Chapter 216 - Meeting Between The Four Major Families of the West Blue

As someone who had watched Nami grow, although they had once been powerless, causing her to suffer and become overly focused on money, now that it was behind them, they wanted her to grow happily, not risk her life for money as before.

However, just as Nojiko and Genzo were happily watching Nami and about to speak…

Bang!

A sudden sound came from afar.

The three immediately looked toward it, and when they saw what it was, they were stunned.

Nami seemed to recall something. Without hesitation, she ran excitedly in the direction where something had just dropped.

Nojiko and Genzo exchanged a glance and hurried after Nami: "Nami, slow down!"

"Be careful! We don't even know what it is, don't get too close!"

But Nami ignored their warnings; she ran ahead rapidly and disappeared from their sight.

When the two arrived at the destination, they saw Nami standing in front of a pile of wooden crates, hands on her hips, wearing the same arrogant expression from before, while laughing loudly: "Hahaha, has the West Blue's Green Grape Wine resumed production? Let those guys get their money ready! I'm buying it all to restock and go all out!"

...

Grand Line, Kingdom of Alabasta.

At this moment, Crocodile opened a wooden crate and pulled out a bottle of wine.

After staring at it, his eyes sparkled slightly, and a meaningful smile appeared on his lips. "So it has finally appeared?"

As he spoke, a figure with blue hair approached and looked at the wine with curiosity. "West Blue's Green Grape Wine? I've seen my father drink it, but hasn't production stopped? And didn't Mr. Ian go into hiding?"

"Hide? Such a trivial matter, would it make him sulk in hiding?"

Hearing Vivi, Crocodile snorted disdainfully.

Looking at Vivi trying to put the wine into her arms, he raised an eyebrow. "What are you doing?"

"Taking the wine!"

"You little girl, if you want to drink, you'll have to wait! Put it down, or I'll throw you into the sea to feed the fish."

"Oh, I'm not drinking it. I'm taking it to my father to drink!"

"Ridiculous, this is my wine. If you want wine, let that guy, Cobra, pay for it!"

Crocodile grabbed Vivi with one hand, took out the three bottles she had secretly stuffed into her arms, returned them to the crate, then impatiently tossed her aside. "If you've nothing else, get lost!"

"Ah!"

Vivi fell hard, she rubbed her bottom in grievance, and raised her fist at Crocodile in protest. "Crocodile-sensei, I'm your beautiful female student! How can you treat your student like this?"

"I never said you were my student!"

However, Crocodile ignored the angry little girl, opened a bottle of wine, took a hearty gulp, and with deep eyes while staring toward the direction of the West Blue, a playful, sinister smile appeared on his lips. "So you've finally come out? Ian, the God of Sun! Ha... Ha... Ha!"

On an island somewhere on the West Blue.

Just as the West Blue's Green Grape Wine was heating up outside, a hearty laugh echoed in a slightly dim yet luxurious hall.

"Hahaha, Brando Vito."

A small, thin man in a suit, feet propped on a costly table, swaying his chair with a sinister grin, looked at the slightly overweight man wearing a gentleman's hat and surrounded by his subordinates.

The slightly overweight man's right index finger twitched constantly on the gun in his hand.

Yet this risky action didn't bother the thin man in the suit at all; instead, he continued with a mocking smile, saying, "Suddenly calling the three of us major families here? I heard you suffered a heavy loss against Grado and those guys. Don't tell me you want us to help you regain your dignity!"

"Cleon Mac."

The man called Brando Vito, the overweight one, paid no attention to his words.

He removed the black coat draped over his shoulders, took off his gentleman's hat, handed it to a subordinate, and then, under the watchful eyes of the three around the round table, pulled out an empty chair on the other side, and calmly said: "Your laughter is still the same as always, disgusting as ever!"

"What are you talking about?"

Hearing Vito's words, Mac's face immediately darkened. He stood up, resting his right hand on the table, his expression sullen as he looked at Vito, saying, "Is this your attitude when coming to beg us?"

"I'm not here to beg you."

Vito glanced at the other two quietly watching him, flicked his cigar, and said: "I'm just here to cooperate with you!"

"Hahaha, cooperate? Don't tell me you think we know nothing!"

Mac's face twisted into a contemptuous, wild laugh.

Then, with a mocking tone, he looked at Vito. "I already know how badly you were beaten by Grado! And besides..."

He clapped his hands, took a bottle of wine from his subordinate, causing Vito's previously calm eyes to narrow.

It was none other than West Blue's Green Grape Wine!

Before Vito, who had a gloomy expression, could respond with his, Mac had already opened the bottle and had his subordinates pour four glasses, one for each of them.

The last glass, meant for Vito, Mac personally pushed toward him with a smile. "You should know what this is! Honestly, this Green Grape Wine tastes way better than that watered-down garbage of yours, hahaha!"

"Mac!!!"

This laughter finally broke Vito's calm demeanor, and he glared at Mac with a dark expression.

At this moment, as the two bosses moved, their subordinates behind them also raised their guns at each other.

"Enough, Mac, don't joke like this."

As the tension peaked, another man leisurely raised his glass, glanced at Vito, and said: "But Mac is right. If you're here to ask for cooperation, don't waste your effort. We don't want to face that monster. The fact that we haven't acted against your family is because of past ties. Don't try to drag us into this!"

With that, two cold snorts sounded, and the men returned to their seats, no longer facing off.

"Adams Fredo, your words, as always, still sound so sweet!"

Vito looked at the bald man who spoke earlier with a hint of mockery on his face.

He didn't truly believe this man's words, the claim about past ties and restraint?

Ridiculous. As a mafia boss, what ties did he have?
