Chapter 6 - Chapter 6 Tang Hao: He's My Son?

"Then what happened to your appearance? How did you become like this?" Tang Hao became increasingly agitated, asking again urgently.

Now that things had come to this point, even if Yin Hao was foolish, he could guess something. This guy… wouldn't he think I'm his and Ah Yin's son?

Of course, only one Blue Silver Emperor appears in each generation, and Ah Yin is the only Blue Silver Plant. Who else could a child with the Blue Silver plant bloodline be but hers?

But Tang Hao never imagined that Yin Hao's Blue Silver Plant bloodline was actually obtained through a "transaction" with Tang San.

"I don't know what happened to my appearance. When I awakened my martial soul, I felt a power awakening within me, and then I became like this."

Since he already had some misunderstandings, Yin Hao didn't mind deepening his misunderstanding. A tool for a Title Douluo, just thinking about it was exciting.

Moreover, even if he were to be discovered tricking Tang San later, he wouldn't need to fear Tang Hao's revenge, after all, even a tiger wouldn't eat its own cub…

"When the Martial Soul awakens? Bloodline awakening… Bloodline awakening can only occur in the direct line of the Blue Silver Plant bloodline…"

Afterwards, no matter what Tang Hao asked, Yin Hao deliberately steered the conversation towards "he is his own son." Sure enough, in a short while, Tang Hao's gaze towards Yin Hao changed, filled with affection, guilt, and regret.

Yin Hao didn't linger. Although Tang Hao wanted him to stay longer, Yin Hao refused, citing his urgent need to go home and tell his grandfather about enrolling in school.

In the end, Tang Hao could only sit there blankly, watching Yin Hao gradually disappear from his sight.

Only after Yin Hao had completely left did Tang San voice all the questions that had been swirling in his mind.

"Dad, why did you ask him all those questions? Is there something wrong with Brother Hao?"

Tang Hao raised his head, opened his mouth as if wanting to say something, but then seemed to think of something and shook his head without speaking, only asking…

"Xiao San, remember this: from now on, when you're outside, you can't hurt him. You need to do everything in your power to protect him, using... the hammer in your left hand..."

Tang San nodded, seemingly understanding. As someone who had lived in a feudal era for over thirty years, the principle of "a father's command cannot be disobeyed" was ingrained in his bones. He didn't need to ask why, nor did he need to question right or wrong.

On the way home, Yin Hao walked alone. He occasionally heard people greeting him from the roadside, and he responded to each one.

To be honest, Yin Hao hadn't expected what happened today, but it wasn't a bad thing; in fact, it was a good thing. If nothing unexpected happened, he would gain a bodyguard at the Title Douluo level, and safety would no longer be his biggest concern.

  ...

Three months passed in a flash. During these three months, Yin Hao continued to frequently visit Tang San's house to deliver things, and successively gained 2% of the Blue Silver Emperor bloodline and hidden weapon techniques, among other things.

However, unlike before, when he visited Tang San's house, he would only chat with Tang San for a few words before leaving. Now, Tang San was noticeably more enthusiastic, and Tang Hao would even come out of his room from time to time to talk to him.

Yin Hao's Blue Silver Plant bloodline had now reached 37%. If nothing unexpected happened, Tang San's bloodline would only have a dozen or so remaining, and his first martial soul would be practically useless.

  ...

In Notting City, Old Jack led Yin Hao and Tang San forward.

"Little Hao, Little San, Grandpa will take you to the academy and then go back. You must listen to your teachers at the academy and never leave without permission. Grandpa Jack will come to pick you up again at the end of the semester."

Yin Hao and Tang San nodded.

The group inquired about the location of Notting Academy along the way, making their way towards the academy.

In the distance, they could already see a tall archway, twenty meters wide and over ten meters high, constructed entirely of solid rock, with two dark iron gates at the bottom. Above the archway were four large characters: "Notting Academy."

Yin Hao and his companions were stopped as soon as they arrived at the entrance.

"What are you doing? Don't you know this is Notting Academy? Unauthorized personnel are not allowed in!"

Old Jack said with a forced smile, handing over his Spirit Hall certificate, but before he could, Yin Hao stopped him.

Yin Hao, familiar with the original story, knew exactly what kind of person this gatekeeper was. While he didn't want to get entangled with such a nobody, he also couldn't stand by and watch Old Jack be humiliated.

Anyone with a bit of social experience knew that gatekeepers everywhere were just lowly thugs; a little money would suffice.

However, Old Jack had spent his entire life in the village, and Tang San, in his previous life, was obsessed with hidden weapons and didn't understand such things.

Yin Hao pulled Old Jack aside and said a few words. Old Jack frowned, looking pained, but still took out two silver soul coins and the Spirit Hall certificate from his pocket and handed them over.

"Young man, we are indeed here to enroll. This is the Spirit Hall certificate, take a look..."

Seeing there was something to gain, the gatekeeper instantly changed his tune, smiling as he took the certificate and slipped the two silver soul coins into his pocket.

He only glanced at it, not even looking closely, before returning the certificate with a smile.

"Excuse me, sir, I misjudged you. These two children must be here to enroll, right? Just go in."

Old Jack then gave the two a few more instructions before turning and leaving.

Yin Hao and Tang San didn't linger. After speaking with Old Jack, they turned and entered Notting Academy.

Yin Hao walked forward, looking around, trying to find that "little rabbit." As a seasoned pervert, even in his previous life, he had made his "female friends" cosplay as Xiao Wu, Zhu Zhuqing, and the like.

Now that he was about to see the real person, how could he not be excited?

Tang San looked at Yin Hao beside him, his brows furrowing slightly, and asked,

"Brother Hao, what are you looking for?"

Yin Hao snapped out of his reverie.

"Nothing, just wanted to look around since I just arrived."

  "Oh, I see..."

  "Let's hurry up and register..."

  ...

After the two left, a middle-aged man of about forty or fifty years old, with an ordinary appearance, slowly walked towards the entrance of Notting Academy.

  The gatekeeper greeted him respectfully.

  "Master."

Yu Xiaogang nodded, paying little attention to the gatekeeper, and prepared to enter.

For some reason, a sudden unease gripped him. He frowned and turned to the gatekeeper.

"Has anyone been here just now?"

  the gatekeeper asked hastily.

"Yes, two children with Blue Silver Grass martial souls came to enroll with reports from the Spirit Hall."

"Blue Silver Grass martial soul? They can cultivate that?"

Yu Xiaogang sneered. A useless soul coming to Notting Academy? Really…
