and waves of energy shot up into the sky like pillars of light.

Saruto reshaped his swords, shrouding them in darkness, then said confidently, "Unleash all your energy on my swords."

Kyle hesitated for a few seconds. "Will your swords withstand all this energy?"

Saruto smiled. "They will."

Each of them unleashed their energy on the swords. Fire… ice… storm… all were swallowed by the darkness and churned within it in a frenzied, almost explosive way. Sensing that the energy was about to spiral out of control, Saruto activated his Consciousness skill. The energy calmed slightly and settled into the swords. Kevin noticed this and said sharply to Hidan,

"Give me what's left of your power."

Without a word, Hidan surrendered his last weapon. Light gathered around them, and they formed a sword that seemed to be a piece of the sun itself. The air heated up, and Kaven began to assume his hybrid form. He shot toward Saruto with extraordinary speed. At the same moment, Saruto also shot forward, darkness swirling around him.

The two weapons collided in the center of the arena, creating a colossal explosion that ripped a gaping hole in the ground. They continued to strike, each blow splitting the earth anew. In the stands, everyone was stunned… Saruto's power was no longer ordinary, but something beyond it. The Master and Kaiser exchanged admiring and astonished glances. One of them said, "He's surpassed all our expectations."

Amid the barrage of blows, Kaven found an opportunity and pushed Saruto's swords away. He stepped forward and said, "This is the end for you."

But Saruto instantly canceled the summoning of the swords, then reshaped them in his hands in a flash, blocking Kaven's strike directly. The impact sent them both flying. Then, each raised their weapon and unleashed a full-power attack in a single burst. The two attacks met in the middle, and light began to swirl between them… shouts, force, and a back-and-forth struggle.

Kaven was gradually gaining the upper hand… little by little… the attack was closing in on Saruto… until Void took control of Saruto's body. He said in a double voice,

"We didn't finish our previous fight… let's finish it now."

The power of the attack suddenly increased.

Kaven's attack was pushed back, then pierced through, landing a direct hit. A flash of light exploded, engulfing the entire arena.
