The sun hung high in the clear blue sky, not a cloud in sight, and a gentle breeze stirred the surface of the sea into waves.
The Going Merry's sails were full, and its bow cut through the calm water, leaving a long wake.
In the distance, an imposing building gradually appeared in everyone's sight.
That was Arlong Park, the source of Nami's nightmares.
Kai stood at the bow, looking at Arlong Park in the distance and exclaimed, "We're finally here, Arlong Park!"
After two days of sailing, Kai and his group finally arrived at Arlong Park.
Nami returned to Arlong Park, her fists clenched tightly, her nails almost digging into her palms, but her face was calm.
Only the anger and hatred in her eyes betrayed her inner emotions.
"Arlong Pirates!" Luffy stood on the Going Merry, his fist raised high, his eyes burning with fury. "The guys who bullied Nami will pay today!"
"Hmph!" Zoro snorted. He had been wanting to stretch his muscles for a long time.
He had been training his body on the ship every day; it was time to find an opponent to test the results of his training.
Sanji, in a black suit, took a deep drag from his cigarette. He was eager to get revenge for Nami.
The Going Merry docked, and everyone walked along a overgrown path towards the gate of Arlong Park.
The environment on the shore formed a stark contrast with the clear weather.
A dense mangrove forest stood on the shore, with withered yellow leaves covering the ground like a thick carpet, giving off a sense of desolation.
Near the Arlong Park area, the air became damp and cold.
A faint smell of fishy stench could still be detected—the scent of seawater mixed with rotten fish.
Arlong Park was an exotic fortress, occupying a vast area.
The gate was tall and heavy, made of black iron, inlaid with the symbol of a sawshark, exuding a fierce aura.
"Gum-Gum... Rocket!"
With a loud bang, the iron gate shattered, large pieces of iron rained down, and dust flew everywhere.
Luffy retracted his arm. With the gate gone, everyone could see the courtyard behind it.
The courtyard was spacious, paved with dark gray flagstones, emitting a salty and decaying smell.
The surrounding walls were towering, inlaid with unique carvings of the Fish-Man race.
In the center of the courtyard was a giant Sea King statue.
Beneath the statue was a pond filled with seawater, and as the water rippled, several ferocious sea beasts could be vaguely seen swimming within it.
The Fish-Men in the courtyard, hearing a loud bang and seeing the gate destroyed by Kai's group, quickly surrounded them.
"Lowly humans, how dare you..." A Fish-Man cursed as he walked towards Kai.
"Bang!!!"
With a loud thud, that Fish-Man was sent flying against a stone wall in the courtyard, his strong body reduced to a puddle of mush.
Kai retracted his right foot, looked at the surrounding Fish-Men, and asked,
"Is Arlong here?"
The surrounding Fish-Men, seeing the tragic state of their compatriot, were all scared and stopped in their tracks.
Inside the gate, the courtyard was in chaos.
Dozens more Fish-Men rushed out, led by a Kissing Fish-Man.
This Fish-Man was of medium-short height, but slightly plump, with light blue skin.
His mouth was particularly prominent, with lips shaped like a kissing fish.
His lips were full and thick, a light purple color, looking very comical yet with a hint of ferocity.
His eyes were long and slightly narrowed, revealing a cunning glint.
He saw his compatriot reduced to a pulp and roared:
"How dare you kill our Fish-Man brethren, you lowly humans will all die!"
"Hmm? Nami? Did you bring these people?"
"Hmph, Kuroobi, you hateful Fish-Men, go to hell!"
Nami, knowing the terrifying strength of her companions, no longer hid her emotions and cursed at the Kissing Fish-Man in front of her.
"Damn Nami, you should know the consequences of opposing us. Big Brother Arlong won't let you off, and neither will the people of Cocoyasi Village. You'll all die!"
The Kissing Fish-Man, Kuroobi, was enraged and threatened Nami.
"Kuroobi, bounty: 5.5 million Berries, skilled at using water bullets sprayed from his mouth for precise attacks."
Zoro, who had been a bounty hunter, shared information with everyone as if counting his treasures.
"Oh? There's a bounty? We can't damage this guy's head then." Kai was excited after hearing Zoro's information:
"I still need to forge a weapon; money is needed everywhere!"
"Ah! Yes! I still need two swords!"
Zoro gestured to his only remaining sword, Wado Ichimonji. After Mihawk had cut two of his swords, he only had one left.
How could this do? How could he use his Three-Sword Style? Zoro had been planning to get two more swords to use.
"You... you lowly humans..." Kuroobi saw the group ignore him and even discuss using him for bounty money to buy weapons.
He was so angry his lungs were about to burst. Before he could even make a move, he found himself flying in the air and saw a familiar headless body.
"That body, why is it so familiar..." He lost consciousness before he could figure it out.
"We can't waste this head!" Zoro slowly sheathed Wado Ichimonji and used a pre-prepared cloth to catch Kuroobi's head, which was still flying through the air.
By the time Zoro had skillfully applied preservation measures and packed the head, Kuroobi's headless body finally slammed heavily onto the ground.
This shocked the Fish-Men so much that they completely lost the will to fight Kai and his group.
They felt as if they were back in the precarious times on the Grand Line. In an instant, the Fish-Men scattered and fled.
"Hmph!"
Luffy snorted coldly, and his Conqueror's Haki swept over the Fish-Men, causing all the scattered Fish-Men to faint on the ground.
Nami looked at the fallen Fish-Men and saw Kuroobi, an executive of the Arlong Pirates with astonishing combat power, cut down by Zoro's sword.
She simply couldn't believe it was real. It turned out these Fish-Men could also be afraid and could die.
"Luffy, you knocked them all out! How are we going to find Arlong's whereabouts!" Kai gave Luffy a hard smack.
"Sorry!" Luffy squatted on the ground, clutching his head and crying out in pain.
"Who are you people!"
Just as Kai was about to wake up a Fish-Man minion to inquire about Arlong's whereabouts, an Octopus Fish-Man jumped out.
