Chapter 6 - Chapter 6

"I need to advance quickly."

Karl's goal was clear: he needed to quickly strengthen his Time Stop ability to protect himself.

Adult dragons are solitary creatures.

The former Evil Dragon Karl was an exceptionally vile dragon.

Karl currently had no subordinates, so he had to do everything himself.

"Before transmigrating, I had to use my own hands; after transmigrating, I still have to do it myself. Didn't I transmigrate for nothing?"

Karl murmured to himself, needing to get some food first. He walked out of the castle and looked up at the sky, where the moon hung high.

He stepped into the forest, his keen hearing allowing him to detect any faint sound within five hundred meters.

His three-meter-tall body moved like a small, mobile mountain, yet he weaved through the trees with agility, making almost no sound.

Karl couldn't help but be surprised; this body had really high stats, befitting a black dragon.

Soon, he arrived at a small stream in the forest.

Many large beasts gathered by the stream.

Under the moonlight, a beautiful, snow-white horse was leisurely drinking water.

The horn on its head shimmered with a mysterious light under the moonlight, like an elf from a myth.

"A Unicorn?"

Karl narrowed his eyes, and a bold idea suddenly popped into his head. He raised a finger.

The next second, the entire world stopped.

"It really works?"

Karl was surprised. It seemed his Time Stop trigger target was not limited to humanoid creatures.

1. Only humanoids are acceptable.

2. Semi-humanoids are also acceptable.

3. Horses are also fine.

4. I'll even take on an Evil God for you!

Chapter 9: Outrageous

Karl walked up to the Unicorn. Time had stopped, allowing him to fully admire this creature of fantasy, his gaze sweeping over the Unicorn's body.

Under the moonlight, it didn't look like a horse, but rather an elf woven from moonlight and dreams. Moonlight cast a faint silver glow upon it, and every inch of its skin was as white as snow.

Its body lines were smooth and elegant.

Karl's gaze fell on its hindquarters, where the lines were taut and shapely, like a small snow-capped peak, pristine white, covered by a long, bushy tail.

"So beautiful."

Karl slightly narrowed his eyes, retracting his gaze from its silver tail. It was probably because he had become a dragon.

He even found a horse to be charming.

"I'm not some pervert."

As Karl spoke, he reached out and lifted its tail, glanced at it, then put the tail down and turned to leave.

He still needed to hunt some beasts to replenish his stamina. His target wasn't just the Saintess; he had more to do tomorrow, and all of it would consume a lot of stamina.

Karl had just taken two steps when a faint sound suddenly came from behind him, particularly jarring in the stopped time.

His nerves instantly tensed. He spun around, fists clenched.

Not far in front of him, beneath the silver-white Unicorn, a fissure suddenly appeared, and countless silver threads, accompanied by transparent, viscous matter, slowly emerged from within.

The squelching sound was the viscous noise made by these ribbons intertwining.

The silver threads, as if alive, grew more numerous, wrapping around the Unicorn's body and merging with it. Countless viscous fluids and ribbons squirmed and merged, gradually replacing the Unicorn's neck.

A strange transformation began.

As the silver threads combined with the Unicorn, the writhing mass began to take on human characteristics, and a graceful female torso gradually emerged.

Her silver hair was like silk, and her figure was exquisite, as if she were a spirit of the moonlight.

However, when this creature fully manifested, she had no face; her bare face showed only intertwined threads.

Despite her elegant posture, the absence of a face created an indescribable sense of horror, causing one's sanity points to plummet.

Karl held his breath, carefully backing away, his eyes quickly scanning the surroundings. The world was still in Time Stop, only this mysterious creature continued to entangle, squirm, and change.

His mind raced. Why could this monster move freely within the time he had stopped?

The silver threads continued to change, deepening their fusion with the Unicorn.

Until the chest of the faceless Centaur beauty grew continuously, far exceeding normal human dimensions.

Looking at the exaggerated size of the chest, it seemed to trigger some deep memory, which quickly became clear.

Karl's heart suddenly constricted, and a name escaped his lips: "the formless daughter!"

The last scene before his transmigration gradually became clear in his mind. At that time, he was watching a Japanese movie with a Time Stop theme, while pleasuring himself.

Some of it ended up splashing on his computer, on an adult version of "cthulhu mythos."

the formless daughter was the monster in the first scene. This was a formless creature made of ribbons. They would coexist with other creatures, modifying the host.

the formless daughter itself had no Will but would infinitely amplify the desires of the host creature.

These creatures, after being parasitized by the formless daughter, would become very peculiar. No matter what kind of damage they suffered, they would be healed by the ribbons.

The only way to eliminate them was to stir-fry them.

The investigators in the book, shouting about passion, dreams, and bonds, rushed to the mother body of the formless daughter and stir-fried it.

After being drained, they became nourishment for the formless daughter.

