Mikey knew he had to move with extreme caution regarding this target. Leveraging his fighting and military skills, Mikey knew he could eventually bring Bully #2 in.
The following night, Mikey acted. Locating Bully #2 at the bar, he ambushed him in the dimly lit parking lot. As expected, the guy fought back.
"Who are you?" Bully #2 grumbled.
"You'll know soon enough!" Mikey replied.
But the struggle was brief. Mikey quickly maneuvered into position, locking in a guillotine choke.
Mikey had no interest in wasting time with the fight, reserving the real struggle for The Punishment Arena. He decided, therefore, to render him unconscious as swiftly as possible.
With everything in place, Mikey transported Bully #2 to LA and arrived at the arena.
"How did it go?" Tommy asked.
"You know, Sir," Mikey grinned, "it went quite well."

Bully #2 did not, in fact, wield "genuine" power like Mikey thought at first. He just possessed exceptional fighting skills, which fueled his arrogance. Consequently, he frequently instigated fights, often over trivial matters, such as being accidentally bumped.
His apparent "influence" was entirely localized: he happened to know the owner of that specific bar, granting him impunity there. At any other establishment, he would not have dared to act so aggressively.
Ultimately, he was a typical, opportunistic bully, feeling dominant only when he was certain he held the advantage.
He was, therefore, the perfect candidate for the arena. Given his demeanor, he undoubtedly deserved The Punishment.
