"Ha! how do you guys expect me to achieve that?" I decided to just look around in my space and go for a swim there when I suddenly remembered my cat 'oh no Lucy I forgot you!'
I quickly wore comfortable clothes and went to the vet immediately,as soon as I sighted the vet doctor after entering the hospital i saw the worry and concern etched in his features
I rushed to him breathless from running all the way here " am so sorry I know I said I did take her last night but I ended up drinking too much with my friend am sorry in case she disturbed you I apologize"
" You don't have to apologize,no wonder you didn't answer my calls I got worried" he said
" I apologize again for the trouble please where is Lucy?" I asked
"She's inside,I will go bring her, I will be back in a giffy " the vet doctor which I learnt his name to be theo said before leaving to get Lucy. He finally came out with lucy in his arms.
I was smiling when I saw Lucy I immediately carried her in my arms and caressed her fur it was so soft she really needs a bath.
I thanked the vet doctor one last time and apologized again before going home with Lucy in my arms, I reached my apartment fast and decided then and there I will give Lucy a bath when Gabriel called me I didn't hesitate I picked the call immediately.
Hearing his deep and pleasant voice call my name over the phone gave me sudden chills," Ethan will you come with me to one of my clients party?,I will send the invitation to you if you want to come and don't forget after the dinner at my clients party we will talk about what I said this morning I hope you have decided".
"Okay Gabriel have a nice day " I said while blushing hard, so he really is asking me out? but it's been barely a day since he asked me.
