Sarada swallowed. "So this is what Lord Seventh actually faced…"
Boruto muttered, "Didn't know the old man was this busted when he was young."
"Son," Naruto snapped, "your dad is not an idiot."
"Show some respect to the Seventh," Sarada added, pushing up her glasses.
Then the ground split, pale-blue chakra geysering upward as Kaguya fed, her body ballooning—a rabbit deity unfurling into an impossible sphere.
The thing behind her swelled and kept swelling.
"This… is like the orbs on my back," Naruto murmured.
"Only a tad bigger," Sasuke deadpanned. "And growing."
Black Zetsu explained almost cheerfully: "Expansive Truth-Seeking Ball—it will keep enlarging until the entire shinobi world is erased."
Kakashi's voice cut cleanly through the panic. "It's too massive to warp with Kamui. If we hide in another dimension and it keeps growing… there may be no way back. Only one path left: seal the main body—the rabbit."
"Then it's our final mission," he said, eyes hard. "Team 7—assemble."
Kaguya's Byakugan flashed. "I am immortal. If either Ashura reincarnate dies, you cannot seal me. Which one shall I take first?"
The Hyūga clan collectively gasped.
[Hiashi]: The Byakugan proves it—Hyūga is the strongest clan of Konoha!
[Ōnoki]: So… is Kaguya part of the Hyūga?
[Neji]: Our ancestor…?
[Kaguya]: Yes.
Naruto ringed Sasuke with clones—move one: protect the win condition.
He and Sasuke launched, turning the sky into a battlefield.
Kaguya's back erupted with bone spikes.
Kakashi flashed up to intercept—too late.
All-Killing Ash Bones slammed into his Susanoo, spiderwebbing it with cracks.
The spectators froze. If Susanoo looked like cheap glass… what hope did anyone else have?
[Pain]: Hmph. Passable power. But I am a god.
[Madara]: …Those Rinnegan were mine. Say that again when the credits roll.
One spike speared Kakashi's chest—and passed straight through as the Sixth flickered insubstantially.
"Kamui's intangibility… figures," he hissed, reappearing with a blade of warped space. "Then it's checkmate."
Kamui Raikiri!
He drove it through Kaguya's shoulder. Her right arm went limp.
Kaguya lifted her left hand—another Ash Bone bloomed, sighting on Naruto.
Naruto and Sasuke swept in, palms ready for the Six Paths: Chibaku Seal—only a touch away.
Black Zetsu threw a bone like a dimensional harpoon.
It skewered "Naruto." The body flaked to dust, mummifying midair.
Sasuke burst into Naruto's shape—and "Naruto" into Sasuke's.
A bluff. Henge at god-tier. While clones had screened the switch, Naruto had taken Sasuke's face, leaving only one real sealer in range.
But why risk it with just one? The viewers didn't see it yet.
"Those two are Ashura's reincarnates," Kaguya calculated coldly. "So they already changed places…"
High above, the Expansive Truth-Seeking Ball groaned wider, blotting half the sky.
"Eyes up!" Kakashi barked.
Sakura clenched her fists, breath steadying. "We only need one opening."
Sasuke's Rinnegan twisted space—Amenotejikara primed.
Naruto's cloak flared, Truth-Seeking orbs humming at his back.
Kaguya's sleeve rippled. Another bone snapped into existence, aimed point-blank—
Itachi's voice, distant but sure: "Every jutsu has a fatal seam."
Naruto's eyes narrowed. "Then—"
[Itachi]: Wait… what is that?!