Karl suppressed his pounding heart, retreating continuously as if walking on thin ice, fearing to break the surrounding silence, until he had retreated a full 110 meters from where he activated his ability.

The Time Stop effect around him gradually dissipated, and everything began to flow again.

The humanoid faceless Unicorn stood silently in place, its figure graceful, its faceless face moving abnormally.

Karl continued to retreat cautiously, his gaze never leaving her, until he was sure he was far enough away from the humanoid faceless Unicorn before daring to turn and flee.

He ran with almost all his might, the wind whistling in his ears, his heartbeat intertwining with the sound of his footsteps.

Only when he saw the castle in the distance did the suffocating feeling ease somewhat.

Karl's expression was solemn. This world was more dangerous than he had imagined. Now, it seemed that the adult version of "cthulhu mythos" had also transmigrated with him.

Moreover, these creatures were unaffected by his Time Stop.

Of course, it was also possible that his power was insufficient; his current actual power level was only Tier 1.

What Karl was most worried about wasn't just seeing the formless daughter.

These monsters, at most, could create a world with loose moral concepts.

He was worried that other monsters from "cthulhu mythos" had also transmigrated.

The Cthulhu system was inherently one of the most outrageous systems.

Furthermore, it was a fan-made adult version. The settings created for pleasure, if they materialized into reality, would be an extremely terrifying force.

Karl remembered the ending of that comic: a writhing mass of female tentacles used Earth as a vibrator, and then all life on the planet drowned.

Karl returned to the castle and sat on the throne, his brows furrowed, his gaze piercing through the empty hall to the dark sky outside.

Now that this dangerous creature had appeared near the castle, would it have some connection to him?

Cthulhu monsters were too special; he really didn't dare to attack them indiscriminately, but he also couldn't just let them be.

"I must defeat one and try."

Karl made up his mind. Since these monsters were related to his transmigration, perhaps defeating them would yield some gains. At least he had to try.

If there were no gains, he would quickly run away.

This night was destined to be sleepless.

The next day, when the sun shone into the Evil Dragon's castle.

Sylvie, Chris, and Will once again arrived at the castle.

Sylvie walked at the front, her steps heavy, her mind preoccupied. She turned to look at Chris beside her, her eyes filled with worry.

Chris's beautiful and holy face no longer had its usual rosy glow; instead, it was an unusual paleness, with an expression of fatigue.

"Chris, I'm not planning to fight him today," Sylvie said softly.

Chris looked up, forcing a smile, trying to hide her fatigue: "I'm fine, Sylvie."

Will stood nearby, his eyes complex: "Sylvie, are you really not going to fight?"

Sylvie shook her head firmly: "No, I just have some questions I want to ask him."

Seeing this, Will knew he couldn't change her decision, so he fell silent.

The three of them once again entered the main hall.

Karl still sat on the throne, like an emperor.

"Karl, I want you to answer a question for me," Sylvie spoke first.

"Walk upstream along the stream outside the castle," Karl's voice was flat. "There's a special magical beast there. Defeat her, and you'll get your answer."

"Ah?" Sylvie didn't understand the connection between the two.

But with Karl's terrifying strength, there was no point in him deceiving her.

"Alright," Sylvie nodded in agreement.

Chapter 10: Absurd

Sylvie and Will turned to leave, but Chris stood still, her gaze heavy, her expression conflicted.

Sylvie noticed Chris's unusual behavior and asked worriedly, "Chris? Are you feeling unwell?"

Since yesterday, she had noticed Chris acting strangely, not just with the fear of a strong enemy, but something she found hard to describe.

Chris looked up, avoiding her gaze, her voice slightly hoarse: "Sorry, I have some questions I want to ask Karl alone. Can you give me a moment?"

Sylvie frowned. She was uneasy about leaving Chris alone with the Evil Dragon.

Her feelings towards Karl were very complex.

This Evil Dragon was not as brutal as rumored; instead, he was like a wise man, yet he was also the enemy who had burned her parents and sister to death.

"Okay, be careful. I'll wait outside for you."

After a brief hesitation, Sylvie chose to trust her companion.

As she left, she gave Karl a deep look. He still sat on his throne like an emperor.

Karl's crimson dragon eyes held a hint of amusement.

He was surprised that this beautiful Saintess dared to face him alone. He had tormented her quite a bit yesterday, so she should have been afraid of him.

Sylvie and Will left the hall.

Chris took a deep breath, staring intently at Karl, enunciating every word with unusual clarity: "You are not Evil Dragon Karl. Who exactly are you?"

Karl was startled by the question, his body tensing reflexively, almost activating his Time Stop ability immediately.

But when he saw Chris's taut muscles, and even her hidden fear.

He instantly made a judgment: "The advantage is mine."

Karl's eyes immediately became playful, like a cat toying with a mouse, deliberately letting his gaze fall on her lips, chest, and between her feet.

These were all the places he had traversed yesterday.

Chris felt his gaze and began to show signs of unease.
