FØXEN YACHT - NIGHT
FØXEN had turned down the music, exhausted. The night was quiet... but it felt like something was about to happen.
A faint sound echoed.
JENO paused the music and turned his head.
JENO: "I think I heard something..."
KIKO: "What kind of sound?"
VEX: (whispering) "Guys... I don't think we're alone."
They all fell silent. Ray moved cautiously through the dimly lit areas of the yacht.
Then he saw it-movement in the small service cabin at the back.
He stepped closer, slowly reached for the door... and flung it open.
Inside-a girl curled up in a white wedding dress!
YURI looked up in fear.
RAY: "You... who are you? What are you doing here?" "A wedding dress?!" "Is this... some kind of prank from the company?"
KIKO rushed over, eyes wide.
KIKO: "Is this a hidden camera thing?! Like a viral video or something?!"
YURI: (panicking, rubbing her eyes) "You're... you're FØXEN. I think..." "My name is Yuri." (pauses, thinking) "I can't believe this... I ended up on the yacht of the world's most famous K-pop group. Life really is..." "...full of surprises."
With a nervous smile, she covered her face.
YURI: "This has to be a dream..."
Suddenly-a storm hit. Thunder cracked, and heavy rain began pouring.
The yacht rocked violently.
CAPTAIN (over intercom): "A storm's approaching! Everyone inside now!"
The members panicked.
RAY: "Get inside, quick!"
As everyone ran in, Yuri lost her balance and fell to the ground.
YURI: "Ahh!"
GOGO turned back and saw her.
GOGO: "You guys go! I'll get her!"
While the others rushed inside, Gogo bent down to help Yuri up. Just then, the yacht shook again.
Yuri slipped, nearly falling overboard.
She grabbed onto Gogo's T-shirt.
RIIIIP! The T-shirt tore.
GOGO: "Did you just rip my T-shirt?!"
YURI: (angrily) "Look at me! You think your T-shirt is the problem right now?!"
Then she muttered under her breath:
YURI: "I hate selfish people..."
Gogo narrowed his eyes.
GOGO: "What did you say? Say that again... or I'll let go."
YURI: (smirking) "I said-I hate selfish people."
Gogo frowned.
GOGO: "So I'm selfish, huh?" "Alright then. Seems like you really love seawater." "No one will find you in this darkness anyway."
He loosened his grip. The yacht rocked once more.
YURI: (panicked) "Okay! I take it back! And... I didn't even say it to you!" (forces a smile)
GOGO: "Good girl... troublemaker."
YURI: "Did you just call me a troublemaker?! You really just did that?" "You're the real troublemaker here!"
GOGO: "I warned you once. You don't get a second chance."
And then-Gogo let go completely.
GOGO: "Bye-bye."
Yuri screamed as she fell into the sea.
Voices echoed from inside the yacht:
VEX: "Gogo! Where are you?! The storm's getting worse!"
KIKO: "Where's the girl?!"
GOGO: (completely calm) "The girl? She fell into the sea."
RAY: "What?! Gogo, are you serious right now?!"
GOGO: "Why are you all looking at me like that? What, you think I pushed her? Come on!"
His friends kept staring at him.
Gogo paused.
His expression shifted. For a moment, he lowered his head. Something stirred inside him.
Kiko spotted the girl struggling in the water.
KIKO: "She could drown. We have to do something!"
Gogo said nothing.
A beat passed.
Then-he jumped into the water.
Everyone was stunned. Through the rain and crashing waves, Gogo swam toward Yuri and caught her.
But the yacht had drifted far away.
They were stranded in the storm.
They swam for hours. Yuri clung to Gogo's back.
Directionless. Exhausted. Cold.
Until-
A broken piece of wood floated up ahead.
They both grabbed on. Letting the current carry them.
Their eyes began to close... breathing slowed...
DAWN.
The sun rose.
Yuri opened her eyes. Her hair soaked. Breathing heavily.
She looked around.
Sand. Trees. Ocean.
A deserted island.
Slowly, she pushed herself up.
Next to her-Gogo stirred.
Their eyes met.
Silence.
