Luffy looks across the gap toward the tower where Robin was being held.
Zoro, Nami, Chopper, and Sniper King were launched into the air. They crashed down onto the rooftop.
They all got up, walked over, and stood beside Luffy.
Across the gap, the doors opened. And the CP9 agents walked out, Robin in handcuffs between them.
"Robin! We're here to save you!" Luffy shouted.
Robin lowered her head. "I only used you… all of you. Forget about me. I… I want to die."
Luffy shook his head.
"No. We already learned the truth. I'm going to save you anyway. If you want to die later… you can do that. But only as a member of my crew."
Robin's eyes trembled. Tears fell down her face.
"…Luffy… I want to live!" Robin screamed. "I want to go back to the sea with you!"
CP9 smirked.
"Do you fools really think you can take us on?" Spandam said. "To fight us is to fight the World Government."
Luffy turned to Sniper King.
"Shoot it down."
Sniper King nodded, aiming his Kabuto.
"Flame Star!"
The flaming arrow soared across and hit the World Government flag.
The entire rooftop lit up with flames as the symbol burned.
A coin suddenly landed on the roof right beside Nami's foot.
Nami crossed her arms and smiled.
"Why are you smiling when you're going to die?" Kaku asked.
Blip!
Noah and Emma suddenly appeared beside the Straw Hats.
"Maybe because we're here too," Emma said.
"Who are you?!" Spandam shouted.
Noah chuckled. "Who, me? I'm Noah."
He slowly unsheathed his sword, the metal humming.
"And you… are dead."
Emma flicked another coin at Spandam.
Vector Manipulation – Flying Thunder God.
Blip!
Noah appeared right above Spandam, sword already swinging for his neck—
CLANG!
Kaku drew his swords just in time and blocked the strike. Sparks flew as their blades locked.
Kaku grinned. "Fast…."
Noah smirked.
Vector Manipulation – Gravity Crush.
A heavy force slammed Kaku straight into the ground, cracking the rooftop under him.
Lucci moved in instantly.
"Finger Pistol!"
His finger jabbed straight at Noah's heart.
Vector Manipulation – Ghost Step.
Lucci passed right through Noah's body like he was a ghost.
"What—?!"
Noah turns.
"Now you die."
He raised his sword.
Vector Manipulation – Glacier Fang.
Ice exploded from the blade like a white dragon's jaw.
The blast tore through the rooftop, freezing the ground and blasting Lucci back.
Frost spread across his chest and arm, numbing him and leaving sharp ice cuts along his ribs.
Lucci skidded away, frost rising off the frozen wounds.
"Impressive," Noah said, sheathing his sword briefly. "Now… Vector Manipulation – Reverse Flying Thunder God."
Blip! Blip! Blip!
Noah teleported Emma and the others beside him in an instant.
Emma grinned, twirling a coin between her fingers. "Finally, all together."
The rooftop trembled beneath their feet as five massive shadow stepped out from the darkness.
Emma's grin faded slightly. "Who… who are you guys?" she asked.
One of the shadow spread a sinister smile. "CP5."
"Lucci, you and your men should hurry and escort Nico Robin to the ship. We'll deal with these guys," One of CP5 agents said.
Noah laughed, low and sinister. "Oh really?"
Vector Manipulation – Noah clicked his fingers.
Fade-out.
The entire rooftop shattered, exploding into tiny pieces.
Everyone began to fall.
Luffy stretched his arms, grabbing Nami and the others.
Lucci secured Robin, while Kaku caught Spandam.
With a smooth motion, the CP9 agents "moon-walked" through the air, landing safely on nearby rooftops.
Emma held tightly onto Noah as he descended, his feet smashing into the ground and crushing the stone below.
He gently put her down.
Emma looked up at him, angry.
Noah brushed dust off his jacket. "That should slow them down… for now."
