Chapter 14 - The Lucky Muggle Wizard!

The Transformation Technique only has one seal?

They thought the clone technique was the simplest, which is why they made them practice it.

I never imagined that the transformation technique would be the simplest!

"They don't seem too difficult. Maybe I'll even be able to learn the Three Bodies Technique in the next class!"

Hearing Hermione's words, Harry and Meghan nodded in agreement. These few marks were not a simple matter.

Little did they know that of the Three Body Techniques, only the Clone Technique could be released with the help of magic.

The Substitution Technique and the Transformation Technique not only require magic power, but also other coordination.

The three of them walked up the marble stairs with their textbooks in hand, and although it wasn't the first time they had seen it, they were still full of admiration.

What an amazing place!

The ceiling was so high that you could hardly see the top, and a luxurious marble staircase led straight upstairs.

Paintings still hang on the walls, and the figures in the paintings seem to be moving and whispering, as if each painting is a small world.

Ghosts occasionally drifted through the middle of the staircase, passing through the walls and disappearing from sight.

There are a total of 142 staircases at Hogwarts.

Some of them are wide and large; some are narrow and small, and they sway precariously; some lead to different places every Friday; some have a step that suddenly disappears halfway up, and you have to remember where you should jump over.

In addition, there are many doors here that will not open for you if you ask them to open them rudely or if you poke the wrong spot.

Some doors aren't real doors at all; they're just sturdy walls that look like doors.

It's difficult to remember where things are because everything seems to be constantly moving. The people in the portraits are constantly visiting each other, and even the armor seems to be walking.

And you can't do anything about the ghosts.

Often, just as you're about to open a door, a ghost suddenly jumps out from behind it, giving you a big fright.

Nick, who was almost headless, was of course happy to give directions to the new Gryffindor students; but if you were already going to be late for class and happened to run into Peeves, who loved to play pranks, it would be even more difficult than encountering two locked doors and a machinations-laden staircase.

It might dump a wastebasket on your head, pull the rug off your feet, throw chalk at you, or sneak up behind you and, when you can't see it, grab your nose and scream, "I've got your nose grabbed!"

Suddenly, a small dwarf appeared in front of Harry. It floated in the air, its evil black eyes staring at Harry, its mouth wide open, and it charged at him.

Harry was so startled that he quickly backed away and almost fell down the stairs, but luckily Ron caught him in time.

"Hehehe!" it chuckled wickedly. "Those annoying little first-graders! They're so much fun!"

Hermione rushed forward and shouted, "Get out of here, Peeves, or I'll tell Barrow the Bloody, and I'm not kidding!"

The mischievous ghost stuck out its tongue and disappeared.

This is the second time. I was already scared by the Pikachu last night, and it's out scaring people again today.

Thankfully, last night Prefect Percy gave them a brief explanation of this mischievous ghost, who is most afraid of the Blood Man Barrow.

Otherwise, I really wouldn't know how to get rid of it!

They continued walking until they reached the end of a corridor.

At the end of the corridor hung a portrait of a very wealthy woman dressed in pink.

"Password!"

"Dragon scum!"

The painting wobbled and moved forward, revealing a circular hole in the wall.

After they climbed through the hole in the wall, they arrived at the Gryffindor common room.

This is a comfortable circular room filled with soft, plush armchairs.

At this moment, many students are chatting in the armchairs, while also making hand gestures using the hand seals they learned in class.

When Hermione and her two companions entered, everyone stared at them and pointed.

"Look, it's Hermione and the others! They're back. I wonder what they were doing at Professor Jack's!"

"I envy them! They actually get to talk to Professor Jack privately! Professor Jack has become my idol!"

"And Harry Potter! The one with glasses! Look at the scar on his head!"

"Those two are the stars of the new students! A boy who survived a great ordeal, and a lucky Muggle witch!"

Yes, Hermione, like Harry, became the focus of attention at Hogwarts.

Harry is known to almost everyone in the wizarding world because of his uniqueness.

Hermione, however, was brought into the public eye because of a single sentence from Jack.

From an ordinary little magician, he became one of the most talked-about topics of conversation.

Just then, Prefect Percy walked over.

"Congratulations, Hermione! You've become Professor Jack's class representative!"
