The movie's plot was about a family of three returning to their old rural hometown. The child played in the yard, and behind him, a red shadow kept flickering in and out. Whenever he turned his head, the red figure vanished.
Otis felt it was decent so far, they were building atmosphere first. The shots were especially beautiful: filmed from a low angle, with the muddy ground, the boy's legs, and the hem of the woman's red dress appearing in the same frame.
In the dark, Otis could feel Mei holding his hand very clearly.
So instead of fear, what Otis actually felt was… a little fluttery.
