ARC — THE END OF KANOJI
KANOJI — Final Moment
The world was gone.
No sky.
No land.
No time.
Only a broken void stretched endlessly, silent and empty, as if existence itself had given up.
Kanoji stood at the center of nothing.
No chains.
No devils.
No gods.
Just him.
His power was still there—but meaningless now. There was nothing left to destroy.
A presence formed behind him.
Calm.
Ancient.
Unavoidable.
"Kanoji."
He turned slowly.
A man stood there—tall, composed, eyes filled not with hatred… but sorrow.
"…Dad?" Kanoji whispered.
Hokomo Sama.
The creator.
The last god.
The father he never had.
"So this is how it ends," Kanoji said, laughing weakly. "Just you and me… in an empty world."
Hokomo Sama looked around the void. "You destroyed everything."
Kanoji clenched his fists. "Because no one stopped me."
Silence.
Then Hokomo Sama spoke, his voice breaking for the first time.
"I'm sorry, my son."
Kanoji froze.
"You were meant to be loved," Hokomo Sama continued.
"But instead… you were turned into an error."
His eyes trembled.
"You became a monster.
A devil.
Not because you were born evil—
but because no one loved you."
Kanoji's breath shook.
"This is the end of this world," Hokomo Sama said quietly.
"You destroyed it completely."
He stepped closer.
"Now… only you and I remain."
Kanoji looked at him, eyes burning. "So… this whole fucking thing—this world—this pain—"
He laughed bitterly.
"…this whole fucking game was made by you?"
Hokomo Sama shook his head slowly.
"This isn't a game," he said.
"This is the real world."
Kanoji's smile faded.
For the first time… he understood everything.
Hokomo Sama raised his hand. Light gathered—not violent, not cruel. Just final.
"After your death," he said, voice hollow,
"I will be alone."
Kanoji closed his eyes.
No fear.
No anger.
Just exhaustion.
"…Guess that makes two of us," he whispered.
Hokomo Sama's hand trembled.
"It's time to end it," he said.
"I'm sorry."
A pause.
"…Goodbye."
Light filled the void.
Kanoji opened his eyes one last time.
"Dad…" he said softly.
"I just wanted… to be human."
The light erased him.
No scream.
No resistance.
Just silence.
Hokomo Sama stood alone.
The last god.
In a world with nothing left.
He lowered his head.
The void did not respond.
