Sanemi shoots a warning glance at Giyuu, silently telling him not to confirm anything.
"Bonding isn't exactly what I had in mind when I became a teacher."
He crosses his arms defensively, though his cheeks are slightly flushed. Giyuu looks a bit sad thinking that Sanemi don't want to spend time with him. Sanemi notices Giyuu's expression and sighs, his heart softening despite his tough exterior.
"Not that spending time with Giyuu would be completely unbearable..."
He mutters under his breath, trying to cover up his concern for Giyuu's feelings. Ubuyashiki observes the exchange with a satisfied smile, knowing he's struck a nerve.
"Good. You'll leave next week. The details are in this folder."
He hands over a thick document, then dismisses them.
"Let's go, Giyuu."
Sanemi stands up abruptly, grabbing the folder and pulling Giyuu out of the office before he can protest.
"We need to talk. Now."
He drags Giyuu to an empty classroom, his expression serious. Once inside, Sanemi locks the door and pushes Giyuu against it again, though this time more gently.
"Why do you look so down? You think I don't want to be with you?"
He asks, his voice a mix of frustration and concern. Giyuu looks away, his usual calm demeanor cracking slightly.
"You made it sound like a punishment... being stuck with me."
His voice is barely above a whisper, revealing his vulnerability. Sanemi cups Giyuu's face, forcing him to meet his intense gaze.
"Damn it, Giyuu. I was just trying to act professional in front of the principal."
He leans closer, their foreheads almost touching.
"You know I want you more than anything."
Giyuu's eyes widen slightly at the confession, a hint of relief washing over his features.
"You're an idiot, Sanemi."
He says softly, placing his hands on Sanemi's chest.
"And you're impossible to read sometimes. Just say what you feel instead of sulking."
He teases, though his eyes are filled with affection. Sanemi groans, remembering the students' gossip.
"Great, those little brats are probably betting on us right now."
He rests his forehead against Giyuu's shoulder, feeling the weight of their situation.
"They probably think we're going to kill each other instead of... whatever this is."
He gestures between them, a small smirk playing on his lips. Sanemi lifts his head, a mischievous glint in his eyes.
"Let them think what they want. But I'll show you exactly what this is on that trip."
He nips at Giyuu's ear playfully, his hands sliding down to grip his waist. Giyuu shivers at the touch, his stoic facade crumbling further.
"Sanemi, we're in a classroom... anyone could walk in and see us."
He warns, though he makes no move to push Sanemi away. Sanemi smirks, pressing his body closer.
"That's half the fun, isn't it? The risk of getting caught."
He whispers huskily, his fingers tracing patterns on Giyuu's back. Giyuu's breath hitches, his hands gripping Sanemi's shirt tightly.
"You're incorrigible."
He manages to say, though his voice is shaky with desire. Giyuu push him away taking the folder. Sanemi stumbles back, looking genuinely surprised by the rejection.
"Hey! What gives?"
He watches as Giyuu opens the folder, his playful mood shifting to annoyance. Giyuu flips through the folder, avoiding eye contact again.
"We need to prepare for the trip. We can't afford distractions."
He says in his usual calm tone, though his cheeks are still flushed. Sanemi crosses his arms, leaning against a desk with a pout. "You're no fun, Giyuu. Always so responsible."
He says sarcastically, though there's a hint of admiration in his voice. Giyuu glances up at Sanemi, a slight smirk appearing.
"Someone has to be. You're too busy being a perverted math teacher."
He teases back, finally relaxing a bit. Sanemi gasps dramatically, placing a hand over his heart.
"Perverted? I prefer passionate and assertive."
He moves closer again, this time to peer at the folder with Giyuu. Giyuu rolls his eyes but lets Sanemi look at the papers.
"Passionate and assertive can still get us fired."
He points to a section about student behavior expectations. Sanemi reads through the section, his expression becoming more serious.
"Fine, I'll behave... for now. But once we're alone in the mountains, all bets are off."
He winks at Giyuu, then points to a specific part.
"Look at this schedule. We have separate rooms, but I'm switching with someone."
Giyuu raises an eyebrow, clearly amused by Sanemi's determination.
"You're going to cause chaos, aren't you?"
He can already imagine Sanemi's scheming. Sanemi grins wickedly, plotting in his head.
"Of course. I'll have you all to myself, away from those damn nosy students."
He leans in to whisper.
"And maybe we can finally have some real privacy."
Giyuu's heart races at the thought, but he maintains his composure.
"Just don't let Obanai catch you."
He warns, knowing their colleague would definitely report them. Sanemi laughs softly, his eyes gleaming with mischief.
"That snake won't know what hit him. I'll make sure of it."
He starts making notes in the folder, adding his own changes to the room assignments. Giyuu watches as Sanemi writes, a mix of worry and excitement in his expression.
"You're impossible, but I suppose I wouldn't have it any other way."
He reluctantly admits, leaning against the desk beside Sanemi. Sanemi finishes his changes and closes the folder, turning to face Giyuu with a satisfied grin.
"Damn right you wouldn't. Now, let's get out of here before I actually do something inappropriate."
He grabs Giyuu's hand, tugging him toward the door. As they step outside, the cool autumn breeze rustles the leaves around them.
"The weather's perfect for the trip. Cold enough to cuddle."
He says with a smirk, squeezing Giyuu's hand. Giyuu shivers slightly at the thought of cuddling, the image making his cheeks flush again.
"You're obsessed with touching me, aren't you?"
He says, though he doesn't pull away from Sanemi's grip. Sanemi pulls Giyuu closer, wrapping an arm around his waist.
"Only because you're so damn irresistible
when you're flustered like this."
He nuzzles into Giyuu's neck, breathing in his scent. A few colorful leaves flutter down around them, creating a picturesque scene.
"Look at that. Nature's playing matchmaker."
He says with a chuckle, catching a leaf that lands on Giyuu's head. Giyuu looks up at the falling leaves, momentarily distracted from Sanemi's affection.
"You're such a sap."
He tries to sound annoyed, but his voice is too soft. Sanemi laughs and places the leaf behind Giyuu's ear like a makeshift earring.
"And you're adorable when you deny it. We should go get coffee before we head home."
He suggests, his tone casual but his eyes filled with warmth. Giyuu hesitates, then nods slowly.
"Fine. But you're paying."
He says with a slight pout, secretly enjoying their time together despite his grumpy facade.
Sanemi grins triumphantly, already leading Giyuu toward the nearest coffee shop.
"Of course I am. Can't have my favorite teacher going thirsty."
He says teasingly, enjoying the small victory of getting Giyuu to agree. They enter the cozy coffee shop, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee filling the air.
"What do you want? My treat?"
He says, already pulling out his wallet as he looks at Giyuu expectantly. Giyuu looks at the menu, contemplating his order while trying to ignore Sanemi's intense gaze.
"Just a black coffee. No sugar."
He finally says, knowing Sanemi will probably tease him about his plain choice. Sanemi rolls his eyes dramatically.
"Predictable. One day I'll get you to try something sweet."
He orders for both of them, getting himself a caramel latte and an extra cookie. The barista hands them their drinks, and Sanemi hands Giyuu his coffee while keeping the cookie.
"Here's your boring coffee. And this..."
He holds up the cookie with a mischievous glint in his eyes.
"Is for you to try. One bite won't kill you."
