The next day, Julian had just finished washing the dishes from his breakfast. He cleaned the table, then went to the living room as usual to play games or watch television.
He had just sat down on the sofa and played a game for a while, when he noticed a flash drive on the table. It was the flash drive that Arcane had used the night before to prepare his math materials.
"He didn't take this flash drive? I'm pretty sure he needs it for today's lesson," he wondered.
Thinking that the man must need it badly now, Julian decided to take it to his school. He glanced at the wall clock, which showed that it was 8:13 a.m., meaning that the first class had already started.
"I have to hurry before Arcane gets confused because he didn't bring this flash drive."
The young man took his jacket and left the house to go to the school where Arcane taught. Since it was only a 15 minute walk from his house, it didn't take him long to get there.
He looked inside the school, the gate was closed and it looked quiet because all the students were in class.
Not long after, one of the security guards who had once caught him came over and stood in front of him.
"So it's you again. What are you doing here?" the security guard asked sternly.
Holding up the flash drive in his hand, Julian said he wanted to deliver it to Arcane.
"Do you remember that I'm Arcane Romano's husband? I want to deliver this flash drive to him because I'm sure he needs it right now," Julian replied.
Remembering that the security guard couldn't leave his post at that moment because the other security guards weren't at work, he let Julian enter and meet Arcane.
"Then take it yourself and deliver it to him. But remember not to make any noise. The students have already started class."
Julian nodded in understanding, then walked into the school. Inside the school, he was quite impressed to find that the interior was just as luxurious as the exterior.
Most of the paint inside was also pink, in keeping with the theme of the school, which only accepted female students.
However, now he felt confused. Where was Arcane teaching now?
He didn't even know which class his husband was teaching that morning. This certainly made him feel confused about where he should go.
"There are so many corridors here. It's impossible for me to pass by everyone one by one to look for him. It seems like even passing by them would attract their attention," he muttered.
As he wandered around one of the hallways on the first floor, a man one of the male teachers, looked at Julian, that he know Julian wasn't a teacher at the school.
Julian, who was looking at the school information board at the time, was immediately approached by him.
"Hey buddy, are you looking for something? You're not a teacher at this school, are you?" asked the gym teacher.
"Hm? Oh, right. I'm here to deliver this flash drive to Arcane Romano. You must know him, he's a math teacher at this school."
Hearing the name Arcane, of course the math teacher knew the man because they often communicated in the staff room. He assumed that the man in front of him was Arcane's husband.
"You must be his husband, right?"
"That's right, my name is Julian Romano. I am his husband, and you must be the gym teacher?" asked Julian.
"Yes. My name is Jonathan Warson. They usually call me John. If you're having trouble finding his classroom, I can take you there."
Hearing the offer, Julian felt relieved that there was a teacher willing to kindly take him to Arcane. Jonathan suggested that Julian go to the teachers' lounge first and check Arcane's teaching schedule on his desk.
He was very sure he had seen the schedule posted there. Plus, it was common for teachers to post their teaching schedules on their desks.
Julian agreed, and they headed to the teachers' lounge, where only a few people were present at the time. After checking Arcane's teaching schedule, it turned out that he was teaching class 2A that day.
"Damn, he has to teach class 2A this morning," Jonathan muttered.
"What's wrong with class 2A?" Julian asked curiously.
At first, Jonathan didn't want to say anything, but he replied that there was a student who was interested in Arcane but was avoided by many people.
Hearing the words "interested in Arcane," Julian knew that the student in question must be Freya. So today, Arcane was in a class he didn't like.
"Maybe it's better if I just leave the flash drive on his desk. Or maybe you can give it to him when he comes back," he said.
"But what if he needs it now? You better gave him yourself. I'll show you where the classroom is," said the gym teacher, then took Julian there.
Actually, Julian wanted to avoid coming to that classroom so that Freya wouldn't see him there. But what Jonathan said was true. He couldn't leave the flash drive on the desk if Arcane needed it now.
When they arrived, Jonathan knocked on the door, causing Arcane to immediately turn toward it.
"Mr. Romano, your husband is here to bring you something," he said with a teasing smile.
"Huh?" Arcane quickly walked toward the door when he saw Julian standing next to Jonathan.
The female students in the class immediately turned their heads, looking at the husband of their math teacher. They were very curious about what he looked like.
"So that's Mr. Romano's husband? No wonder he likes him. They're both handsome, but his husband is much cuter," said one of the students to her friend.
Her friends agreed when they heard this. Unlike Freya, who looked unhappy. Arcane stood in front of the class alone with Julian because Jonathan had to go to the field.
"Why did I come here?" Arcane asked him.
"I brought the flash drive. You left it on the table in the living room. You worked on this material all night, I couldn't let it go to waste!" Julian said as he handed him the flash drive.
He took it from Julian's hand. That morning, he had thought he would fail to gave the material because he had left his flash drive at home. But it turned out that Julian had taken the initiative to bring it for him.
This small gesture was enough to make Arcane's heart suddenly beat faster and a smile appear on his face.
"Thank you. I didn't expect you to bring it for me."
"You should have just called me. I don't mind bringing your things that you left at home to school. Besides, the distance from our house to school isn't that far."
Since he had already brought the flash drive to Arcane, Julian intended to go home, considering that it was still class time and Arcane still had to continue teaching.
As he walked down the hallway toward the main floor, someone suddenly called out to him from behind.
"Wait, aren't you Arcane Romano's husband?"
