"I said, your precious and perfect son went against his principles... for a lady." Rhea scoffed at the end of her statement. She clenched her fists tightly while thinking about what took place yesterday.
Grace's fingers instinctively curled around her phone. "Tell me the details."
Without any hesitation, she recounted everything which happened the previous day, leaving out the part that she was the mastermind of the kidnapping..
Grace's face turned colder with each word Rhea uttered. Her grip tightened around the phone. "How dare Alexander take such a huge risk?" She asked. Although, excitement filled her internally.
If Alexander revealed a weakness, his enemies could directly attack him. She didn't need to do anything, neither did she need to get her hands dirty.
But her tone was cold as though she was furious with his decision. After all, she still had to play the loving, protective and caring mother role.
