Chapter 25 - chapter 25 final war arc

Screen 1 – All For One vs Ben 10

The sky fractures with pressure as All For One steps onto the battlefield.

His presence alone bends the air.

Ben doesn't hesitate.

He slams the Omnitrix.

Click.

FOUR ARMS lands hard, cracking the ground beneath him.

"All eyes on me," he growls.

The Battle Ignites

All For One fights on multiple fronts at once.

Dark tendrils lash out. Shockwaves tear through the ruins.

Endeavor strikes head-on, flames roaring

Hawks attacks from the air, precision and speed

Tokoyami and Dark Shadow press from the shadows

Other heroes move in coordinated waves

Four Arms charges straight through the chaos, blocking blasts meant for others and throwing counterblows that force All For One to shift positions.

"You're strong," All For One says calmly.

"But strength alone doesn't end eras."

Rewind Activated

A pulse ripples across All For One's body.

His damaged form rewinds, restoring him to a younger, stronger state.

The battlefield feels it instantly.

Endeavor is forced back.

Hawks barely dodges a lethal strike.

Four Arms braces, skidding backward under the pressure.

"…So that's the trick," Ben mutters.

All For One smiles.

"Every second, I grow stronger."

The Countdown

But something is wrong.

The heroes realize it at the same time.

Rewind isn't healing him forever.

It's erasing him forward.

All For One is burning through his own existence to stay in his prime.

Aizawa's voice cuts through comms.

"He's on a timer! Stall him!"

Four Arms plants himself between All For One and the others.

"Good," Ben says, cracking all four knuckles.

"Then let's make every second hurt."

Race Against Time

The fight becomes brutal and relentless.

Not about winning cleanly —

but about surviving longer than All For One can.

Four Arms absorbs blow after blow, buying space.

Endeavor presses with everything he has.

Hawks and Tokoyami harass nonstop.

All For One grows faster. Stronger. More desperate.

Time ticks down.

Ben locks eyes with him.

"You've spent your whole life stealing power," he says.

"Let's see what happens when you run out of time."

The war doesn't hinge on domination anymore.

It hinges on endurance.

And the clock is finally against All For One

Screen 2 – Mid-Fight: Way Big Enters

The battlefield is collapsing.

Buildings are reduced to rubble.

Even Endeavor is forced back under the pressure of All For One at his prime.

Ben skids across the ground in Four Arms form, smoke rising around him.

"…Okay," he exhales. "That's enough warm-up."

He looks at the Omnitrix.

"One shot. Make it count."

CLICK.

A blinding green light erupts skyward.

The ground shakes like an earthquake.

Way Big

A colossal silhouette rises above the city.

Clouds part.

Shadows stretch for kilometers.

WAY BIG stands tall, dwarfing everything around him.

Civilians miles away look up in shock.

Heroes freeze for half a second — then regroup behind him.

All For One tilts his head back, unfazed but alert.

"So… you've decided to show your true scale."

Way Big plants his feet, creating a shockwave that stabilizes the collapsing battlefield.

He raises one massive arm, blocking a city-level blast meant for the heroes below.

Mid-Fight Shift

All For One fires multiple Quirk combinations at once.

Energy, force, pressure — layered attacks.

Way Big absorbs the impact, sliding back but holding firm.

Not invincible.

But unmovable.

Ben's voice echoes, calm but strained.

"This ends here. You don't get to touch anyone else."

Way Big counters with a controlled cosmic strike, forcing All For One to retreat for the first time.

Not defeated —

but pushed back.

Endeavor seizes the opening.

Hawks redirects.

Tokoyami presses.

The fight changes pace.

The Truth Sets In

All For One realizes it instantly.

Way Big isn't here to win outright.

He's here to pin him in place.

To stop movement.

To burn the clock down faster.

All For One laughs — sharp, irritated.

"A clever use of power."

Way Big leans forward, towering and immovable.

"You taught me something," Ben says.

"Stealing power doesn't make you strong."

The timer ticks.

Rewind strains.

The battlefield now has a center —

and it's Way Big.

The war doesn't stop here.

But for the first time,

All For One is being held back.

Screen 3 – Final Clash: All For One vs Way Big

The battlefield is silent except for the clock.

Rewind strains. Time is running out.

All For One launches everything he has left — layered Quirk attacks, compressed air cannons, crushing force meant to erase the giant in front of him.

Way Big doesn't dodge.

He anchors.

A massive hand comes down, not to crush — but to pin.

