I woke up, excited and full of energy. My small body couldn't contain "IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!!!" I screamed with joy waking everyone in the house including Zack and Hano who I was in the same room with. I practically bounced around the room until Hano grabbed me by my arm. "Please, it's 5:30 am please just wait another half an hour. I have school today and so do you." Hano pleaded still while being half asleep. I sat down on my bed before Hano shut his eyes. Once I was sure he was asleep I crept into the eerie hallway on my tipitoes, careful to not let my family know I was out of my room. I snuck into the cabinet and carefully grabbed a small bag of crackers and tiptoed back into my room. "Creak" the floor seemed to scream at me. I went wife eyed before quickly rushing back to my room and under the sheets. "Zack, I have cheese crackers."
I whispered so quietly I was scared Zack couldn't hear. Zack slowly sat upright as I looked down on him from the bottom bunk bed. "Since you are on the floor you could hear me so now you're my accomplice!" I whispered excitedly. I carefully opened the pack of crackers and handed one to Zack before I took one and slowly chewed it, careful not to make a sound. Not much longer everyone in the house was awake and me and Zack had destroyed the evidence of us eating. I walked into the kitchen and sat down on the closest chair. "Happy birthday Jay!" My dad said while scrambling eggs. I smiled and I started to pack my bag for school. By 7:30 I was on my bus when I finally opened the small giftbox my dad and mom gave me.
Ooooh this looks epic. I wonder what it is. As I peeled off the paper I saw it. NO WAY!!! I was practically jumping with excitement. THEY GOT ME A MINI TNR BOOK! These books were basically a mini guide to living in a TNR world. I carefully hid it at the bottom of my bag. These books cost more at 40$ and 40$ was our weekly food and bills so I had no idea how they even got the book. After I put my sweater over the book but very scarcely to make sure it wouldn't crease. I then proceed to place multiple things on top to make sure that no one except for me would be able to find it. I spent all day at school thinking about it until I was finally home.
