Screen 1 – Provisional Hero License Arc Begins
After Bakugo's rescue and All Might's retirement, U.A. feels different.
Quieter. Heavier.
Class 1-A gathers in the classroom as Aizawa writes on the board:
PROVISIONAL HERO LICENSE EXAM
"With this license," Aizawa says, "you'll be legally allowed to use your Quirks to assist civilians during emergencies. Fail, and you're sidelined."
The room stiffens. Everyone understands what this means. This is no longer training for fun — this is responsibility.
Midoriya clenches his notebook. "This is how we step closer to becoming real heroes…"
Ben leans back in his chair, arms crossed, the Omnitrix faintly glowing.
"Good. I need a license too. Doing hero work without permission in this world is seriously annoying."
Kaminari blinks. "Wait, you need paperwork even with alien powers?"
Ben sighs. "Especially with alien powers."
Aizawa glances at him. "Tennyson, your situation is… unique. But if you want to act as a hero in Japan, you follow the rules like everyone else."
Ben smirks. "Fair enough. Let's get licensed."
Outside, the wind moves through the campus.
The era of All Might is over.
Now, the next generation must step forward — officially.
Screen 2 – National Provisional License Exam
U.A. buses arrived at the massive testing site, already crowded with students from hero schools across the country. The air buzzed with tension and confidence.
Aizawa addressed Class 1-A. "This is a national exam. You'll be competing alongside the best students Japan has to offer. Don't underestimate anyone."
As they stepped out, a sharp-looking group caught everyone's attention. Long coats, calm expressions, serious posture.
Midoriya whispered, "Those uniforms… Shiketsu High."
Ben glanced over, sizing them up. "Yeah. They look like trouble."
A voice rang out. "So these are U.A.'s students?"
The Shiketsu group stared back, clearly unimpressed. Rivalry sparked instantly.
Present Mic's voice boomed over the speakers.
"WELCOME TO THE PROVISIONAL HERO LICENSE EXAM! FIRST PHASE — BATTLE ROYALE!"
Students spread out across the arena. Attacks exploded everywhere as the exam began.
Ben tapped the Omnitrix, eyes focused.
"Alright… crowd control, speed, and rescue. I know exactly who I need."
Click.
Green light flashed — XLR8 emerged, claws scraping the ground as he leaned forward.
"Let's keep this fast and clean."
In a blue blur, Ben shot across the battlefield, dodging attacks, disarming opponents, and pulling civilians out of danger zones before anyone else even noticed them.
Midoriya watched in awe. "He already picked the perfect alien…"
From across the field, a Shiketsu student narrowed his eyes.
"So that's U.A.'s wild card."
Ben skidded to a stop on a rooftop, looking over the chaos below.
"National exam, rival schools, and a license on the line," he muttered.
Screen 3 – Phase 1: Survival Test
A loud horn echoed across the massive training arena.
Targets lit up on every student's back.
Present Mic's voice boomed overhead:
"PHASE ONE! HIT OTHER CONTESTANTS' TARGETS THREE TIMES WHILE PROTECTING YOUR OWN! SURVIVE UNTIL THE END!"
Chaos erupted instantly.
---
Screen 3A – XLR8 Enters the Field
Xr8 as ben say let go
let go
"Speed and control. Perfect."
He shot forward in a blue streak, weaving between explosions, wind blasts, and incoming projectiles.
In seconds, three targets on a rival student flashed red — eliminated.
XLR8 didn't stop. He disarmed attackers, knocked weapons aside, and warned Class 1-A students before ambushes could hit them.
---
Screen 3B – Shiketsu's Powerhouses
A violent gust tore across the arena.
Inasa Yoarashi hovered above the ground, his Wind Quirk raging like a storm.
"U.A. STUDENTS!" he shouted. "COME AT ME!"
Dozens were blown away instantly.
XLR8 skidded sideways, barely dodging the wind.
"Okay… note to self. Don't fight the hurricane head-on."
Nearby, Camie laughed as illusions confused opponents — fake targets, shifting terrain, phantom allies.
Midoriya narrowed his eyes. "Those aren't real… everyone, trust your instincts!"
---
Screen 3C – Class 1-A Under Pressure
Teams swarmed U.A. students, targeting them relentlessly.
