But he knew action speaks louder than words so he is not going to just thank with his words alone but with his action.
'So he can still be reasoned with.' the cat Ancestor thought to himself.
Before when Nil have violently refuse to take the little kittens with him, the cat Ancestor have though Nil is a very cruel, bad, evil person.
But now he have a more upgraded view of Nil.
And Nil? He is grinning from ear to ear with the cat Ancestor not knowing.
He had not need the dungeon core before, he only came there to subtly manipulate the cat Ancestor.
He have carefully plan the whole scenario in such a way that the cat Ancestor will have another view if him.
He have an idea of how he might have thought about him before which is not a very good view for his beast companion.
If he is to lead with many more beast as his companion he have to change the way the cat Ancestor views him.
That is why he have plotted what he just did right now.
'Buy it did not end here, there is still more.' He thought concealing the grin.
He still has more plan to hatch out.
"On second thought..."
The cat Ancestor waited with batted breathe, waiting for Nil to complete his sentence.
He is starting to think maybe Nil have change his decision and still want to take the dungeon core.
"...should I put a supporting rune on the core which will be supporting the cats living in the dungeon?" Nil asked.
However it is more like he is notifying the cat Ancestor, not ask. Because he have already move in the direction of the core without waiting for it's reply.
"Please do so my lord, that will be very helpful to the kids." The cat Ancestor finally come out if it's stun state and replied when Nil is already working on the core.
Nil now set a couple of objective for himself which is to imbue a rune that will be directing the mana the dungeon core is releasing to the kittens so they will be able to use that mana to become strong in a very short time
Firstly, Nil imbue a rune on the core which is a rune that direct the mana that the core is releasing from the core to somewhere.
Where the mana will be directed, Nil have not included it yet, because that is where the tricky part is.
If he want the mana to be directed to someplace, he could just write the coordinate of where he want the mana to be sent and the mana will be sent there steadily.
But where he want the mana to be sent is inside the mana core of the cats that are inside the cave.
So he wrote the a rune which says, the siphoned mana should be sent to the core of cats living inside this dungeon.
However the command is still incomplete because the definition of a cat to the dungeon could be vastly different from what Nil defines as a cat.
Therefore he have to put his intent inside the command, put his own definition of a cat inside the command so that the mana will be siphoned to the cats.
After putting that command, he then proceed to the last step.
The last command which is by far the easiest.
Specify how much mana is to be directed towards the kittens so they won't be overwhelmed by the mana that is being siphoned their way.
"It is done." Nil dust his hand which is bit really necessary because their is no dust in his hand.
In less than 10 minutes he have finish setting the rune on the dungeon core.
And he reluctantly add a fourth command which is to increase the amount of mana that will be sent to the kittens in proportion to the their core.
That is, if a kitten breakthrough to the Liquid gathering realm, the amount of mana that will be sent to their individual core will be much more than the one that is being sent to the core of core strengthening realm kitten.
"Lead the way out of this dungeon." Nil said to the cat Ancestor after he finish putting the rune on the core.
And the cat Ancestor silently led the way outside, it's view on Nil directly shooting upward in a favourable way.
He knew the rune is working because he himself could feel the mana from the core being siphoned his way.
Furthermore because his own cultivation is at mana Crystallization realm, which means the mana that is being siphoned his way is very very high.
While they are on the way out of the cave, Nil use that opportunity to check the message he just received.

"Let me use this opportunity to check the other message then."
He knew he might as well not have time like this again so he will the system to display all the system messages he have received till now.
Most of the messages are system announcement of his accomplishment which he directly ignore and focus on the two message that caught his attention.

After claiming them they all appear directly inside his inventory.
"Now let's check all the progress ice made all these while."
"Status" he said and his personal status unfurled right in front of him.
