After Cael took Soren away, Elias didn't waste time.
It took him an hour to trace where Soren had been brought. When he finally found the place, he didn't hesitate. He went straight for the door, forcing his way forward even when it was clear he wasn't welcome.
But he couldn't get inside.
The knights didn't budge. They weren't refusing, they were following orders. No matter how Elias pushed or demanded answers, the men didn't yield.
In the end, Elias was kept outside, separated from Soren by a door he couldn't break through.
Not long after, Lyric and Sylas arrived.
They hadn't come together at first but both had followed the same trail for the same reason.

When they reached the place and saw what was happening, it was already in chaos. Elias was pushed back again, still forcing himself forward despite the knights holding him down.
