Monica was furious with Luke since he had given her a great deal of suffering throughout this period. She wanted it to be nice because it was her first time, but Luke treated her harshly as it hurt so much.
She yelled at Luke "Are you dumb? I told you to be gentle with me and go slow on me but still you forced yourself on me. Alex would never have done such a thing to me."
Luke was already putting up with her tantrums for so long only for getting her body completely and now that he got her he was not going to accept her tantrums anymore and besides she dared to compare him with that trash Alex. Whose talent was no where near him. He will not tolerate this.

There was a loud slap on Monica's face as blood trickled down at the corner of her mouth.
Luke said "I had enough of your nonsense. Don't even mention the name of that trash in front of me again and keep your voice down and do as I say."
Monica said "You dare hit me. Now be ready to have the consiquences I will go to the police. Lets see what you have to say to the police."
Luke said "You have the audacity to threaten me. You have voluntarily come to me. You weren't forced to do this by me. You must provide something in exchange for the money and things you desired. Do you really think I'll give you all of this for nothing? Even if you go to the police, I have a hotel camera in the lobby that shows how pleased you were when you first arrived. Additionally, all of our friends are aware of this, and several of them witnessed you willingly breaking up with Alex and borrowing my supercar. All of this will just serve as evidence. I had therefore completed all of the setup. Right now, you have nothing against me."
After spending so much time with Alex, Monica recognized that she had made a mistake by becoming domineering and mistreating him. She became aware of her error after Luke treated her in this manner. Alex always hugged her tenderly and treated her like a flower. Every time she was harmed, Alex would try his hardest to make things right. He even used his modest income to buy her gifts, but she never appreciated that and would constantly chastise Alex for giving her such inexpensive presents.
Alex never asked for anything in return for helping her, never hurt her and listened to her worries like a friend but she could not value him. Perhaps this was also the reason that she could not accept Alex's indifferent attitude when he came to the hotel for the food delivery because he had never been indifferent to her previously.
And after all this what she wanted to do was to hurt Alex and fire him of his Job. This was truly despicable. She felt guilty after all she had also been in the same circumtances and was Alex's childhood crush so she knew how hard there orphanage days were. She should have never left his side.
Next moment she had a determined look on her face. She decided to go back with Alex. Even though he had a Grade One Spiritual Root he had a big heart and was her childhood friend she should stick with him no matter what. Monica said "Okay fine. Even if I cannot do anything to you I will leave you and I will go back to Alex now."
Luke said "You want to go back to the trash. He does'nt have any talent. You will get nothing by his side after all he does'nt have any background and nor has he got the cultivation talent. Even his spiritual root is a Grade one level. He stands nowhere among the cultivation world."
Monica said "So what if he does'nt have any background. So what if he does'nt have the cultivation talent or even if he only has a Grade one Spiritual Root. He has already acquired a Spiritual Root and had officially become a cultivator. His status is enhanced from the commoners. Besides I a Grade three Spiritual Root Cultivator will be there besides him and soon we will enter a faction in the Green Empire which will help me and Alex to develop our cultivation realms. After listening to Monica Luke had a devious laugh as he said "He he he! Do you think after all this I will let you go that easily?"
Monica said "What do you want to say? There is law and order in this city. You cannot hold me prisoner."
Luke said "No I cannot however with my influence I can make your's and Alex's life hell in this city. As you originally demanded, Alex will already be losing his job. Now that he and you have been banned, none of the factions will recruit you, a cultivator of Grade 3 Spiritual Roots with a Moon body divine physique, much less Alex, a garbage with a Grade 1 Spiritual Roots. Additionally, you cannot obtain resources for cultivation or progress your cultivation without the assistance of any faction. Additionally, no one in Black Rock City will hire you or Alex, and I will see to it that neither of you can exist as a commoner, much less a cultivator."
Monica had panic in her eyes as she pleaded "No please don't do this to me or Alex. We will not come in your way anymore."
Luke sneered in his heart as he saw the fikleness of this women since earlier she was with him as he was giving her all the benefits and now when it was the payback time she was trying to waiver and go back to that Alex whom she tried to get fired just a few hours ago. He had a devious smile on his face as he said "You can come to me with your consent but now that you are with me I will not let you go. From now on, forget about your previous life because I will ensure that you are my slave."
Monica knew that all her exits were cut off and she could not return to Alex or escape from Luke at this point. She seemed as if she had lost her soul. Why did she had to betray Alex? Who was such a good friend? Perhaps it was her karma which was coming back to her.

After delivering the food parcel he was returning to the restaurant on his bike and pondering over the things. The previous host definitely had feelings for Monica and was a simp. Always submissive over the years however now he was a transmigrator and not a simp so it was best if he could stay away from these kinds of women. Based on the feelings of the previous host of this body he did not wanted to hurt Monica or did not wish anything bad for her however he was wise enough to stay away from these kind of unfavourable and ungratefull person so he left the situation hurriedly.
However, the issue now was that they had threatened to file a complaint against him in order to get him fired from his job. He realized that if Bob did not dismiss him, he and his family would be in trouble, therefore it was better if he resigned willingly.
Once he reached the restaurant he met with Bob and said "I have delivered the food packages."
Bob said "Great Job dude as always completing your duties on time."
Alex said "I have something to discuss with you."
Looking at his serious expression Bob understood that the matter was urgent so he lead him at the back room of the restaurant which was private and asked "Tell me. Whats the matter?"
Alex said "Today will be my final day working here. I won't be able to come from tommorow okay."
Bob was surprised as he asked "But why do you want to leave all of a sudden? Is the pay too low or is there any other problem?"
Alex said "As you already know that I have acquired a Grade one Spiritual Root so now I am a cultivator. Hence I have been recruited by a cultivation faction in the Green Empire so I may have to leave the Blue Empire. Also I will be provided with the nessasities by the faction only." and he thought inwardly "Sorry Bob i had to lie to you this once but believe me it was for your own good."
Bob looked at him with a knowing smile "I had this coming and had previously anticipated it. That you have already been chosen by a cultivation faction and will shortly begin your cultivation journey which makes me very happy. My friend, congratulations. I won't stop you. But remember me in the future, okay? You can always come to us if you need anything."
Alex got emotional as he said "How can i ever forget you? You are my best bro as always. Besides I will keep visiting in the future okay." Then he gave a hug and left this restaurant cum home.
