The following week, Tommy received a call from Michael, who resided in Japan.
Like Tommy, Michael was born and raised in America. At eighteen, he joined the military before receiving a dishonorable discharge for misconduct. He then spent years moving from place to place before finally settling in Japan.
He met Tommy while in Nusa, running into him at a pub. Tommy, fresh from a meeting with a business partner, walked out and took a seat at the pub's bar. Tommy asked for a soda while Michael was already on his third glass of stout.
They talked and established a rapport. Tommy offered him a place to stay at the school in return for help maintaining the facility and equipment. Michael was grateful, as he needed both accommodation and a living wage at the time, and now he had secured both.

He called Tommy to confirm that he had located the next target: Bully #2. Mikey cautioned that capture would take time, as this was clearly not a regular bully. He seemed to wield power and know how to fight.

Mikey was hanging out at a bar when he spotted Bully #2. A fight was already in progress, clearly initiated by the guy.
The other party was quickly forced to leave. The security then approached the guy. It was clear they knew him, as the lead bouncer politely escorted him out, rather than forcefully removing him.
