Eden was in a state of turmoil. As the director of the Magic Bureau, he had been engaged in magical research for more than a decade.
But the magic before him was completely beyond his previous understanding.
No matter how he looked at it, he couldn't tell the difference between the clone and the original.
Could it be a transformation technique? Turning other objects into clones to confuse the enemy?
Possibly!
The principle behind this clone technique is actually shapeshifting!
Eden had just made this decision when she saw the 26 people on stage thanking Jack together.
"Thank you, Professor Jack!" *26
Eden's heart skipped a beat. How the hell could this thing talk?
This isn't magic! The person transformed by Transfiguration isn't a real person, so how could they possibly speak?
Isn't this a transformation?
Eden felt an itch on his head, as if his brain was about to grow.
Yes, how could this be a transformation?
Transfiguration always requires an object to be transformed; it cannot be created out of thin air.
Moreover, transforming into a human is an advanced form of shapeshifting; it's not that simple.
Among these students, there are several who look to be only teenagers, probably freshmen who have just enrolled. How could they possess advanced shapeshifting abilities?
So, this really is what they call battle magic!
The first combat magic taught was probably the simplest, but its effect was even more powerful than advanced polymorph.
Even though Eden didn't want to admit it, he already felt in his heart that this combat magic seemed really powerful.
Eden's interest was immediately piqued; he was very curious to know how Jack had developed this kind of magic.
Released without a fight!
Using hand seals to release magic is something that has never happened before in the entire magical world, or even in the entire history of magic.
Eden felt like a million ants were crawling all over her, making her incredibly itchy.
He couldn't wait to discuss with Jack the differences between wand spellcasting, hand seal spellcasting, and ordinary and combat magic.
Fudge and Eden had different focuses; Fudge focused on the practicality of combat magic.
At first, he also thought that the so-called clone technique was just a transformation technique, but he quickly overturned this guess.
Realizing that this was a type of magic that had never appeared in the magical world before, Fudge's mind immediately became active.
Gadli said there are at least dozens of types of combat magic.
If this magic originated from the Ministry of Magic and spread to the wizarding world, that would be a tremendous boon for him!
Thinking of this, Fudge's gaze immediately turned fiery, staring intently at Jack.
Jack felt two burning gazes, but he ignored them.
"You all did very well. Those of you who haven't learned the clone technique should review it carefully. If you don't understand anything, you can ask these thirteen students."
Next, I'll teach you the other two techniques of the Three Body Techniques: Transformation Technique and Substitution Technique!
Everyone's eyes lit up, and even the people from the Ministry of Magic sat up straight, eager to learn these two spells.
"First of all, Transformation! You've all been exposed to Shapeshifting, but there's a fundamental difference between Transformation and Shapeshifting."
Transformation is a type of magic that changes oneself, while polymorphism is a type of magic that can transform one object into another.
It can turn inanimate objects into living things, and vice versa.
Some transfiguration spells can change a part of something, such as turning a person's ears into a rabbit's ears.
The difference between a Transfiguration Charm and a Shapeshifting Charm is huge! Most importantly, a Transfiguration Charm actually transforms you into another object.
While transformation magic may make it appear as if one transforms into another object, it is actually just a matter of having the form but not a true transformation.
All the freshmen were stunned. Why did that sentence sound so familiar? It was as if they had heard it somewhere before.
Then, upon reflection, I remembered that Professor McGonagall had said something similar during the Transfiguration class.
"The Transformation Technique has only one seal, and that seal is not yet formed!"
As he spoke, Jack formed a hand seal and instantly transformed into Snape.
Jack stepped down from the podium and moved among the students of Gryffindor and Hufflepuff.
"When you unleash the transformation spell, you need to visualize the object you want to become. The more realistic the object in your visualization, the more realistic your transformation will be!"
The students discovered that Shaw, who had become Professor Snape, not only looked exactly like him, but also walked the same way and even spoke in the same voice.
Hermione nodded thoughtfully after hearing Jack's words.
The people in the Ministry of Magic were quite surprised when they first saw the Transformation spell.
"This magic is amazing! It would be incredibly useful for intelligence infiltration and other similar tasks!"
"I couldn't tell if it was real or fake at all. I thought it was the real Snape! It's amazing!"
"We should introduce this magic into the Auror's office; it would be of great use to the Aurors!"
Jack suddenly moved closer to Harry and stared at him with dead fish eyes.
"Mr. Potter, did you understand?"
Harry was startled by Jack's sudden attack. Looking at Snape's face so close to his own, he felt a pang of urge to unleash a spell.
"Yes, I understand, Professor Snape!"
