"My God! Commander Nick, you'd never guess what I'm seeing now."
It was astonishing that even the usually composed Agent Hill could utter such a gasp.
Nick Fury really couldn't guess what Agent Hill had seen that caused him to lose his composure like this.
Nick Fury's black face grew even darker:
"What happened? Agent Hill, are you alright?"
Agent Hill stood in the small dining room diagonally opposite St. Kent College, by the window, looking towards the college's main gate, and said:
"Director Nick, I'm fine, I'm safe now, but I just saw someone who shouldn't exist! I saw Tony Stark!"
"This guy was wearing tattered clothes and holding a large hamburger. He was eating it while seemingly waiting for someone on the roadside—maybe he was waiting for a Stark Industries driver?"
Nick Fury on the other side was also stunned.
"Tony Stark? He's at the gates of St. Kent Academy? And he's eating a hamburger while standing by the roadside? Agent Hill, are you sure you're not seeing things?"
This time, Agent Hill did not answer Nick Fury's questions, but instead responded with the most compelling evidence.
She took a picture with her own camera and then sent it back to S.H.I.E.L.D.
The person in the photo is indeed Tony Stark, but he looks like he's lost over ten pounds compared to before he was kidnapped.
Her once glamorous clothes had completely fallen apart, leaving her in tatters and covered in black stains. With Agent Hill's keen eyesight, she could even spot some dark red bloodstains.
But indeed, this person is Tony Stark without a doubt!
Tony Stark, far away at S.H.I.E.L.D., suddenly breathed a sigh of relief, but then felt a tremor in his heart.
Only a few days have passed, and Tony Stark is back alive and well?
Did they come out through the gates of St. Kent College?
Although Nick Fury sent Agent Hill to gather intelligence on St. Kent Academy, Nick Fury swore he never imagined such a thing would happen!
...
Regardless of what Nick Fury was thinking.
Agent Hill was now truly shocked.
She had been loitering around St. Kent College for the past few days, and Nick Fury did not send her back, but instead had her continue to gather intelligence.
Agent Hill has been reprimanded by the security guard, Antonio, and Jean a few days ago.
She then abandoned her plan to sneak in.
Instead, they adopted a roundabout tactic, lingering around the academy and using various methods to gather information about St. Kent Academy.
Prior to this, Agent Hill had suspected that she was doing something futile, but she had no evidence, and this was an order personally given to her by Nick Fury.
She couldn't understand why, as a senior agent, there were more important places that needed her.
But Nick Fury left her here to monitor a very secretive school.
Even today, after seeing Tony Stark emerge from the gates of St. Kent Academy dressed in tattered clothes but with his body completely unharmed...
Agent Hill vaguely understood something.
She also saw the school security guard who had been expressionless to her that day walk out of the guardhouse and greet Tony Stark.
The two seemed to know each other and had a good relationship.
After the security guard noticed that Tony was choking on his hamburger, he handed him his own bottled water.
Tony was quite pleased with himself. With a hamburger in one hand and a bottle of mineral water in the other, he chatted with the security guard at the gate.
No one knew what they were talking about, but Agent Hill could hear some hearty laughter even across the street and through the window!
What's wrong with this world?
A billionaire can chat happily with a lowly doorman?
Tony Stark, who had disappeared for a while, suddenly walked out of this school?
Agent Hill looked at the scene across the street with a heavy heart and a strange expression:
"I thought that as a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, under Nick Fury's leadership, I should be able to investigate everything in this world and that nothing strange would escape S.H.I.E.L.D.'s sights!"
"But now I realize... that seems to be just wishful thinking."
"The more I learn, the more questions seem to surface in my mind—it's a vicious cycle!"
Agent Hill cursed inwardly!
Then she saw a long line of cars blocking both lanes of traffic at the street corner, rushing towards her.
This long convoy consisted entirely of black vehicles with few markings.
However, Agent Hill identified the convoys with just one glance:
Stark Industries' security department!
If Agent Hill remembers correctly, the head of this department is a fat man named Happy.
He was Tony Stark's confidant.
"Director Nick, people from Stark Industries have arrived. Tony Stark is completely safe... Should I stay with Tony Stark and conduct the investigation?"
Agent Hill wanted to leave with Tony Stark to investigate him.
Instead of continuing to guard the school.
The school looks normal on the outside, but inside... it's too mysterious, so mysterious that Agent Hill finds it unsettling.
In short, Agent Hill didn't want to stay any longer; she wanted to escape.
"Agent Coulson is investigating Stark Industries. Agent Hill, your mission remains the same: gather information on St. Kent!"
Agent Hill's eyes dimmed, and she said weakly:
"Okay, I'll continue."
"By the way, Commander Nick, now that Tony Stark is back, what should we do with Shang-Chi? Should we let him go or..."
Nick Fury's answer this time was very straightforward:
"The Mandarin won't let this go. He'll detain Shang-Chi at S.H.I.E.L.D. for a while, and then make a decision based on the situation!"
If the Ten Commandments cause any trouble and things get to the point of no return, then Shang-Chi would be a good bargaining chip.
Nick Fury is not going to let Shang-Chi, this perfect bait, slip away.
