Inside the castle, Axel stood in the extremely vast and dark lobby. The entire room was lit only by candle flames burning red, which made the atmosphere even more chilling. "Plak… plak… plak," the sound of bat wings flapping high above could be heard clearly, even though the bats themselves were invisible due to the dark ceiling.
Axel continued walking inside, following the long red carpet stretched out toward the throne room. But suddenly, when he reached the middle of the lobby, he sensed a bright light behind him. He turned and immediately spun around, his eyes wide.
"Huh… wh-what happened to you guys?" Axel asked.
"Huh?" the five wraiths behind him replied.
Axel saw that all the wraiths behind him were emitting different, extremely bright lights that made his eyes squint, forcing him to cover them with his arm. Their light made the entire dark castle lobby, which was only lit by red-flamed candles, become brightly illuminated.

Axel was shocked to see a huge number of Lesser Vampires hanging from the ceiling like soldiers, covering their eyes. Axel, seeing himself surrounded, immediately braced for a fight, but suddenly, "kyaaaaaakh," the Lesser Vampires shrieked loudly, filling the lobby with noise. Something like their soul essence or blood, colored red, shot out of their bodies and streaked into the light enveloping the five wraiths with Axel. The reason was that Sharon, Valerie, Bella, Hailey, and Avery were no longer wraiths; they had human-like forms, but their skin was a pale corpse-blue, their eyes were red, their ears were pointed upward, and their hair was white. They wore tight, revealing gowns made of leather.
A gemstone—red, blue, green, yellow, and purple—was embedded in each of their foreheads. Sharon, Valerie, Bella, Hailey, and Avery looked confused. They looked at their hands, touched their seemingly thin cheeks, and felt their long hair. Then they turned to look at Axel and immediately smiled, showing the fangs in their mouths.
"Axel," they said together joyfully.
"Huh… wh-what happened?" Axel asked, confused.
"I changed… my name is… uh? What is my name?" Sharon asked.
"Oh… that's right… I don't remember anything," Valerie added.
