It was a period of five years...
The transition that took place between enforcers and non enforcers...basically between people living in the outside and the inside space.....
It was natural as the non enforcers could not stay for a long time outside due to danger hence they all migrated inside....
The inside space was obviously small enough to contain so many non enforcers.....
And many of the enforcers had their family in the inside space....
Hence it was quite a dilemma for everyone....
And on top of everything...one day the travelling between the inside and the outside space stopped.....
Thankfully, when this happened none of the non enforcers were in the outside space as it happened to be night....
The barrier surrounded the land area only...and between the southern and eastern parts there was a strip of land connecting them....
Upwards the barrier did not extend much ...it was shallow ...imagine a 200 floors building...that much height....
Now there was a clear distinction between the enforcers and the non enforcers....
Obviously the area the non enforcers were living was less for them ....
They needed an organized plan...
Hence the land was divided into areas and each area was taken care by one leader...
The responsibility of the ruler was to take care of the the people into the area....
Area number 1 consisted of all high profile head offices of all the departments concerning the new change in the world...
The department of scientific research(consisting the new changes happening in the world)
The department of enforcers law
The department of non enforcers law
These were newly added department to the already existing ones.....
The leader also took into account the population...number of enforcers each year, their training and the law and order..
New rules were created in accordance with the new changes..
These leaders were elected by the non enforcers on the basis of their work the past five years..
It was taken into account that each year the barrier expanded in height....taking examples of 5 standard height floors of a building....
There was more room for development.....
Obviously at the beginning there were futile fights among the past leaders but they all resolved when they thought that none of it is important in the face of life...
It is better to live than to die....
Hence everything settled...and for the past 15 years the world is going on peacefully inside the world...
There is a central system which governs both the inside and the outside space...
It is necessary for regulation among both the spaces....
The currency of the world has changed...it has become fully digital....with everyone following one currency inside and outside... called the earthian.....
