Thud, thud, thud.
The sound of heavy running boots sounded through the big forest.
A pair of brown leather boots jumped over a big tree root, hit the wet leaves on the ground, and kept running with out stopping.
Right behind her, a pair of shiny black boots was chasing her fast.
Nymeria kept running, and dodging the big trees easily.
Whoosh!
A sharp arrow made of ice rushed past her head and smashed into a tree close by.
Nymeria did not even look back, instead, threw her body to the side, and rolled over the wet leaves on the ground just as two more ice arrows shot past her again.
They hit and landed into the ground right where she was standing a second before..
Nymeria quickly bounced back up, as her brown boots landed no the ground and she ran out of the trees and into an open area.
She stopped and bent over a little as she put her hands on her knees to catch her breath.
Just then, a low, deep dragon growl sounded from behind her.
Nymeria quickly looked back.
