"Daddy Cuau is traditional, but cubs sometimes find their own word for their fathers." Smiling he looked up. "You should rest some more and I'll finish the dishes." He walked over to the table I set the tray on and took it to the sink.
There was something so manly about a man who cleaned without being told to. I picked up Cuddles who had waddled up to me. Cuaa had already fed him and the creature grunted in my arms.
"You know, I was joking when I said you had to always do the dishes, Cuau." I mentioned still petting Cuddles. He just smiled at me.
"I knew you were joking. But I am happier here than I have ever been. Cleaning plates and pots and pans is a small thing compared to that." With that, he turned and cleaned the rest of the dishes.
