Chapter 10 - Act.2 - Part 4

With the barricade of tables and chairs at the fourth-floor staircase collapsing, the undead swarming the fourth floor began chasing the students and teachers who had evacuated to the rooftop of the school.

"Take the one on the right, Miyamoto, Iguo—and the one on the left, Komuro, Sensei!" Saeko shouted, taking command of the fight against the undead.

"Don't mess with a member of the Sujutsu Club!" Rei took her stance, steadying her feet before thrusting her makeshift spear—the wooden handle of a broken floor mop—with all her strength, impaling an undead teacher beneath the jaw and right through the head.

"Step aside for a bit, Rei." Hisashi followed up with Rei's strike, landing a full-round kick on the undead she had just defeated, yanking it off her spear and sending it flying into the other undead slowly closing in.

"How's that—you bitch."

Although the female student had already died and turned undead, grabbing and ripping her clothes as he threw her half-naked onto the floor still sounded inappropriate for a male teacher—especially since he called his former student a bitch.

However, an undead is already dead, and the living must do what's necessary to survive. So, without holding back, Takashi smashed the head of the topless undead female student with a baseball bat, splattering blackened blood and flesh across the floor at his feet.

"This is crazy... Just what the heck is happening..." he murmured in a trembling voice, staring at the undead he had just defeated, a glint of madness in his eyes.

"Don't lose focus, Komuro."

Although the undead moved slowly, they were still stronger than the average human. That much, Saeko could tell by analyzing their situation. Losing focus even for a moment and allowing the undead to grab them could mean getting bitten before they had a chance to escape.

Even for her—the captain of the kendo club—she still needed to stop moving and leave herself open for the undead to lunge at her before she could initiate a strike strong enough to kill them. Regardless, that didn't mean she couldn't hold her own in a fight against multiple opponents.

She steadied her stance and thrust her wooden katana multiple times, pushing back the undead male students closing in on her. Then she brandished her weapon as if it were a real sword, landing consecutive strikes on the heads of three undead. The sheer force of her blows shattered their skulls and destroyed their brains, defeating them in a flash.

The sight of Saeko defeating multiple undead boosted the morale of those fighting beside her and gave relief to the students she was protecting—those who couldn't muster the strength to fight—and courage to overcome their fear.

But the sight of their next opponent terrified even Saeko herself:

A large, muscular, perverted undead carrying one of its female victims over its left shoulder and wielding a bloodstained wooden chair in its right hand. Its white tank top was smeared with blackened blood, leaving only its lower trunk—barely hiding its massive manhood—clean. It was breathing heavily like a true pervert, growling, and making faint undead-like noises.

"Komuro, Miyamoto!" Saeko shouted, signaling Takashi and Rei—those armed with weapons—to attack with her.

They rushed in, charging at the perverted undead before it could move away from the door and let more undead into the rooftop. But just before their strikes landed—

"Wait, wait, stop—I'm not undead! We're not undead!"

Nach exclaimed in panic, seeing Saeko, Rei, and Takashi charging at him, realizing they had mistaken him for an undead due to the blackened blood staining his clothes from the undead he had defeated while leading his group up the fourth-floor staircase to the rooftop.

Despite the misunderstanding, Nach made no attempt to dodge their attacks, seeing Saeko and Rei halting their strikes. Saeko's wooden katana stopped an inch before his face, and Rei's spear halted just as it touched his neck. However, Nach had to drop the already broken chair in his right hand, catch Takashi's baseball bat—since Takashi hadn't stopped—and yank it from his grasp.

"Who are you, bastard!? What are you doing with Marikawa-sensei!?" shouted the male teacher, Takayama, in anger and envy, recognizing Shizuka's beautiful rear—the one he had secretly ogled every time they crossed paths—and seeing it being groped by Nach's left hand.

"He's not anyone suspicious," Kyoko said, appearing behind Nach while supporting Saya as they walked past him, followed by Imamura, Ishi, and Kohta.

"Hayashi-sensei..."

"Takagi-san..."

Seeing people they knew, Saeko and Rei finally lowered their weapons.

"Umm... Can you put me down now..." Shizuka said, tapping Nach on the rear as if to get back at him for continuously fondling hers.

"Sorry for being rough, Shizuka," Nach said as he gently set her down, steadying her with both hands as her legs felt numb.

Perhaps it was because the man had grown overly familiar by calling her by name—or maybe it was the strong grip of his large hands as he held her upper arms. The sight of his muscular body and massive bulge, which her eyes couldn't help but linger on, might have been the reason as well.

But whatever it was, Shizuka couldn't help but feel flustered—and somehow, a little aroused and excited.

"Are you really Hayashi-sensei's lover?" she asked, her question carrying more meaning than her words suggested, as her gaze shifted from the man's massive bulge to his rough yet handsome face.

Understanding the hint of excitement in her voice and the glint of lust in her eyes, Nach, of course, couldn't help but act like the pervert he was and tease Shizuka.

"I could be your lover too, Shizuka—"

"Stop being a pervert and barricade the door," Kyoko cut in, grabbing Nach's ear and pulling him away from Shizuka.

"There's no need to be jealous, Kyoko."

"I'm not!—You pervert!"