The ground caves in as Way Big locks All For One in place, stopping his escape routes completely.

"You're done running," Ben says, voice echoing across the ruins.

All For One roars and fires one final barrage.

Way Big raises his arm, absorbing the impact and redirecting the energy skyward in a controlled blast that lights up the clouds without leveling the city.

Heroes move instantly.

Endeavor strikes.

Hawks binds.

Tokoyami presses from the shadows.

All For One's body flickers —

Rewind tearing him apart faster than it can save him.

Way Big tightens his grip just enough to hold him steady.

No killing blow.

No mercy speech.

Just inevitability.

All For One laughs — broken, furious.

"So this is how it ends… held in place by something I can't steal."

Way Big looks down at him.

"You spent your life taking power from others," Ben says calmly.

"You never learned how to stand without it."

The light fades.

Rewind collapses in on itself.

All For One is gone — erased by his own desperation.

Way Big slowly releases his stance, shrinking back to human form as the battlefield settles.

The war isn't over.

But the hand that pulled the strings is finally gone.

Screen 4 – The Turning Points

The air shifts.

Not with an explosion — but with absence.

All For One's presence fades completely.

The pressure that bent the battlefield loosens.

Across the ruins, Shigaraki staggers.

Not from damage — from silence.

The voices are gone.

The commands are gone.

For the first time, his will is his own.

Midoriya steps forward, battered but standing.

He doesn't attack.

He reaches out.

"T-Tenko," he says softly.

Shigaraki freezes.

A memory surfaces — small hands, dust, fear, a child crying in the street.

The hatred wavers.

Just for a second.

Inside Shigaraki, something cracks — not breaks, but splits.

Across the battlefield, villains hesitate.

Orders stop coming.

Coordination falters.

Some run.

Some fight each other.

Some just… stop.

Without All For One, the villain army begins to fracture.

Ben watches it all from the edge of the fight, breathing hard.

He looks at Deku standing alone in front of Shigaraki — not as an enemy, but as a lifeline.

"…Yeah," Ben says quietly.

"I think I need to go to the final war."

He taps the Omnitrix, its light steady again.

"This part belongs to him."

Ben turns toward the collapsing front lines, where heroes still struggle to hold ground.

"I'll make sure there's a world left when he's done."

He takes one last look back —

at Deku,

at Shigaraki,

at the moment everything changes.

Then Ben moves.

The war isn't over.

But the end is finally possible.

Screen 5 – The Final Choice

The battlefield is reduced to silence and ash.

Only two figures remain standing at the center of it all.

High above, Way Big lowers his stance, creating a massive barrier of shadow and stone around the area — not to fight, but to shield.

Ben's voice echoes, calm and resolute.

"I'll hold the world still for you, Deku.

Finish this."

Way Big steps back.

This moment isn't his.

Deku's Final Decision

Midoriya stands before Shigaraki.

No fear.

No fists raised.

He does something no hero has ever done.

He lets Shigaraki touch him.

One For All doesn't resist.

It moves forward.

Not as power —

but as truth.

Inside Shigaraki, the world explodes into memory.

Inside the Mind

The vestiges of One For All surge forward.

Not attacking Shigaraki —

but All For One.

Words clash instead of blows.

Intent instead of force.

All For One tries to command.

To dominate.

To overwrite.

But he can't.

The vestiges surround him.

Overwhelm him.

This isn't a fight he can steal from.

For the first time,

All For One is powerless.

He is erased completely.

No return.

No backup.

No reincarnation.

All For One is gone. For good.

Phase 6 – Shigaraki's End

The mental battlefield collapses.

Shigaraki falls to his knees.

The hatred that sustained him drains away.

Without All For One,

his body begins to fail.

Midoriya kneels in front of him.

"…Tenko," he says softly.

Shigaraki looks up.

Not as a monster.

Not as a weapon.

As a man who was used.

"…I see it now," Shigaraki whispers.

"I was never free."

He doesn't ask for forgiveness.

He doesn't beg.

He simply accepts the truth.

"I choose this," he says.

And with that choice,

Shigaraki lets go.

Aftermath

Way Big slowly lowers the barrier.

The battlefield breathes again.

Ben watches as Midoriya collapses to the ground, exhausted — alive.

"…You did it," Ben says quietly.

Shigaraki dies not as All For One's weapon —

but as Tomura,

a man finally acting on his own will.

The war ends not with celebration —

but with understanding.

And the world is changed forever.