Midoriya stayed calm, rescuing fallen examinees and coordinating movements.
"Bakugo, left flank! Todoroki, high ground!"
Todoroki faced a coordinated squad from Ketsubutsu Academy, freezing their advance before they could surround him.
Bakugo, Kirishima, and Kaminari charged aggressively, breaking through enemy lines with pure momentum.
XLR8 zipped between them, tagging opponents and pulling Kaminari out of danger just in time.
---
Screen 3D – End of Phase 1
The horn sounded again.
Targets across the arena shut down.
Midnight's voice echoed:
"PHASE ONE COMPLETE! SURVIVING STUDENTS ADVANCE!"
Most of Class 1-A remained standing, bruised but smiling.
XLR8 skidded to a stop beside Midoriya and reverted to Ben.
"Not bad teamwork."
Midoriya smiled back. "We couldn't have done it without you."
From a distance, Inasa stared at Ben, impressed.
"So fast… that speed isn't a normal Quirk."
Ben looked ahead as the gates to Phase 2 opened.
"Good. Means they'll be ready."
To be continued…
"Yeah… this is gonna get intense."
Screen 4 – Phase 2: Rescue Exercise
Sirens echoed as the second phase began. The battlefield transformed into a disaster zone — collapsed buildings, smoke, fires, and injured civilians crying for help.
Present Mic announced,
"PHASE TWO! RESCUE EXERCISE! These civilians are played by HUC professionals — and trust me, they will NOT go easy on you!"
The rules were clear.
Students would be judged on their ability to:
Assess danger
Assist civilians properly
Stay calm under pressure
---
Screen 4A – Class 1-A in Action
Midoriya immediately took command, scanning the area.
"Uraraka, help stabilize the rubble! Iida, evacuation routes! Todoroki, control the fire!"
Uraraka gently lifted debris.
Todoroki sealed off flames with ice while cooling overheated areas.
Iida carried injured civilians to safety at high speed.
But the HUC actors were relentless.
"HEY! You moved me without checking my spine!"
"THAT AREA IS STILL UNSAFE!"
"You're panicking — civilians can feel that!"
Points dropped fast.
Midoriya clenched his fists. "They're testing our judgment… not our power."
---
Screen 4B – Ben Chooses His Alien
Ben watched quietly as points fluctuated. He tapped the Omnitrix, thinking.
"Raw strength won't cut it here… I need precision."
Click.
Green light flashed — Grey Matter appeared, tiny and sharp-eyed.
"Alright," he muttered, adjusting his stance. "Let's outthink the disaster."
---
Screen 4C – Turning the Tide
Grey Matter sprinted through the rubble, mind racing.
He quickly identified unstable structures, faulty gas lines, and unsafe rescue paths.
"Stop!" he shouted. "That beam will collapse the ceiling in twelve seconds."
The HUC actor froze, surprised.
Grey Matter rerouted teams efficiently.
"Two-person carry only. Neck stabilized. Evac route B is clear."
Midoriya stared. "He's not rescuing… he's coordinating everything."
Even the harsh HUC evaluators paused.
"…Good call."
Grey Matter disabled a simulated gas explosion, marked danger zones, and calmly reassured panicking civilians.
"Breathe. You're safe. Heroes are here."
---
Screen 4D – The Twist Revealed
An alarm blared.
The ground shook.
Present Mic shouted,
"PLOT TWIST! A SECOND DISASTER HAS OCCURRED! MULTIPLE CIVILIANS TRAPPED — TIME LIMIT ACTIVATED!"
Panic spread among examinees.
Grey Matter climbed onto a broken console.
"Everyone listen! Follow these instructions exactly!"
Class 1-A moved as one unit.
When the timer ended, silence fell.
Midnight's voice echoed:
"Phase Two complete."
The HUC professionals exchanged looks — impressed.
"That kid," one muttered, pointing at Ben, "rescued more people with his brain than most did with their Quirks."
Ben reverted to human form, exhaling.
"Yeah… sometimes being small helps."
Midoriya smiled. "You saved us a lot of points."
Ben looked ahead as the final results approached.
"Heroes don't just punch problems. They solve them."
