After reading the contents of the secret order, Lucci's face was darker than the bottom of a wok. The news of Enies Lobby's destruction by the Buster Call had already spread throughout the Grand Line.
Lucci had initially thought Spandam would be demoted because of this, which would make their lives easier. He never expected that they would be purged by the World Government, with a kill order issued against them!

Lucci remained silent for a long time, contemplating a solution.
"How are Kaku and the others doing?" Lucci suddenly asked.
Kalifa replied, "I just contacted them via Transponder Snail. They are on their way to Water Seven."
Lucci nodded.
"Once they arrive, we'll go find Iceburg!"
"Find Iceburg?" Kalifa was confused, then quickly realized.
"You want to find the Pluton blueprints?"
Lucci nodded coldly. "Our only way out now is to find the Pluton blueprints and claim a great merit! Perhaps that will convince the World Government to accept us back!"
Although he lacked concrete evidence, the situation was urgent, and Lucci had no time for a slow investigation. They would grab Iceburg and interrogate him for the whereabouts of the Pluton blueprints!
Pluton, one of the Ancient Weapons, would be more than enough to serve as proof of loyalty.
Kalifa's eyes lit up. This was indeed a reliable plan.

The next day, Iceburg worked late at the Galley-La Company. Since learning that World Government agents were lurking within the company, he had adjusted many of the business operations, leaving him exceptionally busy.
The only silver lining was that Franky had finally taken his advice and left Water Seven. Now, no matter how much those World Government lapdogs investigated, they wouldn't find the Pluton blueprints!
