Iza's POV
I slammed out of his chambers in anger. My whole body was in pain, including my heart. "How could he ask me to kill our baby?" A symbol of our love is that he hates me," I thought.
"My lady, the Alpha call's for you," Elsa said as she ran towards me.
"I'm busy with being Luna! Tell him, I said that." I screamed at her.
"Yes, yes, my lady," she stuttered.
I made my way to my room; at least I could come out with something when alone. I panted around my room, walking from one corner to the other, when I heard a loud and consistent knock.
I knew who it was and decided to punish him by ignoring him a bit.
"Iza, open up. I know you can hear me; please open the door." He said it from outside.
"Go away from me! go away from us!" I yelled.
"Iza, please calm down and open up; let's have a conversation." He pleaded.
"We've got nothing else to say! You've said all you want to say already, so just go away!"
"Iza, stop acting like you're a child. This is the worst time to have a child, and you know that. Iza, come on, please let me in."
"Oh! wow! Bravo! You're calling our baby a mistake? And what makes it the wrong time? Is it because of her? Is Aurora the reason?"
"Let me in, babe! Let's talk about this." He spoke in the softest voice, the same voice I feel in love with.
My heart melted upon hearing him speak as I walked towards the door and unlocked it while he stepped inside.
He let out a mild smile, curved his hands around my waist, and stared straight into my eyes.
"You look more beautiful whenever you're upset," he teased me.
"Don't do that, Alfred," I said while hitting him on the chest. "Please, can we keep this baby? It's going to be the fruit of our love, and we will make very happy parents." I sobbed.
"Urrh!" He groaned. "Iza, can't you understand? Can't you see that this child would only be a distraction and not a blessing? We'll have as many babies as you want, but right now isn't right," he said while pulling me towards him.
"Right time? right time, you keep saying! When is the right time? Alfred, why?" I began to cry and hit his chest hard. "You don't even notice me anymore; you barely have my time. We had sex the last time we did it because I forced you, and that was the result of this pregnancy."
"Iza, please do not know." He interrupted me and tried to reach for my hands, but I pushed him away.
"Don't you! Don't you dare touch me!" I said, pushing his hands away from me. "I've shown you nothing but love, and all you could do is pay me with this? Do you have to be so selfish? We are talking about our unborn baby here."
"Can you just shut your damn mouth, huh? What's your problem? Haven't I done enough for you? Why can't you be sensible for once? I made you my Luna and did everything damn thing you wanted, and it's so hard to do this one thing I'm requesting."
"Oh please! You didn't do me any favor; we both needed ourselves and worked hand in hand with each other; no one should be created or discredited." I blurted out.
"Wow! Bravo!" he said, clapping his hands. "I chose you over Aurora! I betrayed her, and now you can vomit such words?" He asked, astonished.
I let out a roaming laugh as I left my gaze on him for a second. "Don't act like the victim here; you did all those things just to get back at her and not do me a favor."
"Ungrateful bitch! Get off me!" He yelled at me.
"I'm sorry, it's..." I sobbed, reaching for his hands.
"Don't touch me; don't even try it," he said, pushing my hands away and storming out of the room.
Alfred's POV
I pushed her hands away from me as I stared at her in disgust before storming out of the room. I felt range burning all over my body.
At that moment, I couldn't tell why I was really upset. I didn't know if it was because I couldn't get my thoughts off Aurora's or Isa's refusal to terminate that child, if she was really serious.
The thoughts of Aurora roaming around the forest kept me worried, worried that she'd come across another man, worried that she was going to return sooner or later.
Aurora was my first love, and I loved her so much that I was ready to wait until she turned 18 before getting intimate.
We shared a strong bond that her father couldn't do anything about; he tried so much to talk Aurora out of the relationship because I was an ex-rogue but failed at every attempt.
Aurora and I had a loyal relationship until her enemy, a cousin, seduced me.
I didn't mind having Iza as a side girl and Aurora as my partner, not until I found out that Aurora was sleeping around. I became shattered and vowed revenge by making her life a living hell, and I didn't regret any of that.
I just missed seeing her suffer, seeing her plead, and seeing her humiliated. Those scenes always played in my head.
"Follow me!" I told one of the guards that stood beside my chambers.
"Yes, Alpha," he replied as he walked behind me.
I walked towards my king-sized chair and made myself comfortable before speaking out.
"Send a message to other guards; group yourselves in a dozen and find her!" I instructed.
"Who are you referring to, Alpha?" The guard asked in foolishness while I left a disgusted stare at him.
"Who else? you fool! Don't come back to this pack without Aurora!"
"Yes, Alpha."
"Now leave!"