Screen 5 – Villain Attack Simulation
(Shiketsu + Ketsubutsu vs. U.A.)
Warning alarms blared across the exam site. Smoke machines activated, buildings "collapsed," and mock civilians screamed for help.
Present Mic's voice echoed through the chaos:
"FINAL PHASE! VILLAIN ATTACK SIMULATION! This is a full crisis scenario! Rescue, combat, and coordination all count!"
Students from U.A., Shiketsu, and Ketsubutsu were thrown together under pressure — and cracks immediately showed.
---
Screen 5A – Todoroki vs. Inasa (Failure Through Ego)
A massive windstorm tore through the area as Inasa Yoarashi unleashed his Quirk.
Todoroki countered with ice, freezing the ground and blocking the wind.
"You're blocking evacuation routes!" Inasa shouted.
"You're causing unnecessary damage!" Todoroki snapped back.
Their powers clashed violently — ice versus wind — but instead of helping civilians, they canceled each other out.
Observers noted it immediately.
"Too much pride," one evaluator said. "No coordination."
Both lost points.
---
Screen 5B – Ben vs. Todoroki (Four Arms Intervenes)
Seeing the situation spiral, Ben stepped in.
He slammed the Omnitrix.
Click.
Green light burst outward — Four Arms landed between Todoroki and Inasa, cracking the ground.
"Enough!" Four Arms barked. "You're heroes, not rivals!"
Todoroki instinctively attacked, launching ice shards.
Four Arms blocked them with crossed arms and pushed forward, forcing Todoroki back without hurting him.
"Use your power to protect people," Four Arms said firmly, "not to prove a point."
Todoroki froze — not the ground, but himself.
He realized it.
"…You're right."
Inasa lowered the wind. The storm calmed.
Evacuation resumed.
---
Screen 5C – Midoriya vs. "Camie" (The Truth Revealed)
Elsewhere, Midoriya faced Camie from Shiketsu, who acted strangely calm in the chaos.
"You're not helping anyone," Midoriya said cautiously.
Camie smiled. "Aww, you noticed?"
Her body twisted unnaturally —
revealing Toga in disguise.
"Teehee! You heroes are so fun under pressure!"
Midoriya reacted instantly, shielding civilians and calling for backup instead of chasing her recklessly.
That choice earned him points — even though Toga escaped.
---
Screen 5D – Class 1-A Shows Growth
This time, U.A. didn't fall apart.
Uraraka focused on stabilizing debris, not chasing enemies.
Iida coordinated evacuation routes.
Kirishima guarded civilians instead of charging ahead.
Ben switched between Four Arms for rescue and crowd control, and human form to coordinate with others.
They prioritized cooperation over ego.
Midnight announced as the scenario ended:
"Villain Simulation complete."
Evaluators nodded.
"U.A. adapted."
"They learned."
Ben looked at Todoroki, then at Midoriya.
"Guess power only matters if you use it right."
Midoriya smiled, exhausted but relieved.
"Yeah. That's what being a hero really means
Screen 6 – Results Announced
The exam site falls quiet as the final results are displayed on the massive screen.
Students hold their breath.
Midnight's voice echoes clearly:
"The following students have passed the Provisional Hero License Exam."

The Two Who FAIL:
Katsuki Bakugo
Shoto Todoroki
The air turns heavy.
Bakugo clenches his fists, teeth grinding. "Tch…"
Ben leans over with a playful smirk. "Hey, Bakugo. Looks like I passed."
Bakugo snaps back instantly.
"Don't get cocky. You cheated with tricks and that stupid watch."
Ben shrugs. "Rules didn't say I couldn't think smarter."
Bakugo turns away, furious but silent.
Nearby, Todoroki looks calm but distant, knowing his clash with Inasa cost him the exam.
---
Aizawa steps forward, voice firm.
"You two failed for the same reason. Personal issues interfered with your judgment. You'll attend a special remedial course and earn your licenses later."
Bakugo clicks his tongue.
"Fine. I'll pass it next time. No excuses."
Ben looks at his license card, then at his classmates.
"Guess the real work starts now."
Class 1-A moves forward — licensed, tested, and one step closer to becoming true heroes.
To be continued…
