"Dragon…." I said as I panted slightly, still feeling the exhaustion, "Okay…."
I straightened up, looking around me. I felt some water splash on me, the river flowing past me as I stood on the rock.
The System Screen appeared in front of me, glowing blue.

"That was a lot to take in." I said with a frown, "But..if it's true….then…."
I too a step forward and launched myself over the waters. My entire body flew over the river, and I landed on the riverbank, rolling on the ground hard.
"Whoa!!" I said as I immediately got to my knees, "That was crazy!"
I was able to jump more than a dozen feet in a single leap. And without momentum, which was probably the most insane part.
I stood up and felt the wind hit my wet body, giving me a cold shiver. I looked around and saw that the same dense forest from below covered the cliffs up above. I looked up north and saw that I was near a mountain that was covered in the same forest.
"Hm…." I said while blinking, "This is surreal…..I can see…."
I was finally taking in the fact that my vision had returned. It had been years since I was cursed with darkness, having suffered an injury to my eyes. And now, I was healed.
But at what cost?
I walked kver to the edge of the river and tried to see my reflection on the water. There it was; a young man with black hair and his eyes were of a demons. Black sclera with bright and pure white eyes. It was unsettling to even look at it, I didn't know what to think.
My body shuddered again and I wasn't sure if it was cause of the wind or if it was because I didn't like much of what I saw in the reflection.
I stepped back and let out a sigh, looking around me, "What to do next…." i said, "There was not much instruction of where to go or what to do. Damned DBG. They were sloppy, weren't they? They want is to find relics?"
Find relics, wait for the Blood Moon, and come back. That was basically the mission, put in simple terms. They didn't know what would happen to us, they only cared about the Energy Surge.
Typical.
Right now, what mattered is finding shelter and getting myself dry. Aside from that, I needed to understand what was up with this System. A Sex System…..this is just ridiculous.
Was it point or task based? I really don't know.

- These will count as either Regular or Battle Tasks, Since Some Dungeons or Camps Won't Require Combat.
- Clearing these will provide additional rewards such as Magic Items or Relics.

- You can fight Bosses throughout the Godlands.
- Dungeon/Camp Bosses are typically considered Battle Tasks and provide additional rewards.

"Huh?" I said as a swirl of energy appeared in front of me
Suddenly, a Sheathed Katana and a Flintlock Pistol appeared on the ground. The sword was planted on the dirt while the pistol was simply lying there next to it.
I reached for the sword with my right hand and grabbed the gun with my left.
"I got these right off the bat?" I asked, "Probably the System being generous. So far, I have unlocked the Sealed Dragon Form and my weapons. This is a great start."

"Talk about generous." I said, "This is unbelievable…."

- Auto-Loader: Gathers Magic From Surroundings to Reload Gun Without Need of Ammunition. Upon Firing, The Gun Is On Cooldown, Unable To Fire Again Until It Is Reloaded, Signaled By A Certain Click (Applies To All Firearms).

"Thats….." I said as the Page switched back to the Trees, "Pretty damn good. I mean….where was I going to obtain gunpowder and bullets for this thing?"
I raised the pistol, peering into its barrel and seeing nothing. It was unloaded, completely empty and in need of a bullet and the gunpowder.
I then clicked on the Sword Saint Tree, Intrigued by that one.

- Drawing Slash: Draw Your Blade From The Sheath, Slashing Forwards In Any Manner. Activating The Skill Will Have The Blade Will Cut Around Three Feet From Its Swing.

"An interesting technique." I said, "And I have to properly learn the way of the blade for all the other skills to be visible? Hm…."
It was now a matter of choosing a skill that would be more useful from the start. Both are good; the sword skill can allow me to draw the blade and cut at a limited range, but it is guaranteed to cut. As for the Gun skill, it's very useful and a no-brainer. But something tells me that the drawback could be the power of the bullet. Maybe its the magic flintlock equivalent of a .22 caliber.
Hm. Well, it shouldn't matter.
I wonder when I might get another skill unlocked if I don't perform Tasks right away. The System was more than generous in giving me all of this at the start.
I had to chose the one skill that won't have one of my two weapons useless.
I went back to the Marksman Tree and clicked on the Auto-Loader option.
[Auto-Loader Unlocked]
There was a brief flash on the screen before it disappeared. After a few seconds, I heard a click from the pistol. I assume that was the cue indicating that it was loaded.
I turned to the side and aimed at a nearby tree branch, pulling the trigger and firing the bullet. The loud gunshot resounded through the air as a cloud of smoke appeared from the barrel. I watched as the bullet flew right at the branch and obliterated it upon impact.
"Huh…." I said, holding the gun out in front of me, "Well…."
After a few seconds, I heard the click again.
"Well shit." I said as I looked at the gun, "This might be too good of a skill."
I then walked over to the edge of the cliff, placing the sheathed sword between my wet belt. I did the same with the gun, carefully making sure that it didn't set off.
I reached the edge and looked down, seeing the vast green that was below. Whatever this region of the Godlands was, I must have landed in a forest area.
I then looked up, widening my eyes when seeing what was in the sky. Despite it being daytime, I could still see the cosmos in the sky. It was similar to how the Milky Way could be visible from Earth at certain spots; the edge of a galaxy was right before me. It was as if the sky was broken and the cosmic view was leaking through.
It was something I never expected to see at all in this place. If it was like this during the daytime, I wonder how it could be during the night.
"Wow." I said, "That's beautiful."
Suddenly, I heard a deafening shriek behind me. I turned to see a large black bird flying straight at me, crashing into my forehead. The impact was surprisingly hard enough to cause me to stumble back.
"What the fuck-" I started before slipping on the edge, "Shit!!!"
The next thing I knew, I was plummeting down the cliff.
