Chapter 19 - Chapter 19: On the verge of breaking out Scizor

Bayleef had evolved.

Ash and his friends said goodbye to Ms. Arlie and walked very slowly along the way.

Because Ash had almost fainted again earlier, Misty was keeping a tight rein on him now, not letting him run, not letting him jump, not letting him eat too much, not letting him eat too little...

Most importantly, of course, was that he was forbidden from using Aura Power again.

"Hmm?"

However, while passing through the forest, Ash suddenly frowned, pointed in a direction, and suddenly commanded, "Pikachu, use Quick Attack followed by Iron Tail!"

Immediately after, Pikachu vanished from Ash's shoulder.

"Hey, Ash, didn't I tell you that you weren't allowed to use Aura Power anymore?" Misty hadn't reacted in that split second, and it wasn't until Pikachu darted out that she grabbed Ash's arm and scolded him.

Ash smiled and reassured her, "Don't worry, Misty. After these few training sessions, my Aura Power is constantly getting stronger. Using it to this extent won't cause any problems!"

Watching the speed at which Pikachu darted out, Brock exclaimed, "Ash, Pikachu's speed is getting faster and faster too!"

"Of course, it's my Pikachu!"

"Clang!"

Just as Ash finished speaking, the sound of metal clashing rang out from deep within the forest.

"Pikachu, Thunderbolt!"

Even though Pikachu's figure couldn't be seen, Ash still shouted loudly, and in the very next instant, lightning surged deep within the forest!

A charred red figure crashed down from the canopy, but it quickly adjusted its posture, landed steadily, and then darted back up into the trees!

"Metal Claw?" Seeing the light on the figure's claws, Ash recognized the skill it had used!

Immediately after, the piercing sound of metal clashing rang out again.

Ash frowned; Pikachu, with its single tail, was knocked flying and slammed into a tree!

"Pikachu, you can't lose! Quick Attack!"

Misty and Brock, who were beside Ash, were completely bewildered; they couldn't see the battle at all and had no idea what was happening.

However, looking at Ash's commands, Pikachu was actually at a disadvantage!

What kind of Pokémon suddenly appeared and was so strong?

At this moment, a more violent Electric Light, and that red figure fell down again.

Pikachu also returned to Ash's side, looking breathless.

"Come out!" Ash said coldly, looking at the Scizor.

The next second, the Trainer of that Scizor stepped out. This was a middle-aged man dressed as a samurai, clearly an experienced Trainer, no wonder this Scizor was so strong.

If Ash hadn't had Aura Power to detect the specific situation of the battle and give commands and support to Pikachu, he would never have been able to win.

This time, it was Misty's turn to dart out, standing in front of the uncle and pointing at his nose, scolding, "Uncle, ambushing people like that is too dangerous!"

Even this uncle was startled by Misty's imposing manner and quickly apologized, "I'm really sorry, I just wanted to test my strength, please forgive me!"

"Test your strength?" Misty wasn't about to let it go, "That was clearly a Sucker Punch! If it weren't for you, Ash wouldn't have acted so recklessly again! You infuriate me!"

Hearing this, Ash had no choice but to pull Misty away, "Uncle, your Scizor is very strong. If possible, I hope we can have a formal battle!"

Hearing this, the uncle looked even more embarrassed, "I'm truly sorry, my name is Muramasa, and this is my Muramasa!"

After the battle ended, Ash looked at Scizor with great fondness.

This Pokémon was not only cool, but its battle style was also highly compatible with his.

If he could capture a Scizor, he would definitely gain another trump card capable of Bond Evolution!

"I am Ash from Pallet Town!"

Looking at Ash and Pikachu, Muramasa was truly delighted, "To be honest, Ash, I've been looking for a Pokémon Trainer like you. Your power truly exceeds my imagination!"

It turned out that Mr. Muramasa was indeed an experienced Pokémon Trainer.

After gaining strength and developing his own insights into Pokémon battles, he actually opened a dojo in this forest for young people to train themselves and their Pokémon.

Upon arriving at Muramasa's dojo, Ash saw many Trainers his age training with their Pokémon.

"If possible, can I battle all of them?" Ash was pleasantly surprised to see them.

His system would issue a certain amount of exchange points after a battle, based on the battle's performance.

However, most of the exchange points he had accumulated along the way had been fed to Snorlax. After exchanging for Aura Power, Ash had been broke.

He finally caught so many Trainers together; how could he let them go?

"And Mr. Muramasa and your Muramasa!" Ash looked at Mr. Muramasa; he hadn't had enough fun with the previous Sucker Punch!

"Of course, I'd be delighted, Ash!" Mr. Muramasa readily accepted the challenge, "But before that, I hope you will have a battle with someone else!"

"Someone else?" Misty asked, puzzled.

Muramasa nodded, "That would be my son, Shingo!"

As soon as he finished speaking, a purple-haired boy of Ash's age walked out. He glanced at Ash, then opened his laptop and started typing.

He simply did a quick search, and Ash's data appeared, including the recently evolved Bayleef.

"The data of Trainers who achieved excellent results over the past five years are all in this computer! You can know the Pokémon they used and the tactics they employed!"

Shingo spoke to himself, then glanced at Ash, "Ash, according to my data, you are a C-type, typically aggressive, a type that overwhelms everything with power!"

That was indeed very accurate!

But Ash sneered, "So, you think you've mastered my tactics and Pokémon data, and you believe you can easily defeat me?"

"No, I will definitely win!" Shingo was clearly very confident. "I have already researched the deepest meaning of Pokémon battles; no one's strength can surpass the data!"

He indeed had the right to be confident; everyone in this dojo had been defeated by him.

But to Ash, he was merely a frog in a well.

"Bang!"

Ash casually threw out Heracross's Poké Ball.

The strong hero Heracross appeared in the center of the dojo, "You're Shingo, right? Use the data in your hand to defeat my Heracross! Otherwise, I won't agree with a single word you say!"
